Money debited from bank but not recharged

I recharged for rs 50 yesterday for my mobile no [protected] (Vodafone) and the recharge was not successful but money has been debited from my account. The second time also i did the same the next day (29/5/2020) but nothing happened but money was again debited. I tried to recharge for rs 149 again and the money was debited from my account. I checked my order status but my order was not showing there. This all were done using your genuine...

lost my money

I recharged for an amount of 199. It showed it was successful but my number was not recharged. I also received mail that it was recharged. It was done on september 28 2019. I want my money back or recharge it as soon as possible. I have done the transaction thru debit card. I wish the concerned authorities take action against such fraudulent practices and make sure no one gets such bitter experiences...

money deducted but no recharge received

Hi,

I have been using this website for last 2 years and most of the times my money for deducted and recharge failed.

I can't see the recharge done in any past orders. I have raised several complaints but when i check "past issues" there is no issue logged. I sometimes do not even get a mail upon a txn.

Where is my refund?? It is neither in easy wallet nor in my bank account. Almost 1.5-2k minimum...

Payment deducted but recharge is not done. But in my account not showing in orders and i even did not received email for this order. So i requested you please refund my amount rs 400 as soon as possible.
Otherwise i will complained to you....

amount deducted from by bank account but not recharged

I just tried recharging my Airtel # [protected]. Though the amount was deducted from my bank account recharge is not successful. A message popped up saying that the amount has been debited from my bank account and is in wallet for recharging again however no such amount is shown against wallet. I would request you to recharge my number or refund the amount ASAP.

I tried to recharge for my mobile on easymobilerecharge.com on 23.11.2018. Eventhough that transaction was failure, money was debited from my account. I contacted through mail but no response sofar, as they are not picking up my call on phone.
Customer care service phone numbers are not being picked up and answered properly at all. I am very much dissatisfied with their attitude not to respond to me properly....

Dear team,
I have made a transaction on 25/09/2018 at 13:05:08 and paid inr 502 with easy mobile recharge. The about was debited from bank account but the transaction was not successful. We have not received refund till now. I am not sure what sort of process it put it for tracking. But highly disappointing that the amount is not yet refunded. I recharged my mobile on 28/09/2018 for 500 rup twice. Recharge was not successful but the amount was debited.
