HR/GGN/28979/125 and the website of the EPFO also acknowledged receipt of the same (on 02.05.11) but it always reflect that claim is under process. It is to inform your good office thta I have resigned for the post of Production Manager on 27 th April 2009.
I handed over my dutys as per the company rules and regulations and releived from my duties on !5 May 2009.Till date either i received my gratuity or provident fund amound. I made several complaint but no results.
I have kept a set of documnets with me and copies of the all emails sent to my employer.Now...

This is so disgusting & ridiculous. At one end Govt of India is trying to make the EPF system congestion free by implimenting technologies,whereas in Mumbai EPFO guys dont even bother to pick up the phone. I suspect they just hang-up the phone lines during the office hour.

I am following up my PF transfer which has to happen from Baroda PFO to Bandra PFO.The Baroda PFO gave me all details over the phone but here in Bandra...

I the person Poornima Alishetty, who has launched the above complaint have not received the PF amount. I was working for Andromeda marketing PVT. LTD company at Chadivali (Andheri- East) Since 10th Dec, 2006 & left the Organization on 8th August, 2010.
I have applied for PF on 15th November, 2010 at Kalina Branch of Andromeda Company.
I several time called on their Landline...

I have submitted my claim on 30th April 2010. But still the date I have not received my PF refund. My PF A/c No.MH/211957/45. For your ready reference i have attached my PF form no.2 with your received stamp on Date 30th April,2010.

I have submited my PF Withdrawal application in December 2010 and in system claim no is 19C ( PUPUN[protected] AND 10C ( PUPUN[protected] Dated 02/03/2011 it is pending in system. But i still cant received providant funt amount. so please resolvethe same and credited my a/c as early as possible.

I have sumited my pf form in march of 2011. But till now i have not got my claimed pf. It had already 5 months....

EPF not received even after 6 months

I have submitted my PF withdrawal forms to my previous company Piramal Diagnostic Services Pvt Ltd. and they have sent it to the EPF, Bandra office. Those documents are received by the office .
It is almost six months over, but still the amount is not deposited into my account.

Hi This is Pratik, have applied for PF from last 8 months. They dont even reply well. I have also Registered a Grievance on http://epfigms.gov.in/ but they purposely do is they ask to add password for that and when after 15 - 20 days i am accessing that complaint what they do in their online site is, they purposely make the password wrong by adding extra character at the end after you type ur password.

So being an engineer...
