i had sent a consignment from Ambur to shillong by air at the rate of 140/kg with the promise of delivering the consignment within four days, its been more than 14 days and still the consignment hasn't reached the destination, when i track it says in transit in guwahati for more than 5 days. Never will i send anything again from DTDC. Sucks. and there is no customer care to call.

Respected Sir, I have sent a consignment on[protected] from Bangalore to Gurgaon and still it is not delivered to the consignee.If I am calling DTDC Customer care, no one is answering & i am not getting any updates regarding my consignment.It is almost 12 days over & no one knows what is the status of my consignment.Please find the attached receipt & help me to sort this issue. I have ordered a product from Shopclues.com on 13th Nov 2014, Which was send to me through DTDC courier service having tracking no. Z37889206. However the booking date on tracking site was showing 20/11/2014. As per tracking details It has reached Ranchi (destination) on 25/11/2014 & is out for delivery. But It hasn't been delivered to me till now nor have they made any contact with me. Later on today I got the confirmation from Shopclues.com that the product has been delivered. I communicated with them for the rectification.They said as per the information given by DTDC it has been delivered. I tried to contact the courier branch where it has reached, but got no response.

So bad service provided by DTDC pls anyone never send your expensive goods by Dtdc its servies sucks and insurance claim also they never pay .Only thet cheat customers.T OTAL 30, 000 Rs. Loss for me . My name is Sarita Yadav and i sent a courier with Consignment no D19974387 on 16th Oct. 2014 from Mumbai to Lucknow. The Courier packet originally contained 40 inch LED TV and its delivered so late and when received on 27 oct. evening its screen was completely broken and its being insured while shipping, I want my money back along with shipping charges if no reply i have to forcefully launch a complain against Dtdc .I had made payment for air mode but they had sent through road mode and also not provided door to door service in Lucknow. Pls find the attachment of damage good by Dtdc I had received 40 inch LED TV on 27th oct evening and its completely broken its insure by dtdc please suggest how to get my reimbursement as dtdc is not responding on mail no customer care respond .. This is the most pathetic experience of courier service of my lifetime. I sent a parcel on 15th of November 2014 through DTDC, which has not been received yet. Its 10 days now from the date when I sent the parcel. No one is bothered to receive the call at the customer care office. My parcel is still a lost property, my 5000 Rs is on stake. No one is there to tell me where is my parcel. Don't know what to do, feeling absolutely helpless and handicapped. Will never ever take DTDC service in my future and will never suggest anybody to do so. DTDC has ruined its service quality.

Hi, My courier was booked on 18th Nov with consignment no Z37063611 from delhi to sikandrabad (UP). Its has been 7 days but still i have not received it yet. I have checked its status online, its latest status was updated on 20th itself at ghaziabad . I booked a consignment on 5th November from Delhi to Kohima vide consignment No. D 20150244, 2 Packets 800 Gms each. I have received one packet only. The second packet according to local DTDC office has gone to Guwahati, I am not getting any clear response from Kohima/Guwahai offices. I am scheduled to leave Kohima for Delhi on December 5 exactly 1 month from date of sending my parcels through your Company. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHEN MY SECOND PARCEL WILL BE DELIVERED TO ME. To whosoever it may consider, DTDC is not at all providing a good service to customers. Their executives are not at all behaving properly.I have purchased one adapter online from payback and they have dispatched it on DTDC courier on 15th Nov.The DTDC courier person called me on 19th evening and i couldn't collect it at that time because i was having an appointment of doctor.I asked him to deliver it to me on next day. But he didn't. I called him on next day and he gave another person's contact number. I called him and asked him to deliver it on 21st friday before 3 P M. He asked me to call after 1 PM. When i called him after 1, he again asked me to call after 4 like that i called many times.Still I didn't get the courier and if i call the person he is disconnecting the call. I checked the status online and found its showing delivered on SAT morning 11 AM. But I didn't get the Courier. DTDC is not at all providing a good service to customers. Hi, I am Nitin Sharma, its all started when i got my new phone I have received the courier (IPHONE) with 2 working days and then I thought putting myself into the dig created by DTDC courier, my shipment no. Are P30115607, Z35076940 which ordered around 1 week ago however the worst part of none of the customer care no. Are working and I am just unable to tracked the shipment and even when it shown that shipment delivered, disclosing the person name whom they hand over the product is very confidential from our nation prospective I suppose, well I strongly recommend the services of such portal are as fuked as anything, all the online portal please understand such incident and the below all complained and upcoming complain will creating the negative picture in are mind, even i know nothing will going to happen from you're side and i bet you could surprise me with some effort and should have little bit of courtesy to stand in front and admit a default in you're system, I urged you do not surprise me by mishandled my stuff rest up to you guys you're performance will not make you sustain long in today's world.

I had submitted courier v19806027. Bangalore to chandigarh on 20th Nov at 10am as express or premium it reaches in 2 days. I wanted this to be delivered on Saturday as Monday my parents are leaving town for one month. But till now courier is not yet received neither its traceble also no one is respnsing back about the same. Online ican see that my courier left from bangalore on 21 th midday which is suppose to leave on the day I submitted my courier.if they don't deliver my courier on time then no one will be there at destination place to collect the same and it will be lying in dtdc office for more then a month. Pathetic services as I trusted then to deliver this imp parcel n they just took the extra money but not bother to take care of request neither they check it's status.Requesting to please check n get the speedy solution. As called up customer care n head office my no one is picking the call. After calling bangalore counter n chandigarh no one is intrested to help.

I have booked a parcel from Sandur, Bellary Dist Karnataka, vide Docket No. B14107216 to delivery at BHEL-ISG, Bangalore, till date my parcel not delivered and it is not traceable also. This is a office documents, rued answers when we made enquiry of the parcel with franchises M/s DTDC. Kindly trace the parcel and delivery to the addressee at the earliest.

Dear Sir, I have send my packages through dtdc with tracking no. K74976827 and K74976828. I need those packages to reach gurgaon before 10th of nov and i send those packages on 27th oct. When the pqckages dint reach i contacted dtdc office and they said the products are stuck on kolkata. That is your problem and now that product was for return, it was damaged product and the last date is also gone.

My order was shipped on 15th Nov from Hyderabad & reached bangalore on 17th Nov. It was out for delivery on 18th Nov & still is (21st Nov) I have been trying to chase these people, but they either dont pick up the call or disconnect it & the mobile numbers they have put them on Divert or have switched it off. One lady picked up the call on 20th Nov on no. [protected] & assured me that it will be delivered before 730PM on the same day itself (20th Nov) And when i called them up after 730PM she didnt pick up. I have called on this number atleast 15 times today (21st Nov) & she hasnt picked up & disconnected my call twice. Consignment Number: B14800419 BLR to Gurgaon, sent of Friday Nov 14th, Not delivered yet, online tracker says out for delivery since Tuesday. Call Center only answered the call once and gave a cell phone number, [protected], that is out of service.

Hi, Dear sir, I am sure that I have seen such a worst DTDC courier in the world. My tracking number is "V19722330" and I am tracking for this courier for a week and they are saying we will send today, today daily. I have requested over mail also but they didn't respond. no courier boy did come to my address. they are enjoying without doing their duty. I have called for their numbers daily (Gurgaon numbers), but will not respond by phone also. finally they lift the call yesterday and asked me provide the address by mail so that we can deliver to that address. accordingly I have sent my address twice over mail. I called today and asked when will you deliver? then they replied we sent back your courier. I am not getting that why did they returned my courier? If they had decided to send back courier, why did they asked me my address over mail yesterday? this courier is so urgent that's why I was following since 2nd day after sent the courier? what should I do now? who is the responsible for this delay? what are the actions you are taking against them?
