I have not received the shipment from DTDC with AWB Number :B15180944. This was shipped on 21-Nov-2104 from Bangalore and I am supposed to receive it at another location of Bangalore. When I tracked the status on DTDC website I got to know that the shipment was returned due to the reason RECEIVER SHIFTTED. But I would like to inform you that we are in the same address and not shifted. The delivery executive who came to deliver the shipment did not have the courtesy to call us. When I called DTDC offices, I got irresponsible answers. I personally visited DTDC office at Rajajinagar, Bangalore office on 26-Nov-2014. They said shipment is in Chamarajpet Office and I can collect it from there. On 27-Nov-2014 I visited DTDC Chamarajpet Bangalore office and met the regional manager. They said they don't have shipment with them and it is in Madiwala Office. I was promised that they will deliver the shipment on the day at any cost. But 3 days over, no update on my shipment. I am totally frustrated with the officials of the DTDC. No one is taking the responsibility and my shipment is missing.

My CN no: B15025180 It was shipped from Bangalore on 14.11.2014. Till now it has not reached the destination. I have enquired the availability of the delivery for the "TO" address before sending. They told me delivery is available. I called the customer care on 27.11.2014. And they told me within 24 hours they will let me know the status. And I got a complaint ref no: IG2711102. I have not go any response till now (29.11.2014) I am calling today (29.11.2014) but there is no response. All courier agencies must act as the consumer in case o[censored]rgency. But they are reluctant. So careless. My consignment is too important and I have explained the urgency to them during my complaint. But they are neglecting the consignment. They are simply careless.

A consignment was booked from trivandrum to tirunelveli on 26/11/2014. total kilometer in between is nearly 150. Since last two days l am follow up this. I recived irresponsible answers from ur staff. I call ur Chennai office they told me to call trivandrum, from trivandrum i got ur eranakulam number. they again told me to call trivandrum. from there I got tirunelveli number, nobody picking phone there. then i call to coimbatore they connected a person and he replayed it reach the office in the morning and due to insufficient staff they cant deliver. if this told me earlier my self go to their office and collect it. now 28/11/2014 around 7.30 pm i am waiting for your people near a hospital as per his communication. very sad thing is that gentlemen swiched off his mobile phone. I do a big mistack that I trust DTDC. So far i didnt recived the letter. i dont know when i will get it. POD NO-F08653728. I never do any business with DTDC in future, unless and until I recive a correct clarification. i feel pity about this service.

Hello, My name is Manihari, I received a courier from DTDC Hyderabad branch (CN: Z[protected] on 28/11/2014 with out any From Address. I am concern about this is due to some fraudulent transaction done on my Credit card on 07/11/2014 with the same transaction amount of dispatched parcel. Immediately I contacted Hyderabad branch on phone and they even don't know the From Address, I was shocked hearing this and they provided me number to be contacted for further information: Phone #: [protected] I called the person and even he (Sravan) does not have any information regarding From address. My Question is home come DTDC accepting these type of Couriers with out any From address, If the recipient does not accept the parcel to whom DTDC will return the parcel content. Dear Sir/Madam This is with regard to your DTDC courier Patiala, Punjab, Our Pan Card is Dispatched On 14 nov 2014 by DTDC Courier & Cargo Limited Courier vide airway bill no. X07639100. We received a SMS From [protected] on 27 nov 2014 That you collect your Pan Card From DTDC courier Dharam pura bazar Opp HDFC bank Patiala. During that period no body came our home to deliver and Inform us and not even call us. When we Go to the branch to collect the Pan Card on 27 nov 2014 And told the onwer that its your duty to deliver the Pan Card. But The onwer made so many false excuses and Misbehave us. She noted down our Address and THEATENED us in Future or next time we will not deliver your Courier and return your courier back. We recieved so many important documents from your branch. Please take action quickly and also warn the Head of the branch. Her behaviour is very Poor to everyone and service is also very poor. we requested to you in future we will not want to face any problem. I had a very bad experience. Till date I have not received my courier. Sent from-Chandkheda, Ahmedabad, Gujarat Sent to-Pune, Maharashtra AWP No - A30257092 The courier contained very important documents of mine and a Demand Draft for college fees. The courier guy at first said it has been delivered; but there has been no entry or record in the institute of such courier. Then the next day the guy says it has been sent back. Till now I have not received the courier back. The courier guy lied to me the whole day saying I have delivered it personally and even he fed into the system that the courier has been delivered. Honesty and Trust are the important factors in business. I don't think I will consider DTDC again.

I have send a courier in DTDC from Hyderabad to Banglore on 25th of November. When i enquiry in destination after 2 days they said there is deliver. I tracked details in DTDC Courier website, Status is RTO_INTR. Means destination address people rejected the package and it is going to be returned, but they didn't even got the package. Today(28th of november) packet is still in Banglore DTDC courier service.

Hi, My Consignment No.V18316216, was booked on 24-Nov, 2014 through "Assured next day delivery before 12.00pm" (or Money back guarantee) from Pudukkottai to New Delhi. The agency also ensured that I submit the package before 6.00pm on 24 Nov to them so it can be delivered next day by noon. The package cost is Rs.350 But it was not delivered next day. When I asked the manager Mr.Joseph Sahayaraj next day, he said the package is in Tiruchirappalli and I am supposed to deliver it before 6.00pm at Tiruchirappalli and not at pudukkottai. Since he gave me wrong information, I asked to calculate the charges for Cost for second day deliveyand give me a refund of remaining amount, since it was not delivered next day. He said they have to check with head office and find out whose mistake is this (obviously his mistake). Then they can refund the remaining amount. But I didnt get any response. So I went the next day, but the manager, Mr.Joseph Sahayaraj said something like this alwys happen and I cannot make him responsible and he did not give me refund. Further he was using unparliamentary words against me. He also challenged me to meet the DTDC regional manager or go to head office to get the refund or even file a complaint with high court, but he will not issue anyrefund to me. All I am asking is to be fair and square, mistakes happen but they should compensate for that, but instead asking a customer to go to High court or corporate office to get this refund and using unparliamentary words is not good and it only reflects the poor customer care of DTDC. Please help me out in this.

Hi Sir/Madam, My parcel D19335353 containing 'HCL Tablet of worth 7000 INR' is yet not delivered to me. It was parcelled from Vikash Nagar, Kanpur DTDC franchisee to Bhubaneswar location, When i am seeing status of this parcel, it's giving it is out for delivery. Till now i didn't receive. When i contacted the BBSR DTDC Apex office it is confirmed that consignment lost and i have to produce invoice and parcel receipt for further claim. I submitted that but they are not able to communicate with origin point however i have given the origin point DTDC franchisee contact number. BBSR Apex contacted them. Now they are saying me produce some more doc. It just for harassing me. Kindly help me to sort out this issue.

i had sent a consignment from Ambur to shillong by air at the rate of 140/kg with the promise of delivering the consignment within four days, its been more than 14 days and still the consignment hasn't reached the destination, when i track it says in transit in guwahati for more than 5 days. Never will i send anything again from DTDC. Sucks. and there is no customer care to call.

Respected Sir, I have sent a consignment on[protected] from Bangalore to Gurgaon and still it is not delivered to the consignee.If I am calling DTDC Customer care, no one is answering & i am not getting any updates regarding my consignment.It is almost 12 days over & no one knows what is the status of my consignment.Please find the attached receipt & help me to sort this issue. I have ordered a product from Shopclues.com on 13th Nov 2014, Which was send to me through DTDC courier service having tracking no. Z37889206. However the booking date on tracking site was showing 20/11/2014. As per tracking details It has reached Ranchi (destination) on 25/11/2014 & is out for delivery. But It hasn't been delivered to me till now nor have they made any contact with me. Later on today I got the confirmation from Shopclues.com that the product has been delivered. I communicated with them for the rectification.They said as per the information given by DTDC it has been delivered. I tried to contact the courier branch where it has reached, but got no response.

So bad service provided by DTDC pls anyone never send your expensive goods by Dtdc its servies sucks and insurance claim also they never pay .Only thet cheat customers.T OTAL 30, 000 Rs. Loss for me . My name is Sarita Yadav and i sent a courier with Consignment no D19974387 on 16th Oct. 2014 from Mumbai to Lucknow. The Courier packet originally contained 40 inch LED TV and its delivered so late and when received on 27 oct. evening its screen was completely broken and its being insured while shipping, I want my money back along with shipping charges if no reply i have to forcefully launch a complain against Dtdc .I had made payment for air mode but they had sent through road mode and also not provided door to door service in Lucknow. Pls find the attachment of damage good by Dtdc I had received 40 inch LED TV on 27th oct evening and its completely broken its insure by dtdc please suggest how to get my reimbursement as dtdc is not responding on mail no customer care respond .. This is the most pathetic experience of courier service of my lifetime. I sent a parcel on 15th of November 2014 through DTDC, which has not been received yet. Its 10 days now from the date when I sent the parcel. No one is bothered to receive the call at the customer care office. My parcel is still a lost property, my 5000 Rs is on stake. No one is there to tell me where is my parcel. Don't know what to do, feeling absolutely helpless and handicapped. Will never ever take DTDC service in my future and will never suggest anybody to do so. DTDC has ruined its service quality.

Hi, My courier was booked on 18th Nov with consignment no Z37063611 from delhi to sikandrabad (UP). Its has been 7 days but still i have not received it yet. I have checked its status online, its latest status was updated on 20th itself at ghaziabad . I booked a consignment on 5th November from Delhi to Kohima vide consignment No. D 20150244, 2 Packets 800 Gms each. I have received one packet only. The second packet according to local DTDC office has gone to Guwahati, I am not getting any clear response from Kohima/Guwahai offices. I am scheduled to leave Kohima for Delhi on December 5 exactly 1 month from date of sending my parcels through your Company. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHEN MY SECOND PARCEL WILL BE DELIVERED TO ME. To whosoever it may consider, DTDC is not at all providing a good service to customers. Their executives are not at all behaving properly.I have purchased one adapter online from payback and they have dispatched it on DTDC courier on 15th Nov.The DTDC courier person called me on 19th evening and i couldn't collect it at that time because i was having an appointment of doctor.I asked him to deliver it to me on next day. But he didn't. I called him on next day and he gave another person's contact number. I called him and asked him to deliver it on 21st friday before 3 P M. He asked me to call after 1 PM. When i called him after 1, he again asked me to call after 4 like that i called many times.Still I didn't get the courier and if i call the person he is disconnecting the call. I checked the status online and found its showing delivered on SAT morning 11 AM. But I didn't get the Courier. DTDC is not at all providing a good service to customers.
