Reception table is not getting replaced

We have purchased reception table from Durian furnitures in Gurgaon .After some days of purchasing we found that it got cracks in it of its own with out any hit or burden. now we are saying them to raplace it but they are not listening to our request. my Company name in Infinite Infosoft Services pvt.Ltd.Lanline No is[protected]...

Defective items

I purchased durian bed along with side tables and dressing and two computer tables. On complaining the very next day about defective bed having damage spots the dealer refused to replace the defective portion of bed saying that the spots were made by me. No action is taken in respect of computer table which broke as soon as i kept the cpu over it.
