To my horror, one of the two has two opening ( the stiches have come out) in the span of one day only. I have complaines it to the Noida sector 10 showroom also. Kindly look into the matter and treat it as most Urgent. This is not expected from a product from Durian.

I bought a recliner in 2018 from durian in Ludhiana, punjab and now it's material is so damaged within 2 years the leather on cover is rough and coming out. After filing complaint of the same they told the cover of recliner would be change which will cost 12k which is so unfair after buying such an expensive recliner from a brand we didn't expect to again spend 12k on it. I hope this complaint would be seen and some action would be taken as soon as possible atleast brand should provide good quality material to the customers.

Bought on 23 May 2017, Invoice no. D-IND/IN/0036.The one seater sofa ragzine is torn from all over. Product name Atlanta/1. Request to resolve the issue and arrange for repair at an earliest.

This is regarding the product 'Jameson/3'. Purchased on[protected]. I am attaching the photos for your reference. There are three problems in the product.
1- the cusion of the back is not filled properly
2- the leather is cracked and torn
3-the arms from the back are not fitting properly. I have been raising this complaint to the sales person Mr. Raghvendra Jha from the MG road, Delhi outlet for over 6 months now and no concrete action has been taken as yet

I have purchased 2 sofa of 3 seater and 2 seater each in 2017.Now the cloth at the bottom of both are torn and falling in powdered form. I require customer support for this issue.

I have received a Ergonomic Chair from Durian with cracked arm rest and i don't have any replacement yet

I have purchased Durian 3 seater leatherette sofa from Goregoan Mulund link road showroom dated 28th Mar and made full payment.

I was told the delivery will have happen within a month time as the fabric I have chosen is custom.

It's been more than a month and I have not received a single call on the status of my delivery nor any call to state the delay.

I have been trying reaching the toll free number but the executive only took a request as he is not updated on the same.

After multiple follow up for cancellation and refund, i received a response on 17th May stating not sure of delivery.

I am fed up following up and listening to illogical reason for delay and no response. Please process my refund

We purchased a Office Table having product code Meridian/A form your outlet at Kirti Nagar, New Delhi represented by your sales person Mr Dipak Sarkar to be shipped to Dehra Dun (uttarakhand) in the month of February 2020. The product was shipped to Dehra Dun after several reminders and regular calls to Mr Dipak Sarkar on 24th June 2020 after more than 04(four) months of delay.
when the product was received by us in dehra dun the companies sales person at dehra dun Mr Gaurav was physically present to deliver us the product. The corner of the product was damaged/broken and polish of the table was defective/removed at several places. Mr gaurav took several photographs and registered my complaint and discussed with his counterpart Mr Dipak sarkar about the defective Top of the table. Mr Gaurav affirmed us that the Top of the table would be changed and by that time you manage with this top. Mr Dipak Sarkar also reconfirmed that the top would be changed as and when next consignment to dehra dun is delivered the top of the table would be sent along with the same.
we have called telephonic Mr Dipak sarkar more than 100 times in the last 10(ten) months and every time he given us assurance that we will get the top changed within this month itself. And it seems that this month is not coming for the last 10 months.
Sir, buying a product of such repute and than complaining for an issue regularly for the almost four months for delivery and almost one year for complaint redressal makes me think that our choice for the product was wrong and we feel cheated.

I got a sofa set and 2 beds from durian. And trust me I did nothing else but cry after making this purchase.

I have got my sofas repaired twice in 2 years. And the quality of bed is also bad. The wooden frame structure of the bed is too weak. Had to get that repaired too.

NEVER EVER EVER! buy anything from here. I think repairing their own products is one of their money making strategies.

This complaint is about a sofa set which i purchased on Feb 28th 2019. The model of the 3+2str is Charles (wine colour). It has barely been a year since the day of purchase and stitches have already loosened . I have tried to reach out to the dealer several times from whom i had purchased, he forwarded the phone number of Mr Pradeep Rastogi ([protected]) . I called him on Feb 21st 2021 at 15:29pm, firstly there was no response from his side, secondly when he did get back to us he mentioned and i quote "problem will be resolved under 10 days". It has been a couple of weeks but no has reverted back to us .
I decided to purchase from "Durian" because they seemed promising but I'd like to mention the fact that I'm highly disappointed with their service . I'm sorry to mention but their service has changed my opinion but the brand itself and i no longer have any faith in this brand .

Our company Oriental insurance company limited at Patna regional office purchased no's. Of office furniture. We have logged a complaint for office table long back two months before. Till no one from Patna centre attended the call.

Sub : Poor quality sofa cover replacement service

Good Afternoon.
I am Shashanka Pattnaik an occupant of G084, Cosmopolis, Bhubaneswar. We had purchased a Sofa set Georgia ( 3+1+1) from your Bhubanneswar showroom on 9th Jan 2014 (Invoice enclosed ). Our sofa was maintained well all these years. Only the cover of Sofa was worn out at 2-3 patches for which we wanted only the cover to be replaced.

We placed an order to change the cover (L01-Black) at your Bhubaneswar showroom by depositing the full amount of Rs 28, 800 on 6th Sep 2020(proforma enclosed). After many rounds of follow up finally the sofa set with changed cover was delivered on 2nd Oct 2020.

The look & style were totally different from the original one . After a week's use we realized that the the sofa is not giving the same comfort as before. The softness of Sofa is not the same now. When you sit on them, you hit the bottom of the base(We apprehend the smooth foam is replaced with some coarse material. Even the style of the arm is not same as it used to be before - the look of the sofa from the behind is rugged now, not the stylish same look any more). The surface is not decent, elegant look is totally gone & it is not looking like a Durian sofa set any more . It is now a pale shadow of its before look.
Looking at the reputation of your esteemed Organization, please ascertain & find out the lapse. We really do not know, who is the culprit. We paid the full money but got a raw deal. We will be really pleased if some fact finding is carried out to this effect. We earnestly hope the company seriously looks into our case.

This is aseem mishra from bangalore - marathalli outer ring road. We purchased a durian recliner sofa during festival time at a discounted price of inr 1, 24, 347/- (Original price inr 2, 17, 200), a few years back from beech impex pvt ltd - bangalore. We were told at the time of selling, that this model of sofa set that we purchased had upholstery made of genuine leather. As that was our basic requirement.

Unfortunately, this sofa has been repaired three times already for it's bad quality so called leather material. Now i am sure, that this sofa is not made of genuine leather but with cheap local material.

I made a big mistake of spending more than a lakh for buying this sub-standard durian make recliner sofa set. While my friend purchased at the same time as we, a "stanley" make sofa again of genuine leather material. While his sofa even now continues to be in good condition, where as our sofa's material has turned out to be a local material upholstery, which is pealing of[censored]nlike genuine leather material.

Our sofa is still under warranty. I would like to get the attention of "durian" company on this sub-standard sofa sold to us, to get the complete upholstery replaced with genuine leather material at the earliest as per the commitment by the company.

As this is a complete breach of trust.

My point is, while purchasing this sofa which is costing more than 2 lakh (Original price). We were told it's pure leather and now it's turned out to be a non leather material, is completely un-acceptable. Please let me know, whom should i take this matter to get it's upholstery changed with pure leather material as sold to us.

I am really upset with this quality and especially the material used.

Please let me know at the earliest.

This is bring to your kind notice the inferior quality of sofa supplied by durian industries ltd.
I bought sofa set dated 12th june 2017 with five years warranty (Invoice no. Gog/in/00359/17-18).
The said sofa was broke from inside the frame, attached image.
I had complaint regarding same to your goregaon branch one week before, the technician visit today for inspection, the shocking when i saw the material use for sofa fream was very poor with unfinished quality with mdf material.
This is not acceptable with very reputed company like durian ltd. We spent high cost for quality product and company is asking for extra cost for repair charges.
Within a two year span of time this was second time repairing require.
This should not happen with us. The trust must remain same.

The sofa which i have purchased is within the warranty period. The problem has been from the beginning of purchase. The sofa quality is very substandard, the ribbon which provides a cushion has totally shrunk and is behaving like a recliner instead of the sofa. The base of sofa is not steady and while sitting feels like drowning. It is very uncomfortable and the person sitting complains o[censored]nsteady posture and feels irritated. Everyone is complaining about the sofa and is doubting the quality of the much celebrated brand durian. It is totally unbecoming of the standards set by the company. Also i want to seriously complain about the staff in ranchi showroom. We have been calling them regarding the complains but they are shameless person who do not pick up the call. On calling from another number they pick the phone and assure of service but again they fail on that promise. The company should seriously consider employing these staff. They are nuisance and will make the company a nuisance and bring it down. Pls consider my complain at the earliest. Thank you

I have bought blos/37930/f/3+2 sofa from noida showroom of durian company in october, 2017. Now, the leatherette of sofa is tearing out within 2 years. At the time of sale, they told about warranty on whole product. Now on complaint about the material, they are asking for new material and transportation cost for repairing. The most rediculous thing which mr sk aggarwal from company is explaining that warranty on servicing, not on material. Warranty is always given on product, material provided and servicing but they are providing on labour which is the cheapest among all and is out of common sense. No terms and conditions are written on their warranty card/tax invoice. It is clear cut case of misleading information, fraud and cheap gimmicks for selling the product.
