It has been more than 3 months till now i didn't received my package, i have checked in the dtdc website i can't see the tracking details and same thing conveyed by customer care.
I have contacted branch manager i didn't get an proper response from him. Could you please take this mail an escalation mail and i need proper investment on this matter.
Package is very important to me it contains an doungle which was provided by office because of this i am not able to do wrok from home i can understand covid situation but all courier services started and i have enquired in my place they are receiving the packages on every monday.
