I did a recharge of 199/- as it was mentioned as a data pack in the site"s tariff plan for 2g airtel. But site didn't update the tariff plan according to the new offers till i filled the complaint to the site. Later when i enquired they told me to check the plans before recharging and cleared their side. N didn't offer for the compensation. Please kindly take an action in my favor

        On 03/05/2017 i have to recharege my phone with rs, 149 to carry over my balance of more than 34 hrs in my mobile [protected]. On that day i recharged with rs. 149 and the message came that my you hae suceesfully recharge the request asper the following, order no.89556250.
        But till date the request has not done and my a/c was debited by rs. 149/
        I approched the vatakara bsnl authorities on 4/5/2017 and the told me that within 10 days the amount will come to my a/c. It was not done.
        Then they told me that a written complaint is needed for further proceedings and i gave it to them on 17/05/2017.
        Till then iam waiting for the reply.

            On 22/3/2017 i made a recharge of rs. 500, payment deducted of rs 502 (500 + 2 rs. Internet charges) from my bank account but recharge not done. On 23/3/17 i made similar recharge and similar incidence happened, rs.502 deducted but recharge not done.                       Yesterday, i.e. 15.11.2016 I have recharged a sum of Rs.100.00 to mobile number [protected] which is not activated and day before yesterday also a sum of Rs.50.00 was recharged for the same number which has also not been activated. The refund of money is needed immediately and I need not be asked to wait for 10 days for which penalty and interest for the amount may be refunded by them without fail.

                        At the date of 25/10/16 i have done transaction from axis bank through easy mobile recharge site to my idea mobile no. [protected] but recharge failed and amount of 202 rupees deducted from the respective account and i have complaint to easy mobile recharge but i can, t get any information about recharge i have given transaction details to the site but they denied to pay the amount and some one taken the details of issue and cheated to my wife after taking debit card no. And debited 3600 rupees from the account so i want to say that this is fraudulent site because i have seen many complaints against this site regarding refund issue so please take the corrective action against this site and also my debited amount should be refunded.

                          Today I did online recharge by Easy Mobile Recharge company using https://www.easymobilerecharge.com website but what I see, my payment is deducted from my account (corporation bank) but my mobile didn't recharge. I was guest your. After successful payment following message shown as
                          "Your transaction is successful. We will recharge your mobile shortly. You can check the status of your order on My Account page.
                          If you have placed order as a guest user you can check order status Here"

                          Please take action so such cases won't do again otherwise customer won't believe such services. I am very thankful to you and believe that http://www.consumercomplaints.in take action against such cases.

                              Deducted form my sbi a/c
                              [protected]. my recharge order number is 82156890.

                              Payment deducted but recharge is not done.But in my account showing recharge processed and i even did not received email for this order. So i requested you please refund my amount Rs 178 as soon as possible.
                              Otherwise i will complained to you.

                                    I have recharged twice for different numbers from the same bank account one is worth of Rs.300 and the day i have done recharge it had shown that the order is under process, now if i am checking for the status it is showing no orders found. and another is worth of Rs.200, the payment is deducted from the account if i check for the status it is showing recharge failed you will get refund in 7 working days, this happened 1 and 1/2 month back but i still didn't get the refund.

                                      I used easy mobile reacharge website to recharge a mobile number of airtel.
                                      I did a moblie rechrge today of a number [protected] on 20 july 2016 of rs 1555. The money has been deducted but no success of recharge done. It shows under process and no further action has happened. I have sent them mail but no reply from them. They have not informed me about any refund and not responding. Its a huge amount and i request action as soon as possible. This company seems fraud as they are not responding to me. Please help me with this matter

                                      Yesterday night I have put Rs 45 3G net pack from the site and it seems it was not successful but the company without any doubts deducted my money from my account even though the net pack recharge was unsuccessful I mailed them and also posted my grivences to them to refund my money but till then no positive response from them so what shall I do

                                        Sir I have made recharge of 598 rupees of idea through easy mobile recharge. Money was deducted from my account. Order status was processing I interacted easy mobile recharge by contact us after that order status is failed. Again I made a complaint to easy mobile recharge. On replying they called me and asked about my Bank Balance and credit card number. I got little bit frustated and refused to give.and then they blocked user id of easy mobile recharge and they told that it is not possible to refund it. They can send back my amount 598 to easy wallet. Why they are behaving like this. Absolutely it looks like cheating. Don't believe this kind of recharges.

                                        Hi Srinivas, I can sympathize with you. Even I have faced a similar problem in the past, but with a different app. Problem was that I had recharged for 500 bucks but the amount didn't reflect in my account. I had used my debit card for the transaction and after I recharged I just got a message from the bank saying my money was deducted. But there were no messages from the service provider. I raised several complaints with the app's customer service and after many attempts I was able to get my money back. It was a headache.

                                        From that point onwards I switched to a different app. This time it was Bill Bachao. With the Bill Bachao I am able to make quick and secure recharges. It saves me a lot of time and more importantly I have not yet faced any issues where the amount wasn't reflected. Other than this, there are other advantages too to using this app. I am able to monitor my data, calls, SMS. I can also email the report of the break up of all the calls and data usage.
