hello sir,
my name is peush garg from bathinda(punjab).i have a complaint about the poor handling of discrepancy that emerged in my voter card....there was a problem in the date of birth of voter id...my actual D.O.B is: 30/11/1991...but instead of this, date printed on my id card was 30/11/1990...to make correction i went to election commission centre(bathinda) in the month of july...first day the related officer was absent...second day after depositing the correction fee i.e Rs 25 (receipt no. 20927), they told me tht u'll get d new card within month at your place..today i received the new voter card..but actually its not the new one...it is the duplicate copy of the old one with the same number i.e(SRY0454629)....i am studying in some other city..so its very difficult to keep visiting the same again and again....so i just want to know what is really going in the government sector...nothing is being taken care of...who is responsible for this serious harassment of the CITIZEN OF INDIA...this is not just about me...i m complaining this because this kind of carelessness is one of main reason for the LACKING behind of a country like INDIA in this era.....please improve some system if possible and reply me about what to do....!!!

I have complaint regarding voter list from the last two general election was unable to participate in voting due to self & my family name were deleted from voter list .I am railway employee since 1992 in the same place & having self house since eight yrs.After many times filling the releated forms.
1) I am enrolled in bagh No. 254 (list) at 1088 I have been enrolled but some body else photo asShailendra Nigam,
2) My wife enrolled at 1089 as Pratibha nigam correct name Pratima Nigam but photo of my daughter.
3) My daughter enrolled at 1090 as Deepali Nigam but photo of my wife.
we had also not recieved any type of voter card nor any BLO has visited since 1 year.
i request your self to do the needful action

HON'BLE Sir , I have applied my voter identity card some how in the month of january 2011 . in GURU NANAK GIRLS INTER COLLAGE (LUCKNOW) at that time i asked your staff for thye receipt of the form but he refused to give me the receipt till then i am waiting for the voter id card so that i can cast my vote .
Again on dated 3.08.2011 i have submit and applied a new form along with the required documents and photograph in PCF building second floor station road (lucknow) but sorry to inform you incpite of my repeated request they refused to give any kind of receipt of the same .

It is my humble request to HON'BLE Sir to kindly acertain and instruct your office staff to kindly issue me my voter id card . If any more documents required i will submit the same .

I applied for voter ID for my mother at 13/03/2009.After that they told me to get the ID after 1 month.I went often several times.But they dont respond me.I gave it again the complaint letter at 18/09/2009.They told me"Get the ID after 1 month".But they did not Give my mothers id card till today.So i kindly request you to issue the certificate within this month.Atleast please report my status of that application.Please take that action quickly.Here i attach my report details please take and give the report details to my address.

I want to draw the sluggish behavior of Election commission that have not updated the list of voters in their records are showing the old list with lots of errors as the updated list from 20011.

The persons feeding the names, s/o, w/o etc in english or hindi should be given sufficient time to do the correct entry and recheck them. The persons typing the names should give their name as they go by some kind of caste politics as they intentionally misprint the names of other caste or religion.

The details and photos were collected by the people of the Harokhyathanahalli village during 2008 by the election commission organization but the voters ID has not been issued till now. When inquired the officer gives the reason that the entire bundle of the voter ids has been lost or misplaced and they are not able to trace the voters card. Now how do we get the voter ID card? Do we need to re-register and follow the same process again? Who is responsible for such incidents? Whom to approach?

In my voter id card my name is wrong my date of birth is also wrong. Now what i do ?
There is no use of it.

What should i do now ?

I am again very unhappy to say that my name & my sister's name have not been included in the current voter list even though we had submitted the FORM 6 two times along with all the address proofs and other required documents.
firstil in year 2008 and other one in feb.2011. Every time respective officers say that there is no doubt of verification of proofs, still when the time comes we do not recieve our voter ID cards.
this time we are in much need of voter id cards because we are applying for passport and voter id cards are intensely needed in that case.

myself is upma sharma, i have submit the form no 6 in ashok nager election office for making the voter id card,but i dont getting any response from the office , i visited the election office many time but as per election officer some one come for enquiry but till now no any one executive come & vist. i required voter id card for residence proof its required on urgent basis,kindly help me to get the id proof as early as possible.

This is R.Ajaynirmal , me , my ,sister, my mother has not yet recievied the voters ID card . As a citizen of india we need to vote for the leaders of our interest but the people in issueing the ID just get the fully filled form and doesn't respond to it. My dad is central govt employee he too delayed in getting voters ID later he complaint to the election commission officer and recieved it before the recent held election. I have already applied in college but no response again now me , my sister and mother applied before few months the election was held. They informed us that we would recieve it within 25 days but almost the electionis over we still didn't recieve it.
Please take necessary action. As a citizen of india we not getting the right to vote.

Sir,
I had applied for Voter ID Card in Nov-10 in the name of Rakesh Kumar (Self) & Rakesh Bala (Wife) at the following address : B-454, B-Block, Ranjit Avenue, Amritsar. I was on rented house. The Card was prepared by the concerned & distributed, but the concerned employee has not handed over to the owner of the House, due to we shifted to nearby place. I had visited many times in the office of Election Commission, but no employee is sitting there. How I collect the said card.
