Hi Sir,
I ordered one Water Purifier from Flipkart on 30th May and it reached ekart Logistics Kanpur Hub on 1st June morning
Till 4th June they were not able to deliver the Product as the distance difference was only 5-6km.
Yesterday they came to deliver but due to unrealistic demand o[censored]s Unistalling the existing one, they took back the order and said they will Deliver once the Installation guy come and hand them over old one in exchange.
And in Flipkart it is clearly mentioned that after delivery only the Installation guy will come.
And i personally arranged one guy to unisntall the old one and called them to deliver the product but now they are refusing to exchange and saying they will take money only at the time of delivery.
I request you to please look into this issue as this Flipkart and ekart logistics are not working as per policies mentioned by them only
And wasting Customer’s time and money
