I have ordered one smart watch from a website called www.eloda.biz
And i have paid rs. 2543.20 via paytm to the same company.
Date of order: 17th may 2018, order number : 97865 and i recieved the wrong and cheap quality product on date: 22nd may 2018.

I tried to contact them via number mentioned on their website i. E [protected] (Not a valid number)

I ordered a smart watch and paid through paytm. I have paid rs 2543
I have not got any reference number or any other details.
Tried calling customer care and sent an email to eloda.

Telephone is not in existence and email got bounced back.

Looks like it is a scam, please do not allow them to post the add in fb.
Also return the money back. Otherwise i will have to raise the complaint under...

Myself placed an order for eloda smartwatch on eloda. Biz website today via paytm. And after payment i got an order id #114559. And then no confirmation message/email received specifying the expected time of delivery. The contact number given in the website is not working and the address given is fake too..
Kindly do the needful for getting me the right product ordered or refund of the full amount. Looking...

Biz/eloda - smart 6 watch cost of 2992/- it's got an offer if i pay through paytm gets 15% off i paid through paytm rs.2543.20/- reference msg (Your payment (Id[protected] of rs 2543.20 for presha trading) the parcel is received on the date of 19 may 2018 through delhivery couriers.

But i got an different very cheap quality of smartwatch which not worth...

We purchased a smart wallet being sold on the website www.eloda.biz for Rs.2, 995/-. The product is has no resemblance, features or values as advertised on the website. The product delivered is not even worth Rs.100/-.

Received a wallet that can be bought from any road side vendor. The company is a fraud company and is cheating consumers/buyers via false advertisements being posted online.

This company doesn't even respond to clients who have ordered their product, all contact nos are fake, and beyond that they are tie up with payment partners like payumoney, paytm and many more merchants or online payments, as i have made transaction for smart watch yesterday, but i couldn't got any confirmation nor a call from company . I have raised a complaint to payumoney for the same, also payu money company customer care nos are not...

I ordered eloda smart wallet on dated 10 th may 2018, after following a link from the facebook.
The wallet looked nice and had lot of features so i made an order, but when i opened the box after receiving it to my surprise it was different one and a fake cheap wallet and it had no any heart rate sensor no charging cable in it, i ordered smart wallet with specification and received a cheap wallet which is sold for 100 to 150 rupees...

This is online shop which is fraud with people i order smart wallet for 2567inr and while i receive the wallet it defective and while i return products they don't Accpet it and even their website and location and mobile number is totally wrong and mobile number switch off.this company is doing online marketing in india via facebook and with instagram and using paytm payment gateway to fraud people....

I have ordered a smart wallet from eloda. Biz by seeing an ad in instagram. The product was delivered very soon by delhivery courriers with the order id 2738492. It was then i found that the product delivered was a very cheap quality wallet with their name on it and it didnt had any of the features that they mentioned in the ad. I tried to their customer care in [protected] and also mailed them a complaint. They didnt responded in any way....

I order a eloda smart watch with
6 months warranty and i received an fake watch as y1. I am trying to call the support number but it's always says switch off. I sent an email on the support email bit bounced back. I need the watch or i need my money back. My order number is 84434.

The total value of the watch is rs.2, 992.00 after paytm discount of rs.-448.00. I paid a total of rs.2, 543.20....

I have received fake product "loda wallet".

The wallet is just a normal leather with one button option and no other option.
Have tried calling customer care but the number is not reachable for returns.

Even i didn't receive any bill for this as this has been came by blue-dart.

I made a order online for smart wallet, but when i receive that wallet that was simple wallet but featurs they have showing are ultimate that even dont have 1 % of the smart feature in that! It looks same from outside but its not that!
They are offering many things but i can surely say its fake company!

My name is milin thakor. I have ordered online on 11th april 2018 at 6:10 pm from eloda. Biz website. Order id : 53905. Even today i didn't get my product. Please take strict action on that online shopping company. And get my money back from it.
Till today i didn't get any update from eloda about delivery of product and any feedback. They even don't care about customer that product is actually delivered or not. I think it is fraud...

I ordered eloda premium smart watch, after following a link from the facebook.

The product provided me is useless as its not having the features as mentioned on its website, it seems its totally fake and when i reached for the complain of this product they did\'nt respond on provided contact number/mail id. I had given the order for smart wallet i just received it but, i want to return this product this wallet is useless nothing is in their, which you have shown in your website no charging system no camera only 1 pathetic bluetooth device is fitted which sometimes get connected sometimes not. I tried so many times to call your customer support number but i think that is fake also.

Please refund my amount...

This company with website as eloda. Biz is showing some premium watch on its website for about rs 3000, and when you order, you get a fake product hardly worth rs 500, the contact details mentioned on their website are also fake.
The people behind this scam must be caught and confeonted with legal actions under cyber crime laws.
Also, some action must be initiated against facebook who lets such spammers to post their advertisements...

I would like to update that i had brought a smart watch costing about rs 2500, but when i had received the watch it was totally different than the one shown in picture and was of very cheap quality and does not work the way it was shown or advertised in their commercials or add.

Now while i am trying to return the same during the return window i am not getting any response from these people and also nobody is replying to the...
