I bought a recliner in 2018 from durian in Ludhiana, punjab and now it's material is so damaged within 2 years the leather on cover is rough and coming out. After filing complaint of the same they told the cover of recliner would be change which will cost 12k which is so unfair after buying such an expensive recliner from a brand we didn't expect to again spend 12k on it. I hope this complaint would be seen and some action would be taken...

We purchased a Office Table having product code Meridian/A form your outlet at Kirti Nagar, New Delhi represented by your sales person Mr Dipak Sarkar to be shipped to Dehra Dun (uttarakhand) in the month of February 2020. The product was shipped to Dehra Dun after several reminders and regular calls to Mr Dipak Sarkar on 24th June 2020 after more than 04(four) months of delay.

I got a sofa set and 2 beds from durian. And trust me I did nothing else but cry after making this purchase.

I have got my sofas repaired twice in 2 years. And the quality of bed is also bad. The wooden frame structure of the bed is too weak. Had to get that repaired too.

NEVER EVER EVER! buy anything from here. I think repairing their own products is one of their money making strategies....
