How many times they will ask me to fill the form for doing correction of address in the name list.......I think two times I did that...... Now THEY HAVE CHANGED MY NAME & DOOR NUMBER & ALSO MY NATIVE PLACE...........after all for doing one correction if they do like this..........?! IT IS NOT A COMPLAINT, RATHER IT IS A REQUEST.
Ms Hena Banerjee, Ms Shirina Banerjee and me (Mr Sandeep Banerjee) were residents of 236, NSC Bose Road, Kolkata - 700 040 and my voer ID card number was LFB0218487.
We moved to our new residence - 30, Green Park, PO: Narendrapur, Kolkata - 700 103 last June.
We first applied for new Ration Card and got ration cards with this new address in last November.

My birth place is Hatgobindapur, Burdwan, Pin 713407. Since 1987, I am out of home due to study and job.

Once I got an apartment in Mothijheel, Dumdum, Kolkata in 1999, I am trying to include my name in the voter list.
