I stay in solan, town himachal pradesh at tank road, below tv tower near nanak villa. I regularly receive couriers from many courrier services. I got a few educational material for my grand children from delhi yesterday. It was a urgent delivery. However since yesterday they are telling that my area is not serviceable. This was not informed at delhi. They want me to go and collect it from there office. I am an old man and can't go to their office. What good is a courier service which charges money but does give service. I would advice people in solan to better use speed post than this useless courier service.

I have sent one parcel on dated 18/06/02020 from ranchi to new delhi (Pin-110019) consignment no-v58905919, it is not delivered yet and show current status on dated 22/06/2020 "office closed or door lock - (Cir)" in tracking site. Banks are not closed in office hours but before and after office hours it remains closed. I have also given two contact numbers but dtdc not contacted. Now they returning the same without trying three attempts. Very important official documents are in parcel which required to be delivered urgently. It is very irresponsible behaviour of dtdc.

I had parceled a DTDC courier from Mangalore to Ramagundam. My tracking number is D59493349. The package was received on 22/6/2020 but it was found that in the above package many items were missing i.e Roasted Cashew nuts ( 250g, Rs 400 ) and Masala Cashew nuts ( 100g, Rs 200 ). By looking carefully, it was found that the package has been ripped sideways, the picture has been attached below. This is sheer irresponsible and complete negligence...

My medicines were sent from idukki on 15 may 2020 and today is 22 june 2020 and it has still not been delivered to me in marol, mumbai.
The parcel went from idukki to west bengal god knows for what reason and it was stuck there in the name of cyclone. Why does mumbai's parcel have to travel entire india?

The sender and i have raised complaints but they do not bother to do anything about it. They kept giving excuses to the sender as well.
Although i received a message that the product will be delivered along with a mobile number [protected], on 19 june 2020, the person said he won't deliver and stopped answering my calls. Where am i supposed to get my parcel and how?

Their helpline numbers are useless. They keep you on hold for 10-15 minutes and do not talk to you and directly disconnect the call.

I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and rely on these medicines. I have been in a lot of pain due to not having medicines. I'm severely allergic to allopathic medicines hence have to rely on this med which they have not delivered.

I want dtdc to pay for the damages & distress caused to me.

I have booked one parcel to bharath nagar, visakhapatnam on[protected] with id d57870315 and they have charged double amount of rs.800/- (Eight hundred ruppes) which normally costs about rs.150 to rs.200/- and this parcel is supposed to deliver to given home address.

1) they have promised to transit the material on the same day from hyderabad. But they kept one day in hyderabad itself.

2) after taking 4 days time and my continuous follow up also they did not deliver the goods to home

3) and they called and told me that come and pickup your parcel.

What bloody hell is this i dont understand.

Even after torturing us like any thing for a delivery of simple courier
And charged double of the amount they did not deliver the goods and failed utterly.

We wanted to file a case in consumer court with all the details.

I booked two parcels through dtdc from vadodara to bangalore on 10th june, 2020. Till today no delivery update. Dtdc online tracking it is showing it is in ahmedabad where dtdc local branch said it is showing wrong and it is only for air mode transfer. Your parcels sent through surface mode through track and it is already reached bangalore on 17th, june 2020. He has given another tracking no.[protected] which shows 5 parcels in this track reached already bangalore. Now where is my two important parcels d58372997 and d58372998? If it is reached together with that track containing total 5 parcels on 17th june only then why till today it is not delivered to consingee address of bangalore location. Now no response from dtdc. It is very important medical documents. Dtdc is really pathetic courier company.

In 8th june 2020 i had booked a courier (Books) from bangalore to vishakapatnam.
Still it is yet to reach and it went to mumbai due to their negligence.
They are not responsive.

The consignment is very urgent, and why after 7 days of wastage its showing above status

My consignment number is z33539484. I booked it on 12th june 2020 from lucknow to be delivered to bhopal. Mentioned and requested clearly that it needs to reach by or before 22nd june 2020 because recipients are going out of country with international flight on 23d june 2020.

It's already 19th june end of day and it has still not been received at destination. The dtdc online tracking current status shows processed and forwarded to hub at delhi.

I have already tried reaching out to dtdc through their official channels - raised 1 case (No.[protected], sent 2 emails and made 2 phone calls to their customer number when i waited for 10 mins each time to get from waiting queue number 17 to 1 and then it automatically dropped my call without connecting to executive!!

This is very urgent. I don't know if raising the issue here will help but it would be great if concerned dtdc authority could please take note of it and help deliver the packaged by or before 22nd june 2020. Would be very thankful.

I have not received courier which sent on 12 June 2020 from Hyderabad to Surat. Opted for express delivery. Charged for 600 Rs. But almost a week no status update even on portal still in Hyderabad. Hyderabad local dtdc courier also not responding. Help me. Thank you.

The above important documents envelope reached from Bangalore to Mumbai Fort Office as per your tracking status on 13th June, till time I Kishan have not recd the same.
When i went personally to Fort Office today 19th June I saw chaos amd Gonis and Gonis of Parcel with envelopes, no social distances and people flocking to get their envelopes/parcels.( images attached )
They are unable to find my envelope.
I dont know and understand what to do as if I don t get today there will be big financial loss to me.
Plaese treat this as very very urgent and deliver me today itself.

Hi sir/madam,
I have not received my courier submitted on 11th june 2019 from navi mumbai to banaglore.
When i check the status, it shows pending with bommasandra warehouse since 3 days, it's more than 8 days and i haven't received it.
I even raised complaint but no response at all, customer care numbers are either invalid or busy.
I understand you are driving hard to deliver packages in this prevailing situations, appreciate it, however, please intimate at least the issue.

I should proper justification why my article undelivered yesterday. That was my urgent documents for my govt job. Because of yours untrained courier service employees didn't delivered on my address which was properly wrote on my article. Im very much disappointed with yours these kinds of service very bad experience with yours this kinds of service

1. This is to complain about the non delivery of my consignment tracking no z46088647. Dtdc+ the executives were contracted a number of times but have not resolved the issue. This sort o[censored]nprofessional attitude from a reputed courier company is extremely shocking and against all business ethics. At these trying times the masks ordered have not been delivered as yet. It was booked on 13th june from delhi for noida. The status is showing locked down but it is a false information all other couriers are coming. On personnel call the executives say they do not have personnel to deliver the package. The distance from their office is 2 km.
2. It is requested that the company should not take bookings if they are not able to deliver

A document was booked in your batanagar kolkata office on 06.06.2020 to deliver in my bhilai residense address. Charged inr 650/- and committed for air shipment to deliver within 03days.
But i received it on tomorrow evening only on 18.06.2020. When i asked the delivery boy about delay, he replied that it's normal course of time taken for delivery as the shipment is transported by road and due to covid presently no air shipping is available.
So the charges taken is excess by the booking office.
Please take necessary action and arrange to refund the additional charges taken.

Parcel i submitted at dtdc office wakad on 12th june 2020 is still showing as stuck in transit pimpri, dtdc for the last 1 week.
