Dear sir,
I book a small parcel for mumabi. But it is not dispatch. As per your local office he say that i dispatch on 22/3/2016, when i request to see receipt copy for confirmation. He is not show receipt copy.In that parcel we send a sample piece of company. Doct no is z82526754 booked on 18/3/2016. So many times haridwar office send mail but mumbai office not response.
Parcel worth is 550/pc.
I request

My order refernce number is : (H[protected]. And also it was not showing status after it was dispatched from hyderabad. The shipment not delivered yet to be till 1 week from the date of dispatchment. I want my courier immediatly because it has medicines for my wife. It was shipped from hyderabad to paradeep, orissa. The item is dispatched from hyderabad 05.05.2016.. But it was not shipped to paradeep, it is shipped by doctor from hydearabad.

I had to receive a courier through dotzot sent by netmeds... A medical order which is naturally understandable as how much it can be the urgency of patient.

First, the courier service do not bother about updating the details of product in transit.In my case with the tracking id[protected]This is the only detail that i had been provided regarding the product under delivery), the details were updated till 28th april 2016 and the next updation was done on 9th may after several communication with the vendor who had sent the product via this worst servicing dtdc and the vendor communicated with the dtdc representative.

Second, at last i was happy that the delivery would be done on 10th may 2016 as i received a sms saying the product is out for delivery. But still even while i am writing this complaint i could not receive the product.In fact the worst thing is that the delivery person did not attempt to deliver and updated the status as cid receiver was not available. My family member stay at home 24 hours and even if they tried to deliver and were not able to locate the address they should have made a call to confirm the location.

Till this incident i was thinking about dtdc as one of the best courier service provider that you can leave any bothering about a product if it is with dtdc and it's still one of the most trusted courier service in india. But, after this incident which is not convincible in any means as the branch office bearers of dtdc seem to be mere time-passers and free-eaters. I have developed the perception now that never attach with dtdc.

Please resolve my issue... If possible

I had raised a request for a pickup of a product on 3rd May but nobody has turned up for the pickup as yet. I have tried contacting them via calls but nobody is responding to the calls neither nobody is responding to the mails which I am sending on daily basis. Kindly help me on this issue asap as I have to deliver the product on urgent basis. I have contacted DTDC as advised by amazon.in as I have to return their product at asap.

Awb V28888243, We sent it from Jodhpur as a premier segment, charged by you thrice, against normal charge, dated on 9th May, 16, but till time that is 10th May, time 18.25, not deleverd by you. And online tracking status shows, last 2.07 pm in process, neither local person response nor your toll free number responded, documents was very much important, and at the time of booking, they people assured us, it would reach at Delhi next day by 2 pm any how.
You see the status, and revert back asap.

I booked my luggage from Pune which was to be delivered to Kanpur. They checked the destination pin code and said they gave their services to the location. They told me that it would take about a week to deliver the package. After about a week, I started calling the Kanpur branch, bit nobody was picking up the phone. I tried for two days, but nobody lifted. I then got some other number, and then talked to their branch manager. He called the guy who wasn't picking up the phone. They then informed me that they cannot deliver the package to the desired location. Now, this was a sudden turn around, because they had registered the parcel only after confirming the address. And if i had not mamaged to reach them, they would have sent back all the luggage, which was around 40kgs. This is such an irresponsible courier service, which you can never rely upon. They then told me if i wanted the luggage, i should give them an address close by. So i had to get it delivered close to their office. They should be answerable to someone.

I have taken your premium services..paid extra money, told them its was urgent. Still they have not delivered the packet and sent it back without information..i have still not received any call concerning that.. my Consignment no. Is V28215137

The place where the parcel was to be delivered was easily accessible ..still the packet was not delivered.

Still the packet is back and not delivered..i want them to call me to collect the packet and refund me my courier amout, inorder to avoid further problems.

Dtdc is a brand ..and such things are not expected from them..so i would request u to get this matter sorted as soon as possible.

Moreover it was a money return guarantee scheme...so i dont think that it should be that difficult.

I reside in mumbai .I had changed my address on[protected] .I was shifted to navi Mumbai. My one check was dispatched to my old address .I did not know about that check. It was delivered to one wrong person, without asking me anything on[protected].I have losted my check.When i called on dtdc courier customer care about this issue, she disconnected my phone.Very irritating.Do needful.I have image of tracking no.Do needful.

On 13th march 2016, i have send courier through dtdc with consignment no p33683528. Containing hard drive worth rs 4950. And it contain most valuable project, my 4 year of assignment and report and docunment that i have made in last 10 year and i sending it to banglore.
But as per the information from dtdc office pratik nagar they said 'they have lost it'.

And i haven't received any response from them.. As i have already claim it.
Also i contact to branch manager of dtdc and refuse me for further process.

As student of engineering it cost very important part of my life. And without it i m stuct at this point. Kindly help me out from this serious issue and give me chance to regrow my life by taking it as serious lost of my life.

The package has to be delivered to gurgaon location in 48 hours assured.
It was sent on 4th may 2016, but the date is now 8th and the package is not delivered.
More adding the numbers provided on dddc is not correct to anyone contact.
Econdly the taking for the parcel is only on 5h no further updates.

More adding a complain on dtdc page is not at all working, you just cannot submit the complain. The cache sits over there, i[censored] enter wrong it will say hey dude please correct it but when everything is right just sits there does nothing.

He bad experience with dtdc never gone go forward with the same.

I courired a product on 2 nd may 2016.the dtdc person said that it will be delivered by 5 th may.but its not delivered till now.I went yesterday on 6th to enquire about it then he said he will check nd will cl me.till today he did not called me.instead when i called him he said we have not received any revert from customer care.He said he will check on monday i.e on 9 th.he said i will have to wait till monday.

I paid 390 rs for the same.it is very bad service u all are providing.no response is being taken as well.pls take immediate action on this nd better I even want my money refunded. They should have the value of timeline given to customers and understand the urgency.

Now the courier shop man is mis behaving and it was money back guarantee..but he is not ready to give me the extra amount. And more over arguing that he cannot do anything about it. When i asked him a day ahead whether it can be delivered next day...he agreed to double charges.. but inspite my paying him what he asked..my courier is not delivered..now he is saying to asked the person to pick it up from their office...bakwas service..unchi dukaan feeka pakwan...ill never suggest any one to get any thing couriered from dtdc

Mr nagarjun, stop cheating people. First you asked me 4% insurance value, which is 2%, then increased the base courier charges, then asked for 100rs additional for 15 grams only, then asked for additional 100 rs for secure pouch. When i asked you to call up your office and check again, you called and then conveniently told that you have checked. When i insisted to let me speak, you did not permit that. When i relented and said that i dont want it to go in a secure pouch, you refused the parcel only. You are rude, unethical and i am sure your boss is not aware that you are fleecing customers. Please fire this man.

Last status updated by dtdc is on 30th april'2016 stating 'shipment dispatched for delivery'.

Courier not received. In spite of paying extra flight charges for faster and quick delivery the package has not been delivered and can't be tracked. I will put complaint in customer greivance court. My customer send details is consignmrnt no.V28972267 sent by dtdc Bangalore madiwala(ayyapan temple) on 02.05.2016.it is past 3 days.As per there terms and conditions it should have reached a maximum of 3 days but still its not yet delivered.The package is so important and it tooks lot of time means why i should pay the money for express(195 rupees) who is gonna give back the express amount, if they are not satisfied there customers.I think they are doing some cheap and cheat kind of activities.Even there websites are not working properly, showing wrong updates and cannot lodge a complaint.My contact number is [protected].If the package is not delivered today i will lodge a complaint against them. Even the customer cares are also not responsive, the entire DTDC itself running for name sake.Please arrange for delivery otherwise it is matter of court proceedings...

This is regarding the household items transportation via DTDC from Kolktata to Noida. The AWB number is G90168571 and its includes 12 items of approx 160 Kgs in overall weight. The items came to me after 2 weeks and I found most of the items are damaged. e.g.
1. The LED TV screen was totally damaged which costs me approx 15K as a replacement screen.
2. The Fridge got many dents and tears in its whole body, badly scratched. Its just an one year old but looks like a badly used and old fridge.
3. The microwave is also having major dents and the glass top got broken along with the tray wheel.

Other items like beds, utensils are also more or less damaged.

I want DTDC to take the responsibility of these and compensate me on this. I will not tolerate this financial loss and damage of my purchased items due to this transportation.

I want to escalate this also to the concerned person Mr. Subhankar, who took the ownership of this delivery and now he is trying to avoid me in all aspects. No one from Kolkata or from Noida is willing to take the responsibility and the ball is passing to each other.

This is totally an unprofessional and crap service of DTDC. I will never ever recommend anyone to use their service.

Sir, i booked a packet to roorkee uttaranchal with tracking no v28152242 at mayur bihar delhi on[protected].I was promised the letter will be delivered next day by 11 am. Instead a person from roorkee civil lines branch called and informed the receiver to collect the parcel from the branch as he is not able to deliver it. I paid 200/- rupees for the letter and another 100/- to collect the letter. Kindly evaluate your services and take necessary action

I had done an express courier from Delhi to bangalore yesterday and gave two contact numbers for the same.
Today one of your employee called from this no[protected] and asked for the directions which I gave. Then she asked whose number was the other one. As soon as I told it was of my husband she started shouting saying that he is not taking the call. I told he was in an interview with the embassy and cant take calls during it. She was furious to hear that and starting talking all crap like who he thinks he is?Is he so important that he cannot take my call blah blah...and disconnected. I called her back thinking that the call got disconnected for some reason to which she replied that she purposely disconnected it and used rude and harsh language and disconnected again.
