I had recharge on dated 15/05/16 for an amount of Rs.198 for mobile no. [protected] . The recharge had neither been done nor amount been done refund till date. So it is requested to refund the same as soon.I often do the recharge for same style but this type of problem is never generated earlier, but this time I suffered. So kindly help me for refunding my amount of Rs.198.00.

      I have recharged my mobile with rupeed 78 + 2 (Internet charges) through easymobilerecharge on 22nd may 2016 at 1 am. I still have not got the recharge amount in my balance. I contacted the website customer care but havent got any response. This is an absolute breach of trust and is making me feel really embarrassed. Please look into this and refund my amount to my bank account or recharge my mobile. Thanks.

        I have recharged for 249 2g pack on 7th of may and the order id is 75747246, i wrote a mail to the team and there was no response whatsoever, i am never going to get it done through this website ever again... The status shows pending since yesterday and my money also not got credited back in my wallet. I don't understand why there is no customer care number for this company. Would appreciate of this gets sorted out.

                I have done bsnl special recharge on easymobilerecharge.com for rs 561 on 13th.03.2016.Order no 73039331 but the recharge failed and my money was deducted from my account and was transfer to my wallet( duh!!)..So i decided to retry with the money on my wallet..The order was successful and my order was process..But it was in pending state..After looking around at their site i noticed this at the contact us menu:
                "customer support
                Answer :
                In case you have not received the recharge benefits immediately, please give us 24 hours to check and confirm with the operator. If the recharge shows as not successful in the meantime then the amount would reflect in the easywallet (For registered users) or would show in your account within 2-12 working days (For guest recharges)."
                ..But it hasn't been resolve yet..I have email this complaint to [protected]@easymobilerecharge.com...But no reply!!! Just give me back my money!!
