I had called to your customer care no [protected] for refund of my cancelled order they guide me. And after that 5000 amt get automatically debited from my account by fraudsters.

I had purchased a mobile phone on online shoping with murchant id [protected]with payment id[protected]Payumoney) on date 12/07/2020by seeing a add on facebook. It was a maxophone m10 coral green.

Sir I preferred COD, but he told COD not possible due to Corono. Then I paid the amount of Rs4499/ thro SBI net banking. The amount stand debited in my account. But the mobile wa not received till date. Pay U Money ha acted as middle man to pay the amount. I want either mobile or return of money.
