    when i told the ekart person give my parsal they told not possible now come tomorrow but i told them today is delivery date but the did not given and misbehaved with me…

      My tracking id is FMPC[protected] & the promise date was 31.05.2021 but still now i am not getting my product delivered to me, , and now showing that shipment will be deliver within 6 days, already passed 5 days and now you guys need more 6 days which is not tolerable, I want my product tomorrow, So please arrange to deliver the same tomorrow.

        Delivery guy was extremely unprofessional, this guy doesnt want to get down from.his two wheeler and carelessly throwaway my parcel at my doorway unaware I 'm noticing his action. share feedback & take action to the delivery agents. VER DISSATISFIED

          Hii, this is krishna murthy,
          This is regarding the tracking ID "FMPP[protected]" From flipkart
          Where updated as customer rejected, but in reality no attempt for delivery has been made, no call even i receive, and the executive didn't respond to my call..
          This is the 3rd time I'm facing this issue with this delivery executive, ,
          I hope necessary action will be taken and I'll receive my product delivered to my specified address.

            I have received wrong product which I haven't ordered and these are cheap and bad quality material. I feel like wasted money and not at all satisfied with the services. It made my day disappointed and not at all happy with this order. Kindly do the needful I would like to return the product and expecting a refund for my order. Requesting you to do needful and help me with this bad product.

                          Today flipkart return product person has to arrive to pick wrong product delivered. He is not wearing mask smoking in front on my face don't even know what product he has to pick up and I guess he is drunk too. I am also having the video of all this incident and soon I'm going to upload it on YouTube..

                            Dear Ekart Logistics

                            First of all good to know the statistics of more than 1500 complaints filed but only 40 are solved from your side. It means even this complaint also doesn't affect you much.

                            I have orders on flipkart and my order is out for delivery from last 4 days. I am getting calls from shipper at odd times to deliver the product. 1st day he called me to confirm delivery by 6 pm. Then he called me at 8 pm in the late evening. I requested him to deliver between 12 noon to 6 pm as address is of my office premises and not residential one. He didn't delivered even on 2nd day and called me at 12 midnight on second day for delivery. Even I haven't received order on 3rd day and I hope I will not get it.

                            I made a mistake to order on flipkart. Either flipkart should banned EKART Logistic (as third class service provider) or I should stop buing from flipkart.

                              Out for Pickup: Pigeon Cookware Set with tracking ID FMPR[protected] from flipkart.com, will be picked up before 9pm today by an EKART Wish Master (call [protected], PIN 216). Keep the product ready with all accessories and tags for verification.

                              I am getting this since last 2 days but no response from the delivery guys and not even he picked up my calls yesterday he talked and said he will take my order 5 then 6 pm but he never reached so how this is the behaviour and lying the customer

                                I ordered Poco X3 along with flip cover the order reached at cochin on 24th may but the order didn't delivered on 26th and they are saying delivery will be happening on 30thMay but I am not sure about that.Because Theere is bo update in courier site.

                                      I came as this no [protected] on google which said that they are customer care and i contacted them and told them about why my shipment is still delayed they further continued saying which payment was used and share credit card details so we will refund you like that.
                                      Found out it was a scam and disconnected the call.

                                      Please be beware dont give out infos
