Respected Sir/Mam’am, I Debasish Paul S/O Swapan Kumar Paul an Ex. Employee of Genius Consultants Ltd of Kolkata Circle. I have submitted my EPF withdrawal forms & necessary Document on[protected], there after The Company Genius Consultants Ltd who confirm your PF forms has been submitted on 13th Jan 2015 & they confirm that you have received the amount in 45 working days, however the amount still not credited in my account. I am repeatedly asking for PF to Genius Consultants Employee & sending mail several times they did not replay. Please look into this matter it is still pending since August 2013.       Hi Sir/ madam, I am Madhavi sunil Tillu, I have checked my PF withdrawal status quite a long time back. It looks like my PF form has been rejected due to some reason and rejection letter has been dispatched to my address . I have not revived it yet and i am not able to send them other form as i don't the actual reason why PF office reject my form . Can you please investigate the issue and let me know what exactly the problem was, because of that they reject my form.?                     Hi, I was employed with NIIT Limited till Nov 2012. Once I changed my job, I requested the transfer of amount to my new PF, for which I got a confirmation on cheque generation on 6 March 2013 along with other cheque details. I visited the EPFO-Dwarka office to confirm the status for my cheque in Sep. 2013. The cheque was in the records, but the amount was not transferred and I was assured that it will be processed within next 10 working days. Since then, it has been the same. I tried to communicate them with an RTI also, but the response was the same. Can anyone suggest me on how to proceed on this.

                      Hello Sir, I have submitted the Withdrawal claim 2 times in the last year . EPF account number is :HR/GGN/29427/000592 EPF office is saying that they haven't received any forms from the establishment and I have proof that they acknowledged the form after they received.They are not replying to the emails and grievance raised in their system. 1st EPF claim was rejected with unknown reason. Grievance2:HRGGN/E/2015/00766 Grievance1:HRGGN/E/2015/06548 I have attached the proof of the submittion of EPF claim withdrawal happen last year 2 times. I would really appreciate if you can help with this situation as I'm frustrated with this kind of system. Thanks in advance.

                                This is regarding the monthly pension of my mother (Smt. Binu Jha, w/o Late Sri Yug Narayan Jha), having PPO Number :WB/HLO/27019. We have submitted the Life Certificate & Non- Remarriage Certificate to Punjab National Bank(Shibpur branch) on 17-Nov-2014. We have submitted these document for the first time, as we received the pension stoppage letter from EPFO(Stoppage of pension from January 2011). The reason for the delay of submission is that we are living in Pune, and my mother also stays with me currently. We were not aware that the pension has been transferred to my mother's name, after the death of my father. When we enquired, we have been told that some confirmation letter will come to our house. So due to these misunderstandings, we haven't submitted the Life Certificate & Non- Remarriage Certificate to PNB for last few years. We need your kind cooperation and support, since pension is the only source of income for my mother. Please resume the monthly pension for my mother at the earliest.

                                  DL/939126/105- This is my epf number. I have submitted claim 4 times and everytime EPFO dwarka delhi office says that we havent received it. They are so shameful guy when I submitted personally to their office and when I called up to know the status they said we haven't received your claim. I have proof of the acknowledgment too. What should I do. I try to call them everyday but they never pick up phone because the moment they enter the office they just hang up the phones so nobody can reach them. I would appreciate if you take my complaint seriously and do the needful. Thanks Sumit

                                      EPF India has transferred my PF amount from Previous Organization to Oracle Financial Service Software Ltd to Wipro Ltd instead of Capgemini India Private Ltd which is my current organization. They have transferred to PF account no PYBOM[protected] which below to Wipro but Capgemini has sent the transfer form. Telephone no. which EPF india has mentioned are not working. Please advise how can i transfer amount from Wipro to Capgemini PF account.

                                        My Name is Sreejith Krishnan, I have worked in Aricent technologies Ltd for 3.5 years till Feb 2012. My PF number was DL/14510/15468. When I check the balance amount in the a/c the system always throws error STATUS for Member ID: DL/CPM/0014510/000/0015468 Invalid Input / Member name mismatch against this DL/CPM/0014510/000/0015468 I need to know whether the a/c number that is given to me is fake or its something else.and i should be able to know the a/c balance and details.
