I am booked courier dated 05/04/2016 docket no.H64810865. This courier still not delivered destination point. How many days you will delivery to my courier. You will not delivered you will give me my courier charges and value of goods amount also gives me. Your customer has not attempting my calls. I am called number[protected] and [protected]. Cn no : r22023612. Dtd 26.04.2016 rs.110/- from aluva to trichur. The party is staying very near to esi hospital mulankunnathukavu, near medical college athani and also in the industrial estate. The courier is now with dtdc branch at athani. The above referred athani dtdc office is not located at a remote place it is in the special zone industrial area of government. The person contacted mr.Vinod is of the opinion that even though the house is very near they will not supply the parcel to home address. This compalint is put forward by the sender sri. I request you to execute immediate steps to deliver the goods at the earliest in the above address without delay. Dtdc had collected door delivery charges from our side.

I used this courier company for dispatch a documents. When i did not get any update on call. Then go to the website try to get status it shows status
Delivered. I try to call the customer care to know to whom they delivered the documents. Try different numbers[protected] / 61 68,[protected]/ 39) given in site . Phone is ringing but no one received the call. I got frustrated that was an important doc for me.

I have received completely damaged parcel from dtdc courier. I have ordered 1 dz mango box from ratnagiri to bangalore. But i got completely damaged box, while 6 mangoes stolen and rest mangoes eaten by rats.

I am highly disappointed with service and management.
I have paid 1200 inr for product plus 300 shipping charge.
I want my money back from dtdc.
I have called dtdc customer care[protected] & also mailed [protected]@dtdc.com several times but no one is replying.

Consignment number Z89599075 was booked on 20th April 2016 from Delhi for delivery to Pune. the document reached pune on Saturday 23rd April (as per online records) and was sent for Delivery on Monday 25th April which was later updated as "not delivered due to office always closed". the address was that of residence and NO ATTEMPT was made to deliver at all, as checked at security desk of the apartment. my entire family was at home during the entire day and no courier delivery person ever came. after repeated calling and follow ups with the person at the pune Tathawade Branch no concrete response was provided and false promises were made regarding delivery. lot of excuses were given with regards to the reason for not delivering and the person was absolutely rude and unapologetic. the latest status update shows that the courier has been returned to delhi. no one is willing to take responsibility.

I have booked a courier from chennai to kurnool on 21 apr 2016. I was charged 350/- for the courier and was given a estimated date of 23rd or by 25th, now dtdc says that the courier was not assigned any cosignment number and got strucked in tirupathi since 21st april.
As a consumer iam seriously disappointed by the dtdc handled my issue .
I hope necessary action be taken on dtdc as compensation.

When I tracked online the status of the mentioned shipment, it was showing as "ATTEMPTED". When I contacted on [protected] at the NOIDA Phase - II branch of DTDC, the person, who lifted the phone told me that delivery boy had not attempted and my address is in "No service area" for DTDC.

Now while taking the booking, why DTDC didn't told that the destination address is not served by DTDC ? This is totally unprofessionalism on the part of DTDC.

Now they should ensure delivery of the shipment at the earliest.

Not only the staff in this branch rude, but also incapable of performing their duties. I gave the address that is situated 15 kms from this branch. The man called me on my phone and said I have to pick up the courier today. I told him I have ordered other merchandise too from the company which he shall be receiving sometime this week. I requested him to keep my courier along with other orders that he shall be receiving soon. He became extremely rude and said that if i don't pick it up today, he'll be sending it back, and he said and I quote, 'that is not my problem'. I am an extremely busy person, I had to go all the way to hoshiarpur to pick it up today, and will have to do again because of his 'threat' that he will send back my couriers. You have lost a customer for sure. I run a big enterprise in that area, and I will not be getting any services from your poor company because of your staff's bad behaviour and mishandling of my stuff.

My consignment number is z85761277 has been booked from meerut on 16th april, 2016 to be delivered in jaipur. Through tracking its showing it has been reached in jaipur on 18th april, 2016. After that is has not been reached to my address. I have tried to reach the contact numbers provided on the website but none are working. The consignment carries solar charge controller. It is very important for my work. Even i tried to submit a complaint on the website but it also does not work.

My friend send me courier from pune to sangrur. Name of the person who send is devendra singh and that courier for manjeet singh.That courier contained iphone 6 and 2 samsung display whole courier worth rs. 26000. But when i received that courier that contains chappal i have that courier that is still sealed i also have the slip provided by the courier company from pune in that clearly mention that the courier contain iphone and 2 samsung display. I sent it along with the message. Now gonna case on dtdc courier company in consumer court for this fraud.

Mr Lingaraju, your delivery boy doesn't know how to talk to a government official and is not polite in his behaviour and I have the recorded conversation and his phone number . He was very harsh while he was delivering the courier and also told that he would not deliver and would return the courier stating that the company is closed. If the incidence repeats I would be forced to take legal course with DTDC for misconduct of through delivery boys.

I have ordered one mobile flip cover on ebay and item was shipped by seller via DTDC courier on 09 Apr 16 vide AWB no-
L2966566. Item was supposed to delivered by courier by 12 Apr 16 but items was not delivered on time. I further contacted to eBay about delayed on delivery, eBay replied that if you don't received the item by 18Apr 16, you can apply for refund. Now matter is cleared from eBay side but when I have tracked the courier, I was surprised to see that items was returned back from home town (Gorakhpur UP) to seller. Quoting that "Incomplete Address". Where as everything are coming at my address easily.
Why this courier are doing such nuisance.

I have ordered from amazon. Amazon vendor has selected dtdc as their courier partner and handover courier to them.

From Rajkot, Gujarat to hyderabad, Telangana - The courier took only one day.

But after arrived in hyderabad since last 3 days it was laid down and not delivered.

It was better to go with indian postal service then DTDC tortoise service.

Also i have recommended seller of amazon to not go with DTDC as this courier partner will hamper his future buisness by not delivering articles on time.

Also no body bother to lift up call at any location in hyderabad which is surprising.

My courier tracking number is p36693915. I got a call in the afternoon from one of the branch offices that the courier had arrived in their location and to collect the courier from there. When i said that the courier is supposed to be delivered at the delivery address, he started spinning stories about how the courier had arrived his office by mistake and he will not deliver. If i needed my courier i had to go to his office otherwise he will send it back to main office and best of luck to me whenever i receive my courier after maybe 2 or 3 days. He was abusive and was an harrowing experience. Have tried reaching all helpline numbers of dtdc since then but most were unreachable while others were least bothered. Have received courier at same delivery address in the past and not able to understand the behaviour of their franchisee partners

I send a courier on 13-April-2016 still its not delivered it is showing in transit my tracking no is B30563090 if any important papers is there what can i do that time who taking the response for this .

We have sent courier on 12.04.2014 to hyderabad branch by dtdc no b30943700. This courier has tampered by dtdc staff and delivered. In this courier we have send value things of rs 7400/- this has been misused from dtdc staff and they have filled with unwanted things and couriered.

We have informed to bangalore office & hyderabad office there was no response. Please do the needful as its very much important document of our staff.

I had place a courier from varanasi to mumbai they had return my courier putting status office door close. As first it my residence address and there will be someone at my home and if person come to my house and door was close why they had not put any acknowledge .
Now they are telling to pay and resend the courier.
Ref no.F09705923. They put fake status and force customer to pay and resend same courier again.

I have been purchased a Nokia XL mobile from Ebay for Rs: 9699 on August 2014 . When I received it, it was not meeting the specification given by Ebay on their web site. After repeatedly communicating with Ebay and understanding my issue is genuine, Ebay asked me to ship back the product to the following address (Contact Name :Ganesh Kumar Address :390, Upper Ground Floor, Sant Nagar, East of Kailash New Delhi, India 110065 email:[protected]@outlook.in Phone: [protected]) given by ebay. It was couriered (Shipped) back by DTDC (Kottakkal-Tirur Branch). I was astonished and shocked to hear that the parcel ebay received as empty. I contacted the local DTDC office and they asked me to contact the main office at Cochin.. I contacted one Mrs. Vidya and Bindu for the claim. Both of them assured me that I will get my claim. I provided them all documents they demanded. After one month DTDC washed off their hands saying consignment was not insured, so they can’t take the responsibility. DTDC itself handling the shipment from my place (Kerala) to Delhi and if the consignment is losing in between means, who else should take the responsibility. The result apparently I lost both my cash and mobile. I contacted the Mrs. Vidya and Bindu (both are holding top posts DTDC) again but they washed off their hands. I feel like I have been scammed by all, where are my rights as a consumer? Shame on you DTDC. Can anyone help me to resolve my issue and to get back my cash. If not, advise me where and whom should I approach to get justice?
