    My name is Niwas Kumar.My tracking id (POD) no is M32107444.I didn't get my packet.This is highly unprofessional behaviour.He didn't call.I don't know to whom it is being delivered.When i checked it online.It is showing delivered.Kindly look into the matter as it contains confidential bank related documents.I am attaching you proof.I called on may numbers.but i am not satisfied with the resolution provided.

      I am yeswanth krishna from vizag booked dtdc plus service bearing consignment number v27149642 to deliver plastic item for a person in hyderabad. But dtdc plus broke my product in transportation and delivered it. which causes huge misunderstanding between us. so, Please resolve this issue as early as possible.

        This is the worst service ever. My order has been dispatched from there 3 days ago and still i haven't received it. Order has been placed 8 days ago and still its not received. Worst service dtdc. Normal post reaches much faster and safe. Never ever again use dtdc for couriers. Worst service. Above mentioned franchise they dont pick phone calls nor they reply to our emails. Worst ever.

          We have received the consignment No. V28442820 dtd. 22.03.2016 which was dispatch from Lucas India Service Ltd. Kolkatta to Mandona Hyundai, North Lakhimpur (Assam). While receiving the consignment it is found in damage condition for which courier charge taken a sum of Rs. 3, 000/=. The cost of pump which was damage of Rs. 99, 567/= and the parts of damage is costing Rs. 25, 000/= (Approx)

          So, we request you to reimburse the above amount (ie; Rs. 99, 567/=)

            I have booked a consignment (V[protected] on 23-march-2016, from bangalore to be delivered to gurgaon via national plus service by paying rs. 275/- here in bangalore dtdc branch office. Today is 25-march-2016, and the consignment has not yet reached the destination.

            When i started tracking in bangalore & gurgaon dtdc offices, i was told gurgaon branches are closed due to holidays on 24-mar-16 & 25-mar-16. If they are observing holidays on these days, why am i not informed about the same while booking the consignment and still was charged for national plus service?

            I managed to talk to dtdc gurgaon and the concerned person gave me a contact number of sohna road (The consignment destination) branch, which when i dialed, seems to be a non-existing number. Through other means, i got hold of a contact person in sohna road branch. This person said he'll call back in 10 minutes. It's been more than 30 mins, but no trace of the so-called call back.

            Basically, two complaints from me:

            1. When dtdc gurgaon is declared not to work on 24-mar-16 & 25-mar-16, why am i charged rs. 275/- as national plus delivery, when the consignment has not yet reached the destination as per schedule.

            2. Most of the dtdc phone numbers that we customers get are bogus numbers; either they were published incorrectly or the given numbers don't even exist. In the event of correct numbers, the concerned person intentionally won't receive the calls, or they will keep us waiting forever.

            Quite an unexpected & unacceptable business operations from a well-known courier firm. I will ensure my future courier requirements will not be via dtdc at all.

              1. I had couriered a parcel to Delhi through AWB No Z76022069 from Saharanpur.
              2. The web portal shows that the courier was delivered, however the same is denied by the receiver. When I asked for proof of delivery from their office they did not provide me the same & have been procrastinating since. Even after writing to their customer service center there has been no response. A very poor state of affairs, certainly not expected from DTDC.

                Sub.: Loss of Consignment, Irresponsible Behaviour, Mental Harrasment

                Ref.: DTDC Courier Docket No. F09341762 dt.:19/11/2015

                Highlights : Company has an attitude of saying loudly that entire govt machinery is in their pocket

                We had booked a consignment (Hypertherm Quick Disconnect Receptacle) for our valued client M/s. Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd., , Raipur at DTDC Courier, 10 Mill Officers Colony, Behind Reserve bank of India, Ashram road, Ahmedabad – 9, vide their docket no. F09341762 on 19/11/2015 along with our invoice no. R/031 dt.:19/11/2015 for Rs. 44, 875.

                On 15th december 2015, our customer complained that they have not received the parcel, so we have inquired with DTDC courier booking office over the phone and in turn they told us that they will revert us. Till one week we didn’t got any reply from them and so we called them and asked to hand over the case to responsible manager. In this reference Deepa from DTDC called us on 21st december 2015 and told us that she will revert in a weeks time. We didn’t got any reply from her till 26th December so we had send our first mail to her marking cc to Raipur & Ahmedabad Office and requested them to give the status of parcel or make the payment to us.
                In this reference Deepa called us and asked to send second email to Kruti (Customer Care Manager) and Abhay Dholakia (Sales Manager - [protected]) and told us that if we will email to them they will push the matter and help us to get our parcel .

                On 28th Morning we got a call from Deepa informing that the parcel is lost due to carelessness of DTDC team. We in turn told her to refund the amount and also the compensation for the loss happened to customer due to delay in parcel and also send her third email marking cc to abhay, kruti and ahmedabad office. Thenafter we spoke to Abhay Dholakia and he told us your case is genuine, its mistake of DTDC and as your parcel is lost we will give you the amount of invoice. On 31st december afternoon, we got a call from Mr. Abhay informing us that the parcel is found and they will deliver to our customer today itself or on 1st january 2016. On 2nd january morning we inquired with customer and they told that still they have not received parcel so we called Mr Abhay and asked him the status and in turn he told us that it was not our parcel. In this ref we again send fourth email on 2nd January requesting him to solve the matter either ways.

                In this reference we got a call from Mr. Abhay on 4th Jan informing us that for making the payment he requires request letter from our side. On 4th jan we have send our fifth email along with the Request letter to Mr. Abhay. Also got revert of the email from Mr. Abhay asking us to send AWB copy. Then after we have send AWB copy as a sixth email. Thenafter till 9th we called Mr. Abhay for 5 times but he didn’t replied so we send seventh email requesting to make our payment of lost parcel. Thenafter we personally went to his office and requested him to give the claim amount and than he told that as Rajiv Machine Tools has not taken Insurance DTDC can’t pay. We told him that till now why he has not informed us the same and promising us to give the claim amount, secondly we clearly told him that it was not informed to us while booking the parcel and third most important thing “Is there any responsibility of DTDC” ? In turn he told us that are you uneducated ? DTDC has mentioned on back side with very small writing and if you can’t read its your problem. Also further he told us that you should watch OMG movie its not a Act of GOD. Then he added that we don’t care for any parcel, we are doing good business and so we are in monopoly. Next time you don’t book. We told him that if he will behave like this than we will do the police complain. So he told our CEO has relation with Commissioner of Police and we are managing them. Being a common man we didn’t had any way out so we pleaded him to give us our hard earned money, so he became soft and asked us to wait for few days and promised to give the claim amount if we will keep silent.

                On 18th Jan 2016 we had send eight reminder mail asking to make the payment and then he told us that its in process and he will make the payment in one week. He also informed us that AGM Sir Mr. Debjyoti has approved the same and cheque will be ready in one week. Than we waited till 27th Jan and send him ninth email and we got call from Mr. Abhay informing that your cheque is approved to sign and Mr. Radheshyam will send us the closure approval so we will handover the cheque to you and asked us to wait for 2 days. Email from Mr. Abhay on 27th Jan asking Radheshyam to close the case. After meeting Mr. Abhay and seeing the emails and telephonic conversation, we though we will receive cheque in two days.

                We waited for almost 10 days and again called Mr. Abhay requesting to give our payment of lost parcel and he told us that he will take one more week as cheque is prepared and AGM sir signature is pending. Thenafter we called Mr. Abhay more than 100 times he didn’t answered the call. One day in last week of february 2016 we had surprise visit to his office at Ashram road and he got caught. He couldn’t escape and than told us that all documents are ready and AGM Sir is coming on 1st march and then he will get the cheque sign and give us on 2nd March. We again waited for him and called him on 7th March asking to give the cheque orelse we will do the police complain or go to consumer forum. In reply to this he told us that DTDC is a brand and no Consumer Forum can do anything as we are doing business with all the govt officers and our AGM knows Commisoner of Police so do whatever you can do. We remain silent and pleaded him to give our payment. He again asked time for a week.

                We again called him on 14th March and asked him for our cheque and he told us that on 15th he will give us cheque finally as it is with AGM Mr. Debjyoti. On 15th Mr. Nilesh from our office personally went there and sat at his office from morning 10 AM till 0730 PM. During this period Mr Abhay was asking time as AGM Sir was busy and mentioning that cheque is with AGM Sir and he will sign soon. In the evening around 7pm I Personally went to check why Mr. Abhay is not cooperating. I found that he was playing game with us. So I asked him in bold voice to cooperate orelse we will go to consumer forum this time. He told us that several cases and customers have gone to consumer forum but our owner Mr. Chakraborty has his people in Consumer Forum across India and so till noone from Consumer forum has came to us and also we don’t care of Police because we are managing Police account and so they are under our obligation. During this discussion I took his photograph and he commented that you can give it to media because we are also managing media and giving them money for not printing against us.

                If this is kind of daring a sales manager of DTDC courier has than I don’t know how will INDIA grow. It was no point talking to a person like him and everyone from DTDC was watching this but nobody came to stop him. We finally begged and told his to give LOSS Letter which he didn’t gave on 15th and promised to give on 16th March. On that day we called him more than 100 times which can be traced by vodafone company anytime. Mr. Abhay didn’t answered. I went to his office at 630 pm and forced him to give me loss letter which he gave me after an hour and told me do whatever I can do because DTDC is a National Brand and no govt agency, Police, Anti Corruption or Consumer Forum can hold neck if it. Also he told us that several cases against DTDC is in court and nothing has happened till now because DTDC legal team is strong.

                We sincerely request you to help us in this case to get our payment and stop DTDC as they are fearless and have given us heavy amount of mental stress, time loss and upfrontly told that they don’t care for any system.

                  I have posted one document from Mumbai on 21/03/16 (Monday) with DTDC Plus to Vidisha (464001) with an charging amount of 270 rupees and i have been told that the document will be delivered on 23/03/16 (Wednesday) at earliest and that's why i have send it but still i am waiting for it, I am really not happy with the service and why these people are charging so much if they cant deliver on time, Please look into this issue

                    DTDC is a pathetic courier service .My friends were telling not use it but I guess I was wrong and they were right .On the ocassion of holi I ordered a pack of sweets called "Gujiya" but the condition in which I got my parcel ..it was very very bad, it was all broken . Is this the kind of service you people render to your customer??
                    On top of all this the delivery boy not even borthered to call me and tell that the parcel has arrived and he is there to drop the parcel at my home .He gave the parcel to an unknown person who was standing infront of my house who was a part time gard ..comeon ..people is this the way??? Aren't you suppose to call the person in whose name the parcel is there...
                    This was the first and last time i used DTDC courier service, will sugggest my friends coluges, relatives not to use this courier service

                      My parcel with tracking no B29958124 has not delivered saying that address not found. The delivery man generally does this as they don’t want to deliver the product and returning item is very easy for them. They even did not bothered to call me for any hint for my address. Even after various attempt to contact them, they are not responding. Please take a serious action against it...

                        My courier (tracking id:C[protected] was sent from Coimbatore to Delhi, it was a return package from Amazon and contains a pair of shoes.The employee there at the DTDC sungam junction branch, coimbatore was so rude and his attitude was like as if I was sending some illegal items that too DTDC was his privately owned company.Anyway my complaint is about the shipment which is now missing.

                        The tracking details says, it is delivered but the company there at Delhi says they haven't received it, moreover the tracking details says it is send back to Salem.Why is the package now there at Salem(as the details says), when I asked this question to their customer care, they do not have an answer.

                        so DID I LOST MY ENTIRE MONEY (The shoes+delivery charges to amazon + rs.190 that DTDC got from me)

                            I was sent a courier from Kolkata to Bengaluru, which on tracking mentioned delivered on 29/02/2016 but have not received the consignment. I have put in a complaint and got an acknowledgment email as well as sms on March 12th 2016 but no follow up or whereabouts of my documents that had to be delivered.

                              Disgusting employees first of all... instead o[censored]nderstanding customer's problem they just ask for more n more time... it's been 1 week now since I am waiting for my parcel to be delivered n after calling them 100 times still I get bull excuses from them... all they can do is just making fake commitments to customers... very poor service

                                I booked a parcel (Chocolates) on 18th March (Friday). As I wanted the parcel to be delivered on 21st (Monday) I paid ₹580 for the National Blue service. The Agent from where I booked the shippment said they will certainly deliver the same on the said day, that is 21st (Monday). But as promised/commitment given by your agent the shippment is still not delivered.
                                Since Saturday and today morning I have continuously kept calling your offices in Vasudevanallur, Tirunelveli, Madurai & Chennai to locate the parcel and have it shipped ASAP. But I have realised that you people have no respect for the money you charge and the committment you give to the customer. I have a occassion today and I wanted the shippment to be delivered. But I as well as my family has got disappointment because of the fact that you people have not kept your promise of delivery as on said day. If there had been some big problem like any natural thing or anything similar I would have understood. But you people had 3 days to make sure the parcel gets delivered on the same committed day. As I said its very clear you have no respect for the customers need and urgency.
                                What is the use of paying extra money when I have still not got the parcel delivered.
                                Now I am spending more money in talking to all your agents and the wrost part is no one is concerned or showing any respect to the concern the customer has instead they all are asking to call and talk to a new person now. No sense of responsibility is being shown by anyone.
                                Very very disappointed by the way you are giving service to a customer.

                                Please reply with a proper solutiok for the extra money I have paid for the service and also kindly please make sure the parcel gets delivered by tomorrow (22nd March) without fail.

                                    I am vinay kumar working in igl, kashipur. I had sent my wife medicine on 14.12.2015 from kashipur through dtdc courier with tracking number z68928133 to east delhi where my family is residing. But the medicine not reached the destination and on your dtdc website it has shown delivered. I had talked to dtdc customer care and they had given delivery boy number but no satisfactory answer had been by delivery boy and neither from delhi and kashipur dtdc officials.I had followed regularly this matter for 1-2 months but all my efforts gone in vain. I had suffered financially and mentally by this incident. Please tell me how can i get justice as a citizen of india and in future no such incident would be followed by dtdc.

                                      My tracking no is N94649513. I got my packet just now. But wen I begin to open packet it was tempered and also didn't get the original documents/bill sent with this packet.
                                      I started calling the guy who delivered me packet but it seems he has intentionally switched off the phone.
                                      Kindly look into the matter and help me to find the solution ASAP.
                                      If you cannot suggest me kindly help me to find exact channel to sort it out.
                                      I am waiting for two days and hope that I won't need to go to Consumer Court.
