Hi Sir,
I ordered one Water Purifier from Flipkart on 30th May and it reached ekart Logistics Kanpur Hub on 1st June morning
Till 4th June they were not able to deliver the Product as the distance difference was only 5-6km.
Yesterday they came to deliver but due to unrealistic demand o[censored]s Unistalling the existing one, they took back the order and said they will Deliver once the Installation guy come and hand them over old one in exchange.
And in Flipkart it is clearly mentioned that after delivery only the Installation guy will come.
And i personally arranged one guy to unisntall the old one and called them to deliver the product but now they are refusing to exchange and saying they will take money only at the time of delivery.
I request you to please look into this issue as this Flipkart and ekart logistics are not working as per policies mentioned by them only
And wasting Customer’s time and money

Tracking ID: FMPP[protected] of my product was not yet delivered. But the promised date of delivery was ageing over. When I tracked my order flipkart shows the promissory date was June 2nd. But now the product was dispatched to Coimbatore sorting facility from Cochin transport center. Should I know when I get my product in my hand. The ekart delivery partners saying that because of the lock down issue all the shipments are got delayed of delivery. But in the same time other courier partners like ecom, delhivery are delivering the product to customers on time.

Why my flipkart product is getting delayed. Expected delivery dte is June 2nd 2021 but still now the product is not delivered. When I track my order it shows 29th May the item reached on the Cochin hub and today morning it's dispatched to Coimbatore sorting facility. Why you guys doing this type of shameless works. if you can't deliver the products on time to the customers then why you accepting the order from the sellers.

I've ordered an Acer Gaming laptop with Cash on Delivery option in flipkart. It promised me the delivery date as 3rd june 2021, but till now I haven't recieved my product. My product is still located in Bengaluru hub(reached there on 30th May 2021) and haven't moved from there to anywhere till now. I have raised an issue in flipkart and they are asking time till 9th June just to resolve the issue. Also the ekart logistics tracking website has no contact information of them.

I have ordered one product from Flipkart on 2nd June 2021 with promised delivery of 3rd June 2021.

On 3rd June 2021 it did not get deliver & now i have been promised that it will get deliver today i.e. 4th June 2021 still i have not received any update till now.

Request you to look in this on priority & deliver my product ASAP.

It's been 4 days now, and same sms is repeated on my number that "delivery executive is out for pickup" but he never pick the phone, always cuts cut the call

Really worst delivery, after reached to my city they kept my product nearly 4 days

On 29th May 2021 i ordered a set of dumbell because at this pandemic i can't able to go to the gym as there is lockdown in all over india. Today dated 3 June 2021 i received sms from ekart that my parcel is on the way to me after sometime the delivery boy of my area which is common delivery boy of our area(Bhinmal, Jalore dist. 307803, Raj.) calls me and asked me that what i ordered i said a pair of dumbell than he said is that possible to him to carry my parcel i said its your duty of its delivery issue if you won't able to deliver my product I will complain to the ekart services that you refuse to send my order. Than he talks so rudely and said that he is the only delivery boy of my area and he delivers all of my parcels in past but from now "do whatever you want to do" he said and "not this order i will not deliver any of your future orders as well".
It sounds like he threat me.
And he himself cancels my order.
Is this the way to deal with the customer?
Tell me if this was my prepaid order than what i supposed to do? This kind of behaviour is not bearable. Plz do action against him or I will file case nearby local police station against him.

After being in transit it reached my city on 1st of June but the local courier facility is keeping my order for 3 days almost .

Dilvery boy is using vulger language & refuse to deliver product on given location...He told me reudly to came away form tha ordered location so hlp me and take strict action like this one otherwise they'll make your company ruined...some details regarding my order I'm providing so help me so that I'll get my product at ordered address...
"Sorry, our E-Kart executive was not able to reach you on phone for shipment FMPP[protected]. Please reach out to the executive on [protected] with pin 163 -valid only for today"

Please check my dilivary recived satara 26 may 2021 but till time my order pendin for your end please do the needful

Without my knowledge My shipment became Delivery attempt failed(Customer rejected) status.

Delivery man hand over me 1 box of safety goggles, not other two, but he ask for cod full payment and I paid the same but til not received other two box

Your logistics area manager decide what to pickup amd not. Whereareas it is not your authority to do it. And they rejected my parcel saying that it does not match the image..but there was no image given for the product i ordered from myntra.

I had placed an order on 21st of May and the item reached at Coimbatore facility in 25th May 2021. And order hasn't shipped from there to my nearest hub. And the expected delivery was extended for 3 times. Please do take the initiatives to deliver the product on time. Tracking ID: FMPP[protected]

Shipment number FMPP[protected] is showing deliverd by HASHERUDDIN to jhumjhum saha but while I received the call from him he told me to collect the shipment from the local hub.
But he haven't provided any address or number to contact.

E kart logistics- FMPC[protected]. The above consignment shown as delivered on 14 may at my office to me. But on 14 may my office was in closed state due to lockdown. But I got sms from e kart that the product is delivered to me. Till now I didn't get the product. Please rectify the problem.also I am expecting a decent reply from e kart.
