Dear Sir/madem,

I have filed online complaint regarding my PF ( Complaint No : SROVS/E/2011/01640 ),

But till date i have neither recieved the PF amount nor any status regarding my PF.

Its been more than 8 months i have applied for the withdrawl of my PF, Please get me my PF amount as this is my 6th Reminder regarding the same.

Kindly help me with the below query. I was working at oberoi hotel, and there they registered two accounts for my PF. I was informed at the time of withdrawal that my PF has accumulated under MH/15448/9110 and MH/15448/9518. 2 years back I have requested at the Bandra office to transfer all funds from account no.9110 to 9518. i undersigned chetan nandani at rajkot-gujarat had been working with future generali india life insurance co ltd, my employer have submitted my provident fund withdrawal request send by me on 5/1/2011 .

its been almost a year but i am not in receipt of the amount, i have taken several followups and gave many reminders on calls but every time i am told its under process.

When I check for the status through the URL: http://www.epfindia.com/ It shows that my forms have been submitted (By Company) on 4th Aug-2011.When I did not receive the amount in 4 months time I registered grievance through http://www.epfigms.gov.in/ on 30th Nov-2011 for which the Registration number is RCHEN/E/2011/08968.PFA...

I wish to bring to the notice of the authorities that my PF claim (account number TN/50362/76) has not been settled yet. The duly completed form with all other attachments was submitted to EPFO chennai through my employer and the website also shows that it has been received on 15.07.2011. When I enquired with the PF officials at the office here, they said that all claims, subject to all necessary verification, get settled within 90 days...

Hello,
My pf account number is tn/mas/54146/0054. A claim request was filed on 21/09/2011. I have not received any claim till now from the epf.
Also, claim status website always shows the same information ("under process") every time.
Is there anyway i can get the claim faster?

I submitted forms to close my EPF of my previous employer(malar publications) on july 2011. But the settlement is not done. In the EPF web site its shown as under process. And the submitted date is shown as 07.09.2011.

From last 4 & half months i had making followup for my PF in Bandra Office but there phonelines are always dead if the phone riging at that time they cannot take the receiver of the phone.

My PF request was submitted by my earlier company to RPFC office as on 25th july 2011 and they confirmed me that RPFC will be sending me intimation via post with in 90 to 120 days.And informed me that as they do not have any control on the settlement process; they will not be able to help further in this process.Once the PF formsare submited to RPFC their job is over because, RPFC office does not entertain any other Party/Person/Organization...
