I booked courier from panchkula to rohtak with in haryana in which i send 3 bank cheque’s. Dtdc retailer in panchkula assure us that packet will diliver with in 3 days but when i got to know that even after 10 days it was not delivered. I called dtdc customer care and file complaint no 16538648. But even after submit complaint i have not received or even solution from dtdc even after 5 days of submission of complaint.
My docket no is F11838454.

Docket no-d93249514 has been booked on 16th may from vasai to aanthapuram and online its showing delivered on 27th may. Checked at plant still docket not delivered at plant.

Raised complaint no-case#16546182 on 06th june 2020.

It is worst courier service of india. Every time im facing same issue with dtdc.

My request to all users not to send any courier through dtdc.

हमने एक पार्सल यमुनानगर से सहारनपुर के लिए 1 जून 2020 को कंसाइनमेंट नंबर d58998637 के अगेंस्ट बुक किया था इसकी ट्रैकिंग रिपोर्ट में 4 जून को यह पार्सल सहारनपुर पहुंच गया था परंतु आज दिनांक 10 जून तक यह डिलीवर नहीं हुआ पता करने पर सहारनपुर का फोन नंबर हमें दिया गया फोन पर बात करने पर उन्होंने कहा हमारे पास आदमी नहीं है खुद आकर ले जाओ आज हम यह पार्सल खुद उठाने के लिए जा रहे हैं जबकि इसकी बुकिंग हमसे यह कहकर डबल रेट में की गई के लॉक डाउन की वजह से रेट बड़े हुए हैं

I came across on chat with some random guy on olx for a smartphone in faizabad and i was in gwalior that time so we both made an agreement that he will ship the item through dtdc i will pay him once i got the tracking no. When he reached the dtdc's address that guy (Dtdc's representative) proposed an offer for insurance @ 2% of product cost i agreed and payed him total 1079 rs for shipment o[censored]nder 500gms from faizabad (U. P) to gwalior (M. P) d59143151. Which arrived in 10 days. Upon confirming with customer care that they don't any data regarding insurance i had asked the guy who shipped it for proof that the package was insured but as expected he has nothing to share. Also no documentation received with package about insurance. So in this case i clearly want the amount which i had paid for insurance which is 519 rs. I had attached snapshot of receipt which i got.

It has been more than 3 months till now i didn't received my package, i have checked in the dtdc website i can't see the tracking details and same thing conveyed by customer care.
I have contacted branch manager i didn't get an proper response from him. Could you please take this mail an escalation mail and i need proper investment on this matter.
Package is very important to me it contains an doungle which was provided by office because of this i am not able to do wrok from home i can understand covid situation but all courier services started and i have enquired in my place they are receiving the packages on every monday.

One parcel which consignment no is d 73410971, dated 26th may 2020 has been booked from mindtech international surat gujrat thru dtdc courier for rajesh kumar sinha, flat no 401, apna ghar appartment, indira nagar east, road no 1 a, dushadhipakri near 90 feet road, malahipakri, kankarbagh, patna, bihar. Pincode 800020
But after crossing 12 days still not received.
Patna telephone number of dtdc which is given in dtdc website is also not correct.
If i am tracking then only showing the details of 26th may 2020 with no updation.

My parcel was booked on 1st june with tracking id d58204995 from delhi (Pincode-110025) to bakhtiarpur, bihar (Pincode-803212). Even after nine days it's not delivered and it shows that your pincode is not deliverable. If it is not deliverable then why did they booked it in the first place. After taking so much of my time, patience and money, they are telling me that it's not deliverable.

Booked delivery of a small document from serampore, west bengal meant for pune, maharashtra.
10 days have elapsed but the consignment is still showing in transit.
Dtdc charged rs. 270/- for the service, but their service is deplorable. The customer care does not have any idea about the whereabouts of the documents.
I hope never to book anything at dtdc. Seeing all the angry reviews, i wonder how do they still survive this competitive market.

Hello my shipment tracking number is d93471084 and i purchased a product with someone who is from bareilly. The courier picked up the product from there on third june 2020 and on 5th june afternoon it reached haldwani. Since then the product was lying in haldwani and no delivery was attempted till 8th june afternoon. (I dont know if they dont have any office for delivery services here why they accept parcel there are many other products i order from amazon, mayantra, delhivery all are delivered before time.) so i raised a query on the link on their tracking page and after an hour the updated the status to out for delivery and after that wrong address or cir without contacting me and without attempting to deliver the product. I have also attached their tracking status

Updated by Anubhav Kala Today i.e, 9 june the status of my parcel was again updated to out for delivery at 5 am but at 12 noon i got 2 miss calls from unknown number which was cut within one second. When i called back a female pics up the call and says there is a parcel and they will not deliver because no one is there to deliver the product. I am new to this place and she is telling to collect the parcel from their office which is 7 km away from my location. I dont have any vehicle and i dont know anybody here who can collect it. I dont know why they have opened up a franchise here when they cant afford to keep delivery boys and even call..

Hello Sir/Madam,
I am writing to you because your frenchise partner is not attempting delivery and is updating wrong information on your website. Today the status was updated in the morning 5:13 amto out for delivery but no delivery is attempted until now and all the update made by your franchise partner are wrong and false. Today afternoon your franchise partner gave miss calls from
[protected] number and when i called her back she first didnt pick my calls. I repeatedly called her for five times then she picked up my call and asked me to collect my parcel from their office within two days otherwise she will return the parcel. She gave an excuse that she dont have any delivery boy to deliver the product. In the evening at 6 pm i went to their office which is 7 km away from my location but the office was closed. When i called her she said nowdays she closes the office at 3 pm. All other courier are serving here like amazon, delhivery, blue dart but she refuses to deliver the parcel. Now she told me she knows everyone here in this locality but she was updating wrong information on tracking status about the address was wrong.. Kindly look in to the matter and please take action asap regarding this matter.. And if your franchise partner are not interested to deliver the product at the mentioned address then dont give franchisee to these kind of peoples because on one hand the customers are not satisfied and on the other hand they are ruining goodwill of your brand.

Because of covid 19 it's hard to move from on city to another so i told my brother to send my laptop by courier, so he sent it by dtdc on 29th of may from pune. After that there was no update since then then on 4th june i found out that it's in bangalore. I called customer service to help out with this, they said it was 'mistakenly' sent to bangalore instead of nagpur (Which is in maharashtra). Feels stupid but i stayed calm and they said we are working on it and you'll receive a massage for further details. Today it's 8th of june and there's no massage from dtdc and there costomer executives are not picking up my calls at all

I am from pune and ordered diabetic medicine online from one dr. Which is also from pune for my father. Nobody contact us on phone and since 2nd june 2020 status showing like "not delivered (Covid 19 - office closed/door locked)". Called customer care, but they are not supportive. They are also not sure when they will going to deliver my parcel.

One of the most pathetic vendor. He overcharges his customers. His weighing machine never works. He will ask you to leave your luggage and the consignment never reaches on time. It took 40 days for my consignment to reach destination.

For this concern we have tried to call mr. Tez singh [protected] but he is very irresponsible person and not picking phone. Plz deliver our shipment as soon as possible.
