Dear sir,

I summit only 10C form last 17th jan 2012 for collecting pension yozna amount because this check was returned by bank because name titled was worng on the check by epfo. For known status our claim on epfo website but not showing status only showing not found record.please find me now what is status of my claim.My account no.is GN GGN02 25709/HR/1130.

Dear Sir,

I am Sanjoy Manna, resident of Budge Budge Pujali, Kolkata-700138, and had worked for Pan india food solutions pvt ltd whose PF amounts was getting submitted in Mumbai PF office, Bandra. Before more than a year filing my papers, I did get an intimation on 25/10/11, stating that both my PF & Pension amounts have been sent to my savings account in Allahabad Bank S/B A/C No.[protected] in Bugde Budge, Pujali, Nischintapur branch, Kolkata-700138.

But these cheques No 943349 Dated 16/09/2011 for Rs.18984/- have bounced and it really surprises me that a goverment party like the EPF, Mumbai have given bounced cheques.

My PF Number is MHBAN/0048533/000/0003475, Claim ID : MHBAN[protected].From 10C.

I hope some responsible authority will look into this and let me know that I will not lose my hard earned money. Please treat this with utmost urgency.

EMPLOYEES PROVIDENT FUND — Delay in PF Transfer

Hello sir/madam,
I had initiated my PF transfer 23rd April,2010.
Logged a grievance bt that remained unattended.The registration number for the same is ROPUN/E/2011/02426.(PFA).

Every day i keep on dialling the following numbers[protected]/26456145/26402158/26454231/26402119/26402143/[protected]
for around 20-30 times but either the phone remains busy or it is unattended.

I simply dont undersatnd how can an employee be so much ignored
and unattended inspite of several requests.This is really aweful to recieve such kind of services from such highly designated goverment officials.


Request you to resolve this issue with urgent attention.

You are not aware of happenings in Govt offices india.
I'm afraid that in India PF transfer or closure takes more time.

PF Transfer:
There are large number of queries and problems regarding delay in settlement of Provident Fund dues
by EPFO. I am attaching format for filing RTI application for expediting settlement of dues.
For address of Central Public Information Officer and payee of postal order, pl visit www.epfindia.nic.in. If you cannot get these details, pl send applicatation to Central Public Information Officer of nearest Provident Fund office with postal order of Rs.10 favouring
"ACCOUNTS OFFICER, EPFO".
He is bound to redirect within five days of receipt by him to correct Central Public Information Officer after referring your details and copy of application for withdrawal already submitted by you.

Usage of RTI can solve your problem.
1) White paper with detailed query of status of application for PF number (from to respected sir format)
2) 10 rupees postal order
3) Post to address
Public information officer, EPFO, place where PF account maintained
See the response in 30 days and the government officer in charge of your application has to give reason with justification/answer and it will stand as a proof with valid authorized signature from a government officer.
Please write query in clear ad legible manner. If there, enclose the copy of PF withdrawal or transfer application with your RTI application.
Government officials will not give blunt replies for your RTI. You can see the accountable person for delay has to give an answer within 30 days and has to do his duty without fail. If not, he will be fined for each day delay in providing information.
Lot of success stories are there in usage of RTI in all government organizations since 2005…

My name is Ram lal .My p.f no is - DL20718/378. Form deposit date is 23.09.2009.but i cant found my deposit amount.After apply three month latter we contact the epf office they said me that my application was put in pending list.after one latter they say us that my application is work in progress.and they commite me whithin one month amount will be transfer my account.Causes amount are not deposited. But one month latter when we like to chek my application status online but i cant success.no any person receive call for giving status.

This time our mind is not working.i am too needy for this amount. but they are not takeing any responce.Please help us.

i am felling form of pf in 19/04/2011 and today my pf is only process not recive my pf money.

I had applied for Transfer of my EPF amount to my new Employer EPF Account and had submitted PF Transfer Application in September, 2010

The PF transfer is from Bandra EPFO (PF No. MH/35415/19344) to Chennai EPFO (PF No. TN/31140/21208)

Its more than 1.5 yrs the amount is not yet transferred to my New PF A/c (TN/31140/21208)

When lodged a complaint in EPFO Grievances Website, it always shows the status as "Approved. Payment Under Process", which is there since almost 1 year

Why so much delay in processing a transfer also

ORRKL[protected] have been provided since long. However the recent update shown in the website is the Claim has been Rejected and the respective rejection letter is under dispatch.

मैनै 06/03/2018 को कुच्छ ऐडवांस पैसा निकाल मगर 22/03/2018, तक मेरा पैसा मेरे बैंक खाते मे नही आया जहा सरकार कहती है आप अपना पैसा घर बैठे ही निकाल सकते है जव की मारे epfखाते कीपासवुक मे पैसा कटा दिखा रहा है मगर मेरे बैक खाते मे पैसा 20दिन वाद भी नही आया

Dear Sir,
I have left my job in June 2008 and applied for my PF settlement also. But till date i have not received my settlement amount. Kindly make the settlement payment and credit it in my HDFC bank account as soon as possible. I am not doing any job and enrolled in full time studies. I have to pay my second installment for the institute, if i don't get my money on time it will be difficult for me to pay the fees. I am Kanwaljit Singh. Worked with Convergys India PVT. LTD. I filled the form and submitted it on the 15/01/2009 to withdraw the PF Amount and to credit it into my HDFC Account. my receipt number is 28188634. and my PF Number is HR/25204/50849 Account Group: GGN06/04. On the receipt it is clearly mentioned that if the account is not settled by 14/02/2009, then contact the office incharge on the contact number[protected], which is always busy. even on sundays which means they have kept the phone aside. they never pick the phone up. its been 3 MONTHS now that the amount has not been credited to my account. so please see to the matter. This is not expected from the EPFo. i am facing the consequences just because of this as I need money desperately.

ask the staff of office if anyone is expecting bribe. if bribe is demanded then without loosing tamper contact CBI office on telephone Nos available CBI onwebsite get the person arrested and get your claim or else keep cribbing
