Sir, NSDL has booked the consignment no. X07647721 on[protected] from Mumbai to Bangalore. When I track through DTDC tracking tool it shows the status that the consignment is in "Transit". I contacted their customer care number and I sent a mail to their Mumbai office and [protected]@dtdc.com address. But from them no reply. This informed to NSDL through mail. Can you give the reason why the consignment is not yet delivered to the address....

I sent two t-shirts on 25 October from New Delhi to Chennai. I have been tracking the delivery status of the consignment on DTDC website. As per their website, the consignment arrived at their Chennai office on 26 October at 3:43pm and it was out for delivery the next day. Dear Sir/Madam I booked a parcel through DTDC dated 4 November 2014 from Durgapur to Naihati. The Docket Number is K74759720, When the delivery boy go to receiver address for delivery. Receiver want the packet to see that's was in good condition or not, but the delivery boy refuse and say first you receive then handover the parcel. Dear Sir, Recently, I used courier service of DTDC. Dated 29-oct-2014, I was promised that the package would be delivered by 31-oct-2014, but unfortunately it has been delayed beyond my expectation and still with no whereabouts. DTDC – Item missed from the cover. I have booked the courier on 04/11/2014 (CN No. B[protected] which delivered next day (05/11/2014) without item inside. I want to inform you that i booked my consignment (CN No. Z[protected] from Gurgaon for delivery to Chandigarh (wgt. 1.32kg). As per DTDC parameters cost Rs 155 but agent charged Rs. 230 forgery and not deliver my consignment till date. I also write to Customer Support Executive but no response given by her. I am very much sorry to say that I had booked a parcel from Hyderabad location to Darbhanga (Bihar) on 27th October 2014 with the consignment #35346628 is not yet delivered and every time it shows that its under transit, and the material inside the parcel is the Solar lantern cum Mobile Charger of worth Rs. 1799.00 from Flipkart.If you are unable to deliver the parcel then please return my product at earliest.
