V booked it on june 19, but still not getting the courier n tracking status still showing the same.

Someone from my relative courier me package Z33647684 they update their status to delivered but I didn't receive it

I have been sent my courier via dtdc on 19 september dtdc courier no-d71808431 its been 8 days (As on 13.07.2020) the courier is stuck in transit in transyauna. It contains my books which i ordered as i ae y exams this november. I tried calling them they dont pick up i tried emailing them no response. What a pathetic customer support please advice me how to do this i'm so frustrated by their service and seeking for expert advice to take them to consumer court.

My brother had sent a package containing documents related to our start up company via dtdc 2 weeks back in the first week of july. The package was supposed to have delivered within a week as the origin or package is karatagi in karnataka and destination of package is bangalore, karnataka. This incident is occurring the second time as previously also a package containing documents was sent with same origin and destination but went undelivered for a month. However, it is very urgent this time because we have a deadline from the karnataka roc to be submitting those documents by 14th july and today is already 13 july and it is still undelivered in spite of repeatedly calling them and registering complaint on their website. I've even stressed on escalating the issue to the higher ups to no avail. They keep assuring that it'll be delivered and i'll get a callback but do not call at all.

I had shipped my shipment on the 23rd of june to the usa from virar, n21188228. The shipment was to be delivered by 30th. It arrived in the usa on 29th and was released from customs. But hasn't till date, its 12th july today. Upon contacting the virar west branch from where i shipped, jatan told me that due to backlog its delayed two weeks ago that was. Then again i spoke to him, he says team is working to get it delivered, then again on the third conversation he tells me to send a picture of the package, luckily i had the picture and sent him. On the fourth consecutive followup by me, he then tells me to send the pics of the content that was inside the package, i was like how does that make sense, unless the outer package is destroyed. I sent the picture of the painting that was inside that. Its been 20 days and still stuck in the usa. I raises a complaint on the dtdc website and got a case number[protected] but still no callback from them. Such pathetic service and no call back or follow up from dtdc.

My friend send parcel from hyderbad on 8th july to pin - 516289.
The product recieved at cuddapah super franchisee and return to hyderabad. I have not recieved a single call from cuddapah dtdc office, this is really very bad. If they call i am ready to go to office and collect the parcel. I am requesting to team kindly send the parcel to cuddapah or proddatur (Pin - 516360) i will go to office and collect it. Sahil kumar ssb. Me ek travel agent hu. Iss sahil ne justdial pr enquiry dali thi ek car rental k liye. Mene iski car book krwa di thi ise advance dalna tha. Inse bola me paytm kr duga.. Mere paytm me kuch problem aagyi thi to mene apni wife ka paytm use kia isse advance lene ke liye. Iske upi link krawane ke liye phele mujse 5 rs transfer krwaye phir khud me 10 rs kre. Phir bola 2000 trnsfer kro to me apko 4000 transfer kruga lekin do teen bari isne muji se paise transfer kraeye total 5000/- phir kehta hai mera lic card hai me refund tbi kruga jab aap aur 5000 daloge.. Befkuf samjh rakha h sale ne.. Fraud khi ka.. Iske liye complain dal thi h ab dekha y h ki aise fraud logo ke liye kya action hota hai.

Delivery boys came to deliver dtdc package for a different flat in appartement. They planned and stole my amazon package that was kept at security room. Informed his supervisor but they are not taking any action.

These two consignments were sent to me, in varanasi, by my friend from delhi. The status on 7th july and 11th july for respective couriers showed delivered. But i haven't received it. No one has contacted me or anything.
Everytime we complain, we are asked to wait. Highly unprofessional and worst courier service.

My parcel not receive when i call to office they says the parcel is unable to track me. Now they want 20 rs. To deliver the parcel and i agree. But they want it by card payment, i said i will pay the amount when the delivery person came to me. They send me a link to pay the amount, but i did not pay with that link couse the link was not secure. And then then they said forget about the parcel and don't ask the parcel again.

This is the complaint against dtdc courier services kanpur branch (U03),
I placed my order of some very important and urgent notes from the medical book shop known to be nickey book store delhi by the name of dr arjita singh and n they used the dtdc courier services.. To send my order that's d91554440 n after a week i contacted the book shop to ask that what's taking too long in order to deliver my courier and thereby they gave me a number of a person who is apparently a delivery incharge or delivery boy from dtdc courier services with the number "[protected]" i directly called him asked for my courier and he straighward denied to deliver saying your place lies in the lockdown area (Which is so not correct), because my sister (Living in the same house) has been receiving courier from myntra, amazon, infact her atm card got delivered 5days back.. N today she stated that she received her courier from the same dtdc courier services 2days back.. Which held me in surprise that this most probably is the fault of 2people taking charge of my courier n they are name as mr. Arun ([protected]) and[protected]Name unknown) who not only talked absurdly with my father but said to file complaint against him on not delivering my courier...
Hence, i request to please take some strict action against these two people for being so unprofessional and for the deniel to do their job's at all..
At the same time i request to please deliver my courier at the given address as soon as possible.

Packet is not deliver yet and its totally scam and customer services is too much worth please close this company because its not helpful for any customer

And now my customer says to refund and i want the totally refund the amount of my parcel and my product

I understand the current covid-19 situation and thank you to work in this crucial time for your customer.
My complaint is about the package that was expected to be delivered on 8 june 2020, as there's not much movement allowed across the states i understand the delay in deliveries, but after 30 days of waiting now i received a mail and message that the shipment is delivered. I haven't received anything yet. Where's my shipment?

This behaviour is not expectable in any condition.

My dtdc parcel z53307471 was sent from delhi to ludhiana punjab. Two times the status shows out for delivery but i dont receive any calls for the same. My doorbell is not working so i even submitted a feedback for the same. The parcel is very important to me. Please see through this matter so i can get my parcel by saturday morning max....

Im about my missing parcel that i sent from vizag. It was supposed to reach balanagar in hyderabad. It dint reach. I tried reaching out different dtdc offices. Its updated in the online tracking system that its been delivered to srenivas. When i contacted the dtdc person. He said it reached someother person and gave his adress. Nobody tried to locate my parcel. I sent my relatives to this specific adress dtdc ppl provided. When asked he said i dint receive your parcel. Wheere is my parcel. My parcel id d59737210. Someone please help. Dtdc service and tracking system is utterly bad. Worst experience in my life. I need my parcel. When i wrote the to and from address so clearly on my parcel, how on earth will it get missed or delivered to somone unknown person. This is absolutely blunder. I even raised a complaint. Therehasnt been an response from them as well case no.16835749. How can dtdc mamagemnet be so irresponsible. When you can't handle things carefully dont do it. Why do i have to suffer for your lame irresponsibilities

One of my parcel having docket number d58085124 reached on 09.07.2020 after continuous followup. It has already reached the hub location on 02.07.2020 but the courier service didn't informed. After so many followup finally received my package on 09.07.2020. After receiving, i found that two items are missing inside packet. Please help me to recover my items.

I have a parcel which awb consignment number is m00903580. Today i checked and surprised that its mentioned that consignment redirected on 9th july.
Nobody called me from dtdc.

Its not expected from a reputed company like dtdc.

Very bad experience. Please look into the matter and inform me.

My name is veeresh and i want to file a complaint regrading delivery of courier. My courier has been delivered to the wrong address "frazer town, banglore" whereas it should've been delivered to this address "401jha, ghasiyaripura, bahraich, uttar pradesh". The person who received it has name name ss. I don't know who he is. So, please look into this matter and try delivering my courier back to the original address.
