Dear Team,

I have requested for PF transfer from my previous employer (PF A/c No: AP/HYD/23034/78168) to my new employer (PF A/c No: MH/BAN/45665/179462).

7 months back (13-Dec-2013), I got a massage that my Request/Claim got settled, with following details:

Member ID: APHYD[protected]-123

PF Claim ID: HYD[protected]

Settled Amount: RS 55820.00

Sent to A/c No.: [protected]

(IFSC Code: SBIN[protected]EPFO

But I am unable to find my previous PF balance at my new PF account (A/c No: MH/BAN/45665/179462). Could you please help me on this and Kindly settle my EPFamount as soon as possible.

I have also registered a grievance at EPFO website with registration number: ROBND/E/2014/08065

My EPF account no is HR/GGN/29516/4658.I have applied for EPF withdrawal in the month of June'2014 but still I have not received the amount.On the website, It is showing no records found.
I am facing the same issue.

      I was Working with Aditya Trading Solutions Pvt Ltd. and was depositing Rs.2300/- per month as Provident fund which i want to withdraw. I am following up with company as well as EPFO office since Dec 2013. So far neither Company nor EPFo has given balance in my Account nor settled claim for which i completed formality in march 2014.       I separately launched complaint again which they responded as account no. insufficient though i sent full account no. height of non response and false response.
      They havent took your complaint and responded yet.
      They dont care about such compliant forum.
      Their portal is down since i am trying to launch complaint.

      Again they closed complaint with remark as claim not received. I sent claim to company on 14th march and company forwarded to epfo office on 30 April 2014. I am calling epfo office and no one is receiving phone. Company is saying they forwarded calim and on responded me on email that epfo people are not responding to them.

              inquire the status of your complain
              rile rti, ask for the PIO say to him want to file RTI & ask him to write rti application, he cant refuse to write application for you
              he cant ask reason why you don't write it your self either

                        My Name L L Navya, EPS account number, MH/424/86959, it was almost a month i submitted form for withdrawal of EPS amount, but neither status or any confirmation is been given from EPFO. My employer says that it has sent to EPFO, but no confirmation on reaching application is given. Don't Know whether it is reached or rejected or succeeded. Every when i call to Bandra EPFO,[protected], always they cut it. Don't know, why, then why the number is for. No status in epfindia.com and not receiving any call. Its really very worst.

                            Sir, a friend of mine who has worked with Updater services pvt ltd chennai has not received his PF settlement after he submitted his resignation and he is in his native place right now. He has worked for more than 5 years and the company has not taken any steps to pay the gratuity.The employer/supervisor never and ever bothers about the employee. Two months back an employee suffered injuries. The employee could not able to avail the ESI hospital facility as neither the employer/supevisor has taken any steps to provide the ESI benefit.The necessary ESI forms were available with the supervisor and he was not showing any interest for his colleagues.

                              have NOT received my Subscriber’s Annual Statement of Account Slip after
                              2007-08 even though deductions were made by the employer from my salary
                              account. I would like to know that
                              whether the amounts which were recovered from my salary every month being
                              remitted in my EPF Account by our Employer (Project Officer, RVM, Eluru)or not.
                              I already submitted my representation through e mail on 23.03.2011. But I
                              didn't receive any clarification till today. Hence, i request once again to

                                i was work for intercontinental the grand hotel mumbai, my salary account it was in Axis bank, I left that property in year of 2009 i was an applied for provident fund in same year only. i given cancel cheque of HDFC bank, I told to them dont send me cheque on same Axis bank account thats why given HDFC bank document but they send me cheque 16/8/2012and 21/8/g201212, which is i am not aware about this keep i am feeling form for the same still iam not getting my cheque but i am again given all documentation to reissue cheque its already 2 month
                                passed still i am waiting for my money, year of 2014 is going on i dont know what is l the status.my pfthanks

It looks like my PF form has been rejected due to some reason and rejection letter has been dispatched to my address . I have not received it yet and i am unable to send them other form as i don't know the actual reason why PF office reject my form .
