10 days have elapsed but the consignment is still showing in transit.
Dtdc charged rs. 270/- for the service, but their service is deplorable. The customer care does not have any idea about the whereabouts of the documents.

I never advise this courier service for any other coustmer it is totally waste your time...

I've sent a parcel from chennai to maharashtra. It's been 7 days when it left pune for the nearest hub which is parbhani. I am still waiting for it to arrive at parbhani....

Because of covid 19 it's hard to move from on city to another so i told my brother to send my laptop by courier, so he sent it by dtdc on 29th of may from pune. After that there was no update since then then on 4th june i found out that it's in bangalore. I am from pune and ordered diabetic medicine online from one dr. Which is also from pune for my father. Nobody contact us on phone and since 2nd june 2020 status showing like "not delivered (Covid 19 - office closed/door locked)". Called customer care, but they are not supportive. I didn't liked it so i decided to return it.

I am supposed to receive a parcel, (Ref no b[protected] at pincode 695024 which is what is written on the courier slip but the tracking page shows destination as 682001.

I'm writing this preemptively so that they don't deliver to the wrong city. Kindly update the tracking to the correct details...

I have not recived my parcel yet from mumbai with consignment number - d93203855. And in the dtdc website it is showing as "consignment redirected". It was out for delivery today but now it is showing this status. Could you please checjk and confirm asap? Please try top deliver it to the mentioned address asap as it is very important parcel.

I Drashty Desai have been trying to track my dtdc courier since 2 months. I have been kept in the dark since over 2 whole months. I had given my 2 consignments- First( M[protected] to Indore and the Second( M[protected] to Banglore. Both of these couriers contained demands drafts and important admission related documents. I had submitted it on the 21st of March 2020 at the ANDHERI WEST BRANCH. I have been trying to track...

I am yet to receive the product however it says delivered when we check it online and as per today's conversation with chittoor franchise the product is still with them which would be returned to the head office.

However i have not received the product yet and if i had received the product i wouldn't be sitting and complaining on it.
