My friend sent the parcel from yadgiri 6 days back and the delivery location is mysore. Its really very bad service, tracking is not proper, none is responding.. Plz do look through the matter and respond soon.....

I had a shipment needs to be deliveried but none of the executive gave a call, and after 5 days whenn i checked in the tracking details the status was updated to the custoemer refused to accept the shipment, how resklessly you can update the status and there is no contact details to go and collect my packegae you guys dont know the seriousness of the customer and if you guys dont have a efficinet staff to work just dont accept the packages...

I have booked a consignment (Urgent medicine) from varanasi to noida on 16th may 2020. The courier person took 30/- rs. Extra for express delivery within three day. On 22 may courier person told me that the consignment has gone to wrong city and it will be delivered to you with in 2 days. But now at 26 may it is still not delivered..

The item was supposed to be delivered on 19th may and the status is not at all moving and when i tried contacting the customer support each representative is giving a different answer like wait for 24-48 hours from the past 5 days. The package is at origin place only and has not moved even from there. Please do the needful

I had ordered an item from serampore kolkata bearing id d58113905 to be delivered to me in tinsukia, assam.
I got a call from dtdc tinsukia centre on 20 may asking me about my address. But they did not turn up. When i tracked it, it shows it has been delivered to another person named prasenjit chakraborty, who has denied having recieved my parcel. My address is

I was suppt to recieve a parcel from dtdc 10 days ago. It was to be given to someone who is leaving my place on 26th may. Still i am not sure if it will be delivered to me on time. We booked one parcel in dtdc from visakhapatnam to dhone on 4th may 2020. Initially, they told it will take around 7 to 10 days to reach the parcel to my destination code. I didn't received by parcel till now (16 days over) and they are not responding my call. We go to dtdc office and they didn't telling current status of my courier. My consignment awb d90908267 is held at delhi hub since more than 5 days nw... It is in delhi since 15th may 2020.. Pls do the needful... My consignment was send to me from vaishali (Up) to cochin... But since few days am checking its in delhi hub... Pls do the needful to receive the consignment as early as possible to cochin... Dear all

I courier a packet for new delhi on 21 march, 2020.
Today on 19 may i called the shop from which i have send the courier to check the status of my packet.
The person told me that they have not send my courier till date at it is with them only due lockdown and today he asked me that i have to pay rs 80 more as there is rise in price list as i have already paid rs 50 at the time when i have send the courier...

My consignment is wrongly delivered to other customers without contacting me. While i went take my consignment, it's total opened some goods are lost inside the consignment.
