I got a courier with consignment number h97054308 to sangareddy, telangana. Consignment reached chandanagar on 22/06/2020. While checking tracking status on it showed status as consignment redirected even though no one contacted me. I want that parcel urgently. Please help...

I made a courier of keys from vizag to hyderabad on 15th june yet still it did not reach to my relative. Its impotant for me to vacate the hostel as they are not accepting to let me vacate without keys, i have tried no of dtdc branch numbers no one tells me the exact package location.

I sent a 3 kg item to hyderabad on 19 may 2020 from the dtdc branch at sea port airport road, kakkanad, ernakulam. The owner (A lady) of the branch charged 5kg weight (Considering the volume) and charged rs.750/- per kg for shipping by air. (Total rs.3750/-). When i questioned the over charge, she blamed the lock down. Since the recipeient wanted it urgently i paid rs.3750/- and sent the item....

I booked a parcel vide receipt number d[protected] the parcel was differently packed at the receivers end - we have pictures of sender and receiver end it clearly shows the manipulation of the accessories.
I need compensation for the same and an enquiry into this....

I have not received courier even after 21 days. It was sent from Kolkata on 2-Jun-20 to Hyderabad. The courier tracking showing as it is in Hyderabad for last 10 days. But customer care number is not escalating the issue even after calling atleast 20-30 times this number [protected]. It was having medical bills for reimbursement. I am losing deadline for bill submission and thus losing the reimbursement money INR 7500....

I have sent one parcel on dated 18/06/02020 from ranchi to new delhi (Pin-110019) consignment no-v58905919, it is not delivered yet and show current status on dated 22/06/2020 "office closed or door lock - (Cir)" in tracking site. Banks are not closed in office hours but before and after office hours it remains closed. I have also given two contact numbers but dtdc not contacted. Now they returning the same without trying three attempts....

I had parceled a DTDC courier from Mangalore to Ramagundam. My tracking number is D59493349. The package was received on 22/6/2020 but it was found that in the above package many items were missing i.e Roasted Cashew nuts ( 250g, Rs 400 ) and Masala Cashew nuts ( 100g, Rs 200 ). I have booked one parcel to bharath nagar, visakhapatnam on[protected] with id d57870315 and they have charged double amount of rs.800/- (Eight hundred ruppes) which normally costs about rs.150 to rs.200/- and this parcel is supposed to deliver to given home address.

I booked two parcels through dtdc from vadodara to bangalore on 10th june, 2020. Till today no delivery update. Dtdc online tracking it is showing it is in ahmedabad where dtdc local branch said it is showing wrong and it is only for air mode transfer. Your parcels sent through surface mode through track and it is already reached bangalore on 17th, june 2020. He has given another tracking no.[protected] which shows 5 parcels in this track...
