      I, Myself ,Sandip Lad tried to recharge my mobile of amount Rs. 50 through www.easymobilerecharge.com.The payment was done though net banking transaction and the amount was deducted from my account but they didn't recharged my mobile.I even mailed to [protected]@easymobilerecharge.com but i didn't get any reply till 21st may. On there site they claimed that if the customer do not get the recharge then they will get the refund within 3-4 days which are already over .

        i made an recharge on 19.04.2012 of Rs. 201+2 service charge which www.easymobilerecharge.com usually charge. before 4 days also i made an recharge of Rs.100+2 but every time when i do this payment is deducted from my account but recharge failed everytime. I dont know why this happen. i think this companie cheats to every customer. i also dont get any reply from them when i make an complain . Please there is a need to take action on this otherwise this company will cheat to every customer.

          It is really so disgusting after read so many complaints and I am suffering same, I just recharged the phone in very emergancy and critical situation but these people are sucking blood of customers and making them fool. I recharge my relatives number for Rupees 75 and they diducted Rsupees 77 from my account. It says get your money within 10 days, if they have wrong system then why don't they are refunding. I am going to file a case in Delhi High Court so I need your help friends. I need your complaints so please mail me your details.

            I am sonal patel my mobile no [protected] and my validity date 8/5/2013 . From gujarat .

            Sir i am recharged Rs 200 from 07.05.13 morning 11:00 a.m and then after i send messange to 51505 to extend my validity but they give no any replay because of i late to send message.so i also recharge that day to validity recharge Rs 249 at evening 9:00 p.m and i extend my validity 6 Months.now my problem is my mobile show balance is Rs179.54.so i ask u where go my previous balance Rs 200. i also call customer care but they give no proper answer so please give me proper answer where go my previous balance Rs.200

                We have checked your order with us and we have not received the payment from your bank for this order. This could happen due to any of the following reasons:

                • Sometimes due to technical reasons, we might not receive a response from the bank for your payment request. As a result, we do not get to know the status of your payment transaction and hence assume it to be a failed payment. For such cases the recharge is not processed by us.

                • Sometimes the banks give us a response that your payment transaction has failed, even if the payment transaction was actually successful. For such cases the recharge is not processed by us as we assume it to be a failed payment.

                Normally in such cases money is automatically refunded to bank account with in 12 working days. We are sure that your money must have refunded till now.

                  I totally agree with you sdua...this is a fake website...they process just few recharges and rest they keep under process because they know that just to get 50-100 odd bucks the customer is not going to take action and therefore they keep making money by cheating the consumers. This website use CC Avenues as the payment gateway. This company CC Avenues is run by bunch of cheaters. They used to operate a stock tip website sometime back in which they used to charge money for stock tips by showing fake performance data. They keep making fake companies and then cheat people and after sometime they close that company and open a new one with a new idea to cheat people. I wonder why RBI doesn't take any action against such dubious companies because after all all the payment channels are registered through RBI.
                  i too agree for this this a very big cheating group do not trust and use the website.

                  U stupids please close the website dont you have shame for maintaining the site like this?

                      Respected Sir, I tried to recharge my mobile through easymobilerecharge.com as I usually do. The recharge amount was[protected]:20:42 4321742 [protected] 333 Recharged failed

                      [protected]:59:02 4321498 [protected] 50 Recharged failed

                      [protected]:35:10 4289056 [protected] 345 Recharged failed
                      and these people usually take. I was taken to CC Avenue payment gateway, entered details, logged into my bank and then made the payment. I got the payment successful message and was redirected to the recharge website again. So far all good. But then when I checked my orders, I was shocked to find my order not showing up. I've applied for refund for this. , through the same website(I was bit short of time), the same happened again. That was when I got suspicious. I've applied for refund yet again, but I highly doubt if I would get it. These people cheated me out of Rs.745 in total without giving me the services I paid for, in this case, the mobile recharges. Don't believe these cheaters and please don't get cheated by them people.
