Hi,
I have booked a courier (H[protected] at hyderabad to varanasi on 6-jun.

Booked date: 06-jun
Expected delivery 11-jun. (Verbal commitment, official 5-7 days)
Status: it shows reached delhi (As on 14-jun)
Un-delivered at destination.

It was told, delivers on same week, but not delivered yet.
1) online tracking is pathetic... No updates for a week-long, please screen shot.
Waiting for a week to know the status is so pathetic condition of the company.

2) when i contacted local pick-up counter, they says it was sent to lucknow by mistake and re-routed to delhi. It is so careless company.

3) customer care phone is not answered. Useless cc support. No responses.

Packet was dispatched on 9th june'16 from delhi under po no. Z88584630 which was suppose to get delivered at madhapur, hyderabad, telangana. The packet reached hyderabad airport on 11th june'16. As per the online tracking it is still lying there, i have trying to reach dtdc officials to track the same but no one is able to answer. I also logged a complaint with there dtdc head office on 13th june'16 against complaint no. 02373503. I also wrote a mail to [protected]@dtdc.com; css. [protected]@dtdc.com. Till now netiher i have received any tracking update nor any revert from their end. Pls help

I, Ravindra Tyagi sent the documents throurgh DTDC courier no Z87472608 dated 25/05/16 from vasundhara ghaziabad to gurgaon at the address below

Dear sir,
I book an order from dtdc on 9/06/2016 by cn.Z88391255 at 5 pm. It not picked on 9.06.16 as per online tracking as i also checked online on 10.06.2016 morning, its not showing on record. Its contain some important document. Who will be responsible for such delay. If my document is rejected from department. This is bad situation why this courier not picked on booked date while the person who booked my courier says that delivery boy is coming to pick the courier and it will pick today.

He told me he will/can not deliver and will send back the consignment (I have the record of the conversation). Why don, t dtdc officials/higher authority make an arrangement to satisfy their customers?

I have ordered shoes from jabong on 30th may and it has been sent through you. I haven't received my package which should be delivered on 1st june 2016. The delivery date has been delayed three times and i have contact guwahati branch and aizawl branch, but i could not get amy satisfaction. I have tracked online and it shows that it has been staying in dtdc apex guwahati super franchisee apex, guwahati. It stays here for more than 5 days. I am very disatisfied with your service. I hope you solve this problem soon and i hope i see my package as soon as possible.

Herewith i am mentioning the lr details of the lost documents consignment no:h49746579, dt:28-november-2015. According to dtdc courier company the documents had to be returned to the origin but instead the documents have been lost, it is not there with any of the branches of the dtdc courier service. This matter is of high concern as the c-form no:ce/ap 9211456 dt:[protected] documents were of rs. 27, 96, 614/- which is now lost or misplaced by the dtdc courier service company and will be effecting my company financially. This consignment had to be sent to esab india limited. We were not even informed about this if we were informed the least that the dtdc courier service could do we could have easily arranged for a person to collect it and resend it on a different address. As the courier company was irresponsible and did not take the pain to inform us about this and have misplaced or lost the documents we will be compelled to claim the differential tax amount rs. 1, 39, 830/70 which we will be liable to pay to m/s esab india limited.

Kindly look into this matter as it is of high concern as it has been delayed alot.

This complaint concerns my courier which was dispatched from Chandigarh to PTU Jalandhar on 2June2016. the packet reached Jalandhar on Friday 03June2016 but till today (afetr 5 days) delivery was not made to PTU Jalandhar. I called customer care, they registered my complaint but no action has been taken . (complaint no.[protected]

i also called Jalandhar office[protected] but the lady was really rude and disconnected the call in an unprofessional way.

I send a parcel from kolkata newtown consignment num D28573684 to Bangalore in which there were some dresses n shoes n 2 cream and one very expensive lipstick. The parcel got delivered apart from the cream and lipstick and the kolkata dtdc office informed me that they would be returning the undelivered items. After not delivering it for a week, i sent someone to collect it. They still did not return the lipstick saying they would. They watsapped me saying the same and noe its been nearly a month. I have been calling at the manager's number twice a day without any effect. Is that what dtdc stands for. We send expensive items using dtdc because of its name and brand value. So disappointing behaviour. Can you please return me the item.

A courier has been booked with consignment number : h65803092. Booked from vijayawada to anakapalli. On 03/06/2016. Now today date is 07/06/2016 at 6:30pm till now i had not been received the courier.

When inquired with the dealer the answer i got is very cruel and ruthless. I request you to take a complaint against the services and behiviour of the persons.

Nearly 7 days back i have registered a complaint online through mail that my consignment no z[protected]Spectacles) booked from bhilwara rajasthan on 17 may to shahjahanpur u p have not reached yet. On traking i found that it has rreached lucknow on 19 may then dispatched same day further but not reached yet to destination. Several times i rang up to bhilwara, lucknow, shahjahanpur but nobody has given me any answer rather everybody used to say after 10 min i will give u a call and 10 min never came.In fact no action on my mail also till now. I am so frustrated that i have told everybody not to choose this company. What is theirr management? Customer care is not answering. This is a fraud company and employees also. Please help me out.

Booked air parcel from gandhi nagar, ghaziabad on 28/5/2016 around 6:00 pm. I was told that it would be delivered at bangalore address on mondey i. E. On 30/5/2016.
It was actually delivered on wednesday, 1/6/2016.
The purpose of sending the parcel by air is therefore defeated.
Therefore i ask for refund the difference of charges between air and surface charges. I. E. Rs. 120/-.

I booked a courier from Gurgaon to be delivered to Ludhiana on 1st June 2016, with consignment number - D27849875. On the website it shows that it was recieved in Ludhiana on 2nd but today is 6th of June and the parcel is still not recieved at the reciever. It was a box weghing 3.5 kg and it had books for my son. there is no information and the when I registered a complaint they shared a number for Vipin in Ludhiana. I am trying to call him since morning but there is no reply. The books had all the homework done and if lost there will be huge pending work to be done., this is so frustrating. pleass help.

I talk to your dtdc booking office and he repply we rae sending five parcel same day but 3 parcel delivered to the party 2 parcel misplace and also your are talking your kochin office same repply given. Consignment of 3 boxes was booked on 07/05/2016 from Pilani, Rajasthan, India to Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India. Tracking details show it had arrived at Bangalore on 18/05/2016 but is still undelivered to the consignee address.

Upon enquiry at customer support, was told that the shipment was being held up due to lack of an ID proof and they provided two mail IDs. ID proofs were scanned and mailed to the said mail IDs but still tracking details show the shipment has not been moved from Bangalore. There is no co-operation from customer support on further enquiries.
The cargo includes books and items which are of immediate and necessary use. Please resolve immediately.

The courier service at bhatta bazar authorized person abhinandan kumar has sent my courier back without any notification to me. He didnt sent any delivery boy to the given address. He just made a call to me and said to collect me the courier from his office. And didnt caled me when he was sending it back.There was some urgent bank document inside it. I am really upset with this act so kindly do something against him and arrange anythimg to get me back my document. This leaves very bad impression of your prestigious company.

When I got returned courier packet on courier packet there was written - I/N/A

To this address I have sent many times courier but never returned back but this time is returned what is the main reason behind it.

When courier person was not getting address why he did not call me, he should call that time, if he called me definitely I can help him for searching the addres. I am too much disappointed because very important document not reached its address and that addresss is a NHAI's head office, how this possible he was no able to search address.

Please take strict action against, why this courier packet not delivered.
