      I order an hp laptop on 9th of may. And Promised delivery date was 14 th of may. But i didn't receive d on that day. Then they told me you will get on next day but I didn't received. Then after they showed me 19 th but then to my product is not been delivered. Plzs it's an urgent for me. A kind request.

      The product was been shipped to near by centre on 12th may of mine which is bhiwandi . It takes approx 2 hours to reach my area. Then too it's taking many days. Plz take it in consideration.

                Hi,

                We have ordered Savlon surface from flipkart it was supposed to deliver on 16th may 2021.
                But deliver persin got the pin number from my mother, he said, she need to tell pin number to deliver the product at home. .so she shared pin number in phone to him..delivery person ( samba siva reddy muraka) got pin number from my mother and did not deliver the product.but he update status as delivered

                DELIVER PERSON DID NOT DELIVER PRODUCT AND he cheated us.

                Pls take a proper actionn on him and deliver our product asap. Pls let us know if any other details required.

                  I have an appointment for return but ekart executive mentioned that he is not able to connect so after getting that message I called him back first he didn't receive the phone and after receive talked rudely and cit the phone saying I couldn't take that big parcel on bike.
                  Out for Pickup: Orient Electric Ujala ... with tracking ID FMPR[protected] from flipkart.com, will be picked up before 9pm today by an EKART Wish Master (call [protected], PIN 183). Keep the product ready with all accessories and tags for verification.

                  Sorry, our E-Kart executive was not able to reach you on phone for shipment FMPR[protected]. Please reach out to the executive on [protected] with pin 183 -valid only for today.

                    This is to tell u how low EKART company people have falen to.

                    1. one delivery boy came today to return a parcel under RTO. Wow. your track record is remarkable in RTO. You guys send back more parcels than u deliver. i wonder this might be a conspiracy to earn more money in these tough times. Its ok, every body has a right to survive in tough times, so cheating is allowed.

                    2. BUt cheat to a limit. The parcel that he brought back had clearly mentioned wrong routing. Means it never went to my customer and was sent back under false reasons (as always).

                    3. U guys didnt stop at cheating there only. The product that i sell is high end LED water bottle, and what i received back was a cheap quality(as your company standard) bottle that u can buy from street for Rs 10. Atleast your people should have kept my image intact by sending a better quality bottle instead of taking out my high end costly bottle and sending back the cheapest they could find. This shows your peoples standard.

                    4. Stil they have the guts of coming back and arguing with us that its not their fault.

                    WOW. Really great. I know u guys r never going to do anything about out complaint as always. But still sending this email to settle my nerves a bit.

                    Wont recommend EKART to anyone. U must have seen we used to send most of our parcels through your company, but stopped long time back seeing your pathetic and fradulent dealings.

                    i am attaching yurparcel details that i received back and photo of bottle that i sell. I sell only one product from my site at the moment

                      I bave placed an order for a laptop on 14th of may 2021 and the product reached my nearest delivery hub on 17th may 2021, by noon when i checked my portal it is being shown that its out of delivery area (pincode-address mismatch).
                      Yes indeed i have to provide an address because of the past experiences in which the delivery boy have been waiting for me in the wrong location as i am living distantly from my registered post office. So i had to use a near by postal pincode, and there was no option before payment to check for the postal code and post office.
                      And now after payment when the delivery reached my nearest hub they just decided to reject it without notifying me, it was an indeed an arrogant action, because it is the users indeed paying for the delivery and we only get a free delivery if we make a purchase above 500 INR.
                      Presently l have bought the laptop when there was a discount of 10000 INR and now the discount has gone, which means now i am facing a loss of 10000 INR because they were not able to perfectly check the location address, eventhough i would have personally went and collected it from the delivery centre if they have contacted me regarding this issue.
                      I still dont understand how the delivery executives are authorized to cancel an order before promised date without even trying to contact the consumer, and i do mention it strictly that there is no means of contacting this ekart delivery company, every bit of details they provided are wrong or wont work. The quality of the service they provide is very poor considering that the parent company of ekart is flipkart itself, when other online shopping sites like amazon notify us about every bit of information of our delivery.

                                I ordered this laptop on 2nd may on sale, expected delivery was 6th May which was missed, Next date was 13th May which was missed again. Customer care agents are blaming the Logistics team for this issue.
                                As a customer, I am not sure by when I will get his order and I have to suffer losses due to the logistic team's mistake.
                                They are not asking to cancel the order, wait for the refund (14 days), and order it back, which is not acceptable
