I have recharged my airtel mobile on 01.08.2018 vide order no. 95329037. But, as per airtel customer care, no recharge was done on 01.08.2018. Upon calling your customer care numbers [protected] / [protected] / [protected] and sending mails on [protected]@ccavenue.com and [protected]@easymobilerecharge.com no action was taken.

Today (04.08.2018) one of your representatives called me at 1221 hrs and started using slang language.

Kindly advise me the reasons for using slang language and not recharging my mobile.

      I recharged my airtel mobile number protected with 148+148 two times total 296 rupees on 24 th may 2018. The recharge was not done the amount of rupees 296 is deducted from my sbi account. The message from easy mobile recharge company is that we will refund the amount shortly but amount is not refunded till now. So i request you to refund my 296 rupees. My order nos are 94841961and 94841983. Please consider the complain. Thank you

        I had done recharge for Rs 600 to my d2h no[protected] on 04 Feb 18 but the recharge is not sucessful and the amount is deducted from my account. I had already sent 15 to 20 email but they didn't response. Still they didn't refund the amount. I try to contact their customer care but no contact no. is provided in their official website.         We have checked your order with us and we have not received the payment from your bank for this order. This could happen due to any of the following reasons:

        • Sometimes due to technical reasons, we might not receive a response from the bank for your payment request. As a result, we do not get to know the status of your payment transaction and hence assume it to be a failed payment. For such cases the recharge is not processed by us.

        • Sometimes the banks give us a response that your payment transaction has failed, even if the payment transaction was actually successful. For such cases the recharge is not processed by us as we assume it to be a failed payment.

        Normally in such cases money is automatically refunded to bank account with in 12 working days. We are sure that your money must have refunded till now.

        Still if you haven’t received your refund yet, kindly contact us again on [protected]@easymobilerecharge.com.

        Still I haven't received refund... Easymobilerecharge always telling lei they didn't even response my email...
        Hereby I report fraudulent transactions on POS PAYUST[protected] at www.easymibilerecharge txn#[protected].kindly do the needful
        Made several recharges through easymobilerecharge website. Never had any issue but this time Made recharge of 398 rs idea 16th July at 10 : 30 pm around

                I have recharged mobile number [protected] by using sbi net banking and made a payment. Recharge for 345 4gb net 28days was successful. But mobile number is not recharged yet. The money is deducted from my account but my recharge is not done yet. Please refund my money other wise recharge the same amount as early as possible. Thank you

                        • Sometimes due to technical reasons, we might not receive a response from the bank for your payment request. As a result, we do not get to know the status of your payment transaction and hence assume it to be a failed payment. For such cases the recharge is not processed by us.

                        • Sometimes the banks give us a response that your payment transaction has failed, even if the payment transaction was actually successful. For such cases the recharge is not processed by us as we assume it to be a failed payment.

                              As i'm using this easymobilerecharge.com from many days for recharges, this time also i tried to recharge my tata docomo with 358 unlimited tt offer. It worked last time so this time also i tried the same but it got failed. Amount got added to wallet. After i tried all other possible recharges but none of them got succeeded. I think some how this site is compromised (As i got one message saying that hackers on this site long time back). As they don't share any customer care number, i raised query but there is no response from them. No way to get my money back to bank account. Cheating customers like anything.

                              Don't use this site at all.

                                    Recharged my idea postpaid mobile number [protected] with 450 on 30 august 2017 but the recharge was not done. The amount of rupees 450 is deducted from my sbi account. The massage from easy mobile recharge company is that 'we refund the amount shortly but amount is not refunded till now. So i requested you to refund my 450 rupee.

                                      I recharged my vodafone mobile number [protected] with 398 on 6 sep, 2017 but the recharge was not done. The amount of rupees 398 is deducted from my sbi account. The massage from easy mobile recharge company is that 'we refund the amount shortly but amount is not refunded till now. So i requested you to refund my 398 rupee.

                                      I recharged my mobile number [protected] on 24/09/2017, with amount Rs.130. Deducted form my SBI A/C. my recharge order number is 92214278 . But in my account showing recharge processed and i even did not received email for this order.
                                      A/c No:-[protected] So i requested you please refund my amount Rs.130 as soon as possible.

                                        Sir i am nagendrababu i made a recharge on 2017-jul-03 to this number [protected] of recharge amount 147. I did not get any recharge but in my account deduct 147 rupees. Your customer care advisers are said to me that amount will be credited into your account automatically with in 10 10 days, but this inconvenience happened to me about more than one month. What the solution u 'll give to me.
