    I ordered a package worth 5K. I was promised delivery within a week.

    No updated I kept on enquiring and every time they are just checking.

    No responsibility at all.

    Its been a month now and still the status is same. I dont know where the hell is my product and how will I get it now.

      I got a notification that my product is out for delivery today at 11 am, but then I get a message saying that “delivery attempted”, but I didn’t receive any delivery calls.
      When I called them, the delivery executive was very rude and said he can’t deliver it today and he will only deliver it tomorrow.
      He was extremely rude and he disconnected my call.
      I need an immediate resolution on this and I want my product delivered to me right now.

        I placed an order which was picked up on 28 June. On 4 July it reached my destination center but was not out for delivery. It was expected to be delivered on 8 July Now it shows that OFD Lock was Applied at my destination and then OFD Lock was Revoked at Mumbai. Why is this kind of thing happening? I want my package as soon as possible.

            My AWB no is[protected]. The product has reached Mohali where I am located on 2nd June. They showed the parcel is out of delivery but then suddenly stated that OTP was not generated, which is false because I received the OTP.

            On 3rd I again was informed that the OTP has been generated the guy came to my house but he did not have the package with him. They lied by stating they couldn’t find my address

            Again on 4th the same thing OTP generated, guy came to my house but did not have the package. I spoke to the courier company on[protected]. The guy told oh sorry the delivery boy forgot to take the package and now it is showing an OFD lock in tracking.

            Probably the worst courier company ever. They have zero concern that the package could be something important and worst is that it is a per paid package

              Hi,
              My order's status is currently OFD lock and has not been delivered. I have not received any calls or messages from the delivery person. This is the first time I have encountered this issue, despite being a frequent customer. Could you please look into this and resolve the issue as soon as possible?

                  Recently I ordered study material/modules from pw and it was supposed to be delivered to me within 3 to 5 days but at 11 June 2024 my order was out for delivery and the delivery man had called me but he wasn't able to deliver the product and made an excuse that I hadn't answered his calls so then he undelivered it later onwards I started getting messages from pw regarding my order that the delivery was attempted and that I refused it at the doorstep but the truth was that I had not received any calls regarding my order this continued for a while, but when I complained to the customer care their excuse changed from not receiving calls and refusing at the doorstep to my address not being locatable it has been more than 10 days since that now when I checked my order status it is showing that my order has been put into ofd lock please ecom look into my issue and resolve it as soon as possible my order id is :- PWNLFGCL30X9/001 and my tracking ID is :- [protected]

                    My parcel has reached nearest ecom express hub since last 8 days but not delivered. Today it showed out for delivery but in a couple of hours status changed to undelivered. The courier delivery person refund that he had any parcel with my name.

                      I have ordered my product on jun 12 2024 and the delivery date was 22 but courier boy never ever called me and when i am trying to reach they never picked my call while i am tracking my product their always showing tomorrow will be deliver daily i am updating my address and my number but nothing happening plz improve your performance and someone is waiting for there product but your are always delaying my order number is[protected]_1 and awb is [protected] today is showing ofd lock applied. plz resolve my prob i need my product as soon as possible

                        AWB. [protected]. I have courier parcel to chennai. its reached to Chennai 2 days back but still it's not delivered status is showing as Attempt Restricted-OFD Lock and OFD lock revoked. I have called customer care number but is switched off and not able to reach.

                          I have purchased a product from online store on 15/06/2024. I got the shipping details from online store and it is Ecom express. AWB no [protected]. When I checked status at any time it shows the product in bhiwandi processing center and it is returning to origin. Even after 5 days the status of order remaining same and it is not yet returned to the seller. I wish I could directly purchased from the seller by this time. In this era of fast digital era it is taking so long for your network to do a job. It's pathetic customer service and i would never going to use your service in future any time.

                            This regarding the car part i ordered from boodmo (order No:[protected]-3498). the pat was ordered on 06th June.
                            Order was sent to me through Ecom Express (Tracking No:[protected]

                            Order was shown out for delivery first on 11th June.
                            But no delivery attempt was made and Delivery person Mr.Mani M (Contact No: [protected] - Details received through Ecom Message) has not made even a call.

                            On 12th june again the same delivery person did not called me and also did not deliver the order and evening it was updated on tracking info that "Customer not available at Office/Home" while I is was at home for the entire day.

                            Next day on 13th June it shows order was not delivered due to capacity/time constraint.

                            On 14th June OFD lock has been applied on order. On enquiring with other Ecom Delivery person i was told that the order will not attempted to deliver again after OFD lock is applied.

                            During all this time from 11 June to 15th June i have been continuously calling to the delivery person Mr.Mani.M to discuss regarding the order. He does not attend the call and cuts the call. When i tried calling from another number he attended the call and as soon as he got to know about the order details, before i could speak anything, he cut the call again.

                            If this is about the address being not right or person not being at home it is not acceptable, as i have received three other orders on the same address before and after the complaint order on 9th June (Tracking No:[protected], 10th June(Tracking No:[protected] and on 14th June (Tracking No:[protected].

                            Even Boodmo team also is taking their time to solve the issue with a very slow response. i lodged a ticket on Boodmo website on 12th June with request for updates. But still no proper response or action taken.

                            Please help me in resolving this issue at the earliest.
                            Or atmost please return the product to supplier and process for refund.

                              I ordered Dot and key 2 sunscreens on 31st may 2024 on their official website and paid for that.The delivery agent, Ecom Express of Bhubaneswar, Odisha, messaged me for 3days (8th June, 9th June, 10th June)that they will deliver the products, but they didn't.Even when I call, they do not answer.every morning message in mobile saying the products will deliver today however at the evening again message me the products is undelivered.

                                There was like 4 orders which I ordered from glowroad which has to be delivered by ecom express bt they don't deliver it as I asked one o[censored]r agent somnath bagarti not to deliver my prouduct as he is rude and misbehaved with us.. We never asked others to not deliver my product. Kindly look into the matter I have some important parcels which all are prepaid..                                   My order was supposed to be delivered on 3rd June, I also received a message that this person will deliver your order but I didn't get any call regarding that from the delivery person. Also, today is 8th June and I have still not received my order and even after taking multiple follow ups, the delivery fellow says that I will come tomorrow, every day the same story is happening and also the delivery person keeps changing everyday and no one is delivering the order. They are also ignoring the calls. Please help in getting my order delivered as it was a prepaid order

                                    I placed an order from dot &key whoes shipping partner is Ecom express in 26th of May. The expected date of my delivery is 31st of May. The order was prepaid. Now it's 6 hune i haven't receive my order. I tried to contact dot&key i haven't receive any response. When I trace my order OFD lock is written on it .

                                        My order with AWB [protected] was not delivered and now it's showing under OFD lock on the tracking link and when I try to contact company's customer care IVR I register the option to attempt delivery again but there has been no attempts neither am I updated on what I can do to receive my order
