Dear Sir,
I booked a courier vide docket no. F 09023837 from Banaswadi, Banglore to Suratgarh ( Rajasthan) on dated 30.03.2016 but till date the same is not received by me . On tracking from your site it is showing At DTDC Apex, jaipur apex on dated 02.04.2016 at 01.42 PM. Further it is not showing anything.kindly do the needful.

At the tome of booking i requested that person to search pin code is deliverable or not. At that time he searched and said it's deliverable.
Now when till today when my courier doesn't reached the destination, i inquired about the status. Now your executives are saying that the pin code is deliverable and talked very rudely to me saying talk to the booking office from where you booked the consignment.

Ref;dtdcconsignment no v28933868 booked on 23rd march with the committment to get the item delivered the next day or at the maximum of two days for express service. I paid rs 180/- for the express service and i found that the cover is delivered only on saturday ie.26th of march that too in the after noon. You cheated the customer by collecting 3.5 times the normal charges and delivered like normal delivery. I demand return of excess charges because o[censored]ndue delay in delivery. The purpose of sending the cover got defeated because of your late delivery and the money spent is absolutely wasted.

My dotzot, reference no.[protected], courier available my near area but he told me courier collect my office. His mobile no. [protected] and also behavior is very bad.

But on tracking the awb no h64063398, i found that the parcel is arrived in the city moga (Punjab)142001 on 22march but the courier company dtdc didn't deliver it to me and on contacting them, i came to know about dispute between the franchise and the partners of dtdc, the person who has the franchise has kept all the parcels with him and didn't deliver it to the customers and on contacting the person who has the franchise he told me that he will only deliver the parcels if he receive the payment from dtdc company
I called him so many times but he he is not delivering the parcel to me,

My shipment no Z86626442 not receive yet as per commitment. I was clearly mentioned to DTDC service man that it is a food item so please carry it carefully and shipped on time. at the time of taking money in advance they give big false commitment that it will deliver in 2-3 days as my parcel delivery location was local/ within 90 Kms only. They took advance money so they never call me again and the receiver also. As they have all my and receiver contact nos. Now no one giving me right answer " where is my parcel now?" even they are talking rude, behave Unethical, abusing my receiver also when he called to check location of the parcel.

It is worst experience from DTDC and i never refer anyone to use your service. You guys are totally fake and your services are worst.

Invoice name:- omax group, address:-(Mismatch also). Here commitment by mr. Deepak (Company's executive-sales manager) price & company rate differ. 80 couriers sent by dtdc & price decided are below:-
Local:- 20/- per courier
Ncr:- 25/- per courier
Other:- 35/- per courier
But company cheated again & again, & issue new revise invoice several time but at the end i had not received original price whose committed by mr. Deepak.
Original invoice issued price- 6, 500/- (Approx)
After complaining this- 4, 275/- (Revise bill value)

But actual billing price:- rs. 2, 550/- (Plus) fuel charge:- rs. 765/- (Plus) service tax:- rs:- 370/- total invoice price:- rs:- 3, 685.

Kindly resolve this issue. & kindly take immediately action for m/s malti international.

Booked a courier (docket no: B[protected] on 9th of February 2016. Party never received it. Reason provided: Address not found. Checked with local branch at Kadugodi, Bengaluru. They replied that the parcel has come back and has been given back to the sender. After making enquiries with neighbors and confirming that the parcel was never returned, made three trips to the local office. Each time, they said that they are trying to track the courier. It is 31st March 2016 today, and still no word from them.

Lost the parcel, false promises, never come back with information, Never follow up, poor customer service specially Indian team (Simran Singh - [protected]), waste of money.

Parcel was sent from India Hyderabad - London on 9th Feb 2016 and was supposed to receive on 13th Feb. Its 31st March now no Parcel, no Compensation but received rude customer service.

I spent more time and money calling them then their compensation they offered which was never received. That Parcel was very important for me..

It was fast track courier and after more than 10 days even, it is not reached yet to the address mentioned.
Nobody from any office (from Pune -> Mumbai -> Ahmedabad -> Rajkot -> Junagadh) is giving an answer on this.
They are just saying it is untraceable.
Please lodge a complaint against DTDC Courier.

A courier booked on 21/03/2016 number - z82868763 but it have not been received till today.Even this courier was kept in apex varanasi from last four days. I have also informed to apex varanasi and at the same time courier delivery man but he has refused to delivery on dated 29/03/16.Please take the necessary action against the defaulter.The courier was very important. I have also requested to delivery man mr. Sandeep singh but he hss not behaved properly.

I had sent a parcel on 16th march cn : m31005834 to trivandrum from mumbai and the parcel is still not deliverd. When i checked status online says still in transit. I called trivandrum branch as per nos provided # [protected]. The person in this facility was very rude n said they don't give home delivery and disconnect my call. When i has sent this parcel no one told me that they dont provide home delivery. The second time i called he disconnected my called n refused to give name. Such a pathetic customer service and being very unprofessional. With lot of trust we send our confidential parcels and such people have no sense of courtesy n responsibility. The tat given was for 4days and still not received the parcel.Its been more than 12 days now.And now they are asking to collect it from their office.

I would never recommended dtdc to anyone.Kindly look into the matter n request for a resolution.

Hello sir, I want to complain about dehuroad branch, as in month of september i tied up with ur company, and due to some problem in my bussiness i stop that seling books, so wen i started it i gave 2 parcel to ur company they made the delivery of rs1200 and 1500, bt after then wen i told mr manish to stop the services he is not giving me any response since december m chasing that person to pay the money of those two parcel, i allready informed him on 5th december 2015 and also i send the email on 6th december, so hhe told that we will add ur money in ur account in 15 days, bt now its is 2016 march which is almost ending allmost m waitinf from 4 months, and that person is not giving me proper response as he is blaming me that i shud not stop any service givn by your company, if m facinf difficulties in my bussiness then y shud i continue it just for dtdc courier service...is it like this k bussiness me loss hone do par dtdc walo ko parcel dena he hai how i will do that, i m sersly telling u m loosing my patience now its horrrible i have to answer my partners for even though its a small amount bt y shud i live this amount also y u guys are not paying my money its only 2800 rs, plz take my complain asap n return my money at any damn cost ...That person name is manish, do solve this issue

I am yeswanth krishna from vizag booked dtdc plus service bearing consignment number v27149642 to deliver plastic item for a person in hyderabad. But dtdc plus broke my product in transportation and delivered it. which causes huge misunderstanding between us. so, Please resolve this issue as early as possible.

This is the worst service ever. My order has been dispatched from there 3 days ago and still i haven't received it. Order has been placed 8 days ago and still its not received. Worst service dtdc. Normal post reaches much faster and safe. Never ever again use dtdc for couriers. Worst service. Above mentioned franchise they dont pick phone calls nor they reply to our emails. Worst ever.

We have received the consignment No. V28442820 dtd. 22.03.2016 which was dispatch from Lucas India Service Ltd. Kolkatta to Mandona Hyundai, North Lakhimpur (Assam). While receiving the consignment it is found in damage condition for which courier charge taken a sum of Rs. 3, 000/=. The cost of pump which was damage of Rs. 99, 567/= and the parts of damage is costing Rs. 25, 000/= (Approx)

So, we request you to reimburse the above amount (ie; Rs. 99, 567/=)

I have booked a consignment (V[protected] on 23-march-2016, from bangalore to be delivered to gurgaon via national plus service by paying rs. 275/- here in bangalore dtdc branch office. Today is 25-march-2016, and the consignment has not yet reached the destination.

When i started tracking in bangalore & gurgaon dtdc offices, i was told gurgaon branches are closed due to holidays on 24-mar-16 & 25-mar-16. If they are observing holidays on these days, why am i not informed about the same while booking the consignment and still was charged for national plus service?

I managed to talk to dtdc gurgaon and the concerned person gave me a contact number of sohna road (The consignment destination) branch, which when i dialed, seems to be a non-existing number. Through other means, i got hold of a contact person in sohna road branch. This person said he'll call back in 10 minutes. It's been more than 30 mins, but no trace of the so-called call back.

Basically, two complaints from me:

1. When dtdc gurgaon is declared not to work on 24-mar-16 & 25-mar-16, why am i charged rs. 275/- as national plus delivery, when the consignment has not yet reached the destination as per schedule.

2. Most of the dtdc phone numbers that we customers get are bogus numbers; either they were published incorrectly or the given numbers don't even exist. In the event of correct numbers, the concerned person intentionally won't receive the calls, or they will keep us waiting forever.

Quite an unexpected & unacceptable business operations from a well-known courier firm. I will ensure my future courier requirements will not be via dtdc at all.

1. I had couriered a parcel to Delhi through AWB No Z76022069 from Saharanpur.
2. The web portal shows that the courier was delivered, however the same is denied by the receiver. When I asked for proof of delivery from their office they did not provide me the same & have been procrastinating since. Even after writing to their customer service center there has been no response. A very poor state of affairs, certainly not expected from DTDC.
