Reference number - d93533191

The website tracker states it has been delivered to frazer town.

However, the delivery address is not frazer town, it is in fact babusapalya.

Moreover, i did not receive any call or notification from any delivery executive regarding the delivery of the package.

On checking the website, it states that the security guard has signed for the product. I have spoken to the security guard and checked the cctv footage and there is no evidence of any dtdc delivery person dropping off the package.

I have attempted raising a complaint on their website however, their otp generation to raise the complaint doesn't seem to be working.

My laptop was couriered under the consignment ID : D59544139
However, the laptop was received in worst condition with screen completely damaged.
Observation: A hole was punched into the carton forcefully which lead to the damage of the laptop surface which in turn damaged the screen inside, which resulted in zero functioning of the laptop.
Due to COVID19, I was given permission to work from home, and now due to this damage of the company owned laptop, there is a threat to my job.
Seeking help to get the laptop to be provided in its original state, or get it repaired.
I will be grateful to you, if you resolve the issue at the earliest possible

I booked a courier for destination "Bhilai Chhattisgarh" from Bengaluru on 6th June in DTDC vendor but unfortunately it s been 15 days and no delivery is been made yet and DTDC vendor is making me roam when i am calling them and asking for status.

Online tracking system is also not displaying exact position of package because of this delay i have put my work on hold
. Such a pathetic work

I sent important documents through DTDC carrier from Madurai to Bangalore. The current status will be Not Delivered (Office Closed or Door Locked CIR), My tracking Number is C92990119. I didn't get any E-mail ID to report it. While contacting number, they are not picking even waiting a long time in queue. No communication till now what happened for the service.

My order has already been shipped from the source point ludiana. However, it shows no sata available with the tracking id.

My consignment number is v49397570

Please get it checked and resolve it asap.

Dtdc is not responding when i ask for the same,

Agent confirmed that, he received one bag and delivered the same.

Kindly help me to get the undelivered product otherwise they should be punished as per norms.

I have placed an order with skullcandy and the shipment was handed over to dtdc with the tracking number : d59025945, the package was in hyderabad (Delivery destination), it was with them for 9 days and now the tracking shows as it is guwahati, there is no response from them, the only way i could communicate is through twitter, no customer support is available, it has been 14 days.

The tracking status is showing as delivered but we haven't received the order. When we go and ask in their local office they are not responding properly. Its been a week the product is showing as delivered. But there is no update from them

Courier no. D93289306 has not been received.

Courier was sent from bhiwandi on 2nd june'2020 and still not received at kandivali location.

I have been continuously following up on two consignments which are to be delivered by dtdc. One of them bears consignment # d91143275 and another is # z45741463.

Both these consignments (One from 5th june (Dispatched 28th may) and another from 12th june (Dispatched 8th june) have been lying in the vile parle hub of dtdc which is only a few kms away from the delivery address.

Despite constant follow-up, dtdc has not made any effort to deliver the packages.

I think dtdc is the worst courier company in india presently.

I sent a package o[censored]rgent medications to a consignee in chennai via dtdc, the deliver status was updated to be delivered in their system, but it was delivered to so mislead person and this is so irresponsible they aren't responding to my complaints and reacting to their worse service. The package had medication which was an urgent requirement, the consignee is suffering without the medications and if something endangers the consignee life, dtdc is solely responsible for this.

Delivery to bangalore was expected by 10.06.2020 but i didn't receive it.
N finally after tracking found tat it was given to some other person.. N markes delivered.. How could one be so careless in delivery..?? N after lot of search found out de person who got de delivery n myself contacted dtdc office to hand over de package.. Is it de way delivery to be done?? To wrong person n they r least bothered.. I booked a parcel containing food items on 6th of june 2020 at ramphal chowk dwarka, for goregaon east.. And was told that it would be delivered within a week or 1 or 2 days late. On tracking my item i was surprised to see my parcel was shown containg books. When i contacted dwarka branch on 13th i was told that it wad written by them and again said that it would take time of day or more.
But upto 11.00am on16th june 2020 it was showing undelivered... And suddelnly at 11.30 am on 16th 2020 it started showngdelivered on 15th june2020... Strrange?? Though the parcel is still undelivered.
When i approached dtdc the gave me a number of babita who was still insisting that it is delivered... Though the receiver is asking for the delivery
How could a courier co like dtdc is irresponsible...
A very bad experience i am still receiving..

Consignment number c02299201 was showing out for delivery for the past 4 days. And today they put restricted entry after i sent so many query to deliver. The parcel consists of baby essentials which i need badly. So irresponsible act. If it is restricted then why they took booking. Help me out please.

I sent a parcel on 25th may and it's still in transit. It's more than 15 days.

I had booked a consignment on 13/05/2020 bearing lr no. N21343824 to australia. After a few days i was informed that due to some bar code problems it was sent back and was also told it was an internal issue and they will soon rectify and send it. A couple of days later i got a call from a dtdc employee (Shri somanatheshwara enterprises, yeyyadi, mangalore, karnataka 575008) asking again for the bills and prescription of the medicines sent. I collected the copies and again submitted it. Now after the consignment has reached after 33 days, the said dtdc employee is demanding extra money and when asked the reason she starts abusing. I informed her i will complain to dtdc about her unprofessional behavior, she said she doesn't care.
I hope you will take note of this and take necessary action or i will be forced to believe that dtdc is fine with such dirty behavior of your agencies...
