Want to share an extremely bad experience with durian furniture. I purchased a dining table set (With 6 chairs) - model dws/34769/dt dining set along with 6 emerald chairs from durian showroom on mulund link road, goregaon (E), mumbai vide invoice no gog/june/h/33 dt 14/6/14. The salesperson ritu promised delivery on 16/6/14, which never happened. Eventually after escalating the matter to her supervisor naz, the delivery was planned for 25/6/14....

I bought a 5 (3+1+1) seater sofa from Durian showroom in Gurgaon sector-17, around 3 years back for Rs. 30, 000. At the time of purchase the showroom person told that the product carries 5 years of warranty and if there are any quality issues with the product they will take care of it. However, after using the sofa for just 1.5 years the stitching started to fall apart. I contacted Durian customer care but there was no action...

Durian is the worst manufacturer and moreover has a nastiest and shameful after sales service.
Had purchased their bed and sofa and horribly during installation itself the wood started breaking from corners.

I had purchased a sofa (3 and 2 seater) worth a lakh rupees from Durian considering it as a branded company.

The sofa skin started peeling off in 2 months time and after complaints Durian never responded. We have been trying to follow up regularly but we are not getting any response.

This is the worst type of service we got from a Branded compant and we are not sure what to do .
