I have made a PF withdrawal claim 5-6 months before from my previous organization, but as of now i have not received my claim amount in my account.

My previous employment and PF details are as follows:

but still i didnt get any feedback from him. so i personally visited their office at Bhavishyanidhi Bhawan, DK Block,

on 15/06/2011, The customer relationship officer said that my PF settlement will take at end of the july 2011, and that also not confirm, because the consent authorities are engaged with Accounts work. when i was enquired about my claim in the month of may they are informed me that, new software installation is going on and thats why delay was happening in payment of PF settlement. and now they are saying that accounts work in going on and delay continuous for more days which are not countable.
so plz look into my matter and help me out from this peroblem.

I have sent you the attached file a week ago but i have not got any kind of feedback from you and for which i have been waiting since a log time. my call to[protected] at about 5.02pm also proved futile today too. The speaker added that the processing will take more time as the installation of software has been going on and my settlement may take more 15-20 days and it is not confirm yet. I could not make out what are you doing there since near about 3 months for the settlement of a Single Pf Settlement. Your explanation is expected at the earliest.

Hello Sir,

Currently I am working with Capgemini Bangalore. 2 and half years back i resigned from Deloitte Hyderabad and have asked them to transfer the PF to current account.

Deloitte has forwarded the tranfer document to the Reginal PF office on 13 Aug 2009 but till date it is not transferred to my current PF account MH/THN/43355/19832 .

kindly do the needful for my PF settlement.

I transferred my pf balance(72554 ) from earlier(HR/10592/X/2268 ,efunds india pvt ltd) pf account to new corporate (AP/HYD/042243/000/0002375 , Ness Technologies india) pf account.I have listed below my earlier and new pf account.this i did 3 year before.

From my earlier organization they issued an hdfc cheque for( 64790 ) and transfeered it to Ness Technologies.copy attached for cheque

Ness Technologies submitted the cheque to PF office, and they gave me an acknowledgement reciept they got from PF office.copy attached acknoledgement

But id dint see the transferred amount is credited to my new account.Please help me.am attaching al the relevant information.I raised three greivances from epf site.But i didnt get a proper response to any one of them.

Behat Road Saharanpur i have send form to provident fund department for releasing my provident fund the process is for 40 days i wait till 40 days after 40 days i want to the provident fund office they tell me they send back the form but i didnot received that form & after that they told me to fill the new form & send them again i did that again now these people is harrassing me I need my money urgenty so please provied me solution what i have to do i am very poor person i need money very badly. I am suffring since six months.

Sir, I am working as a JTO in BSNL posted at Nagpur. I am recruited after 2000 and are under EPF Scheme. My EPF account has been changed from under EPF,Nagpur office to EPF Bandra,Mumbai office. I have reiceived EPF slip for 2005-06 having EPF account no MH/63577/2 and there after one EPF slip for year 2007-08 having account no MH/46391/730. Also I wish to specify that the amount in 2007-08 slip is very less than previous slip. When enquired about the same at BSNL office it was clarified that the statement is showing balance of only 6 months of the financial year 2007-08. Thereafter I recieved a communication from EPF office nagpur dated 10/09/2009 regarding transfer of funds from nagpur office to Mumbai Office. In continuation with above subject I wish to state that I have not recieved any EPF slip after year 2007-08 and I want to know the present status of my account and the amount therein.
Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

My PF Number is MH/BAN/45214/3503 with Stream International. PF Form was submitted to the Bandra PF Office on the 17th January 2011. The online status shows it is in process for the last 2months. I had registered a grievance and the Registration number ROBND/E/2011/02611. The reply received was not of any help & the grievance was closed without solving the same.

I have sent several emails to the PF Office on the following email address [protected]@epfindia.gov.in & ro.[protected]@epfindia.gov.in but no one bothers to reply to the email. I have even wisited the PF Office Counter Number 32 but even they did not help me with my query. It has been 6months my form is submitted for withdrawal but the amount is not credited in my account.

The Online status shows the following for the last 2 1/2months.

Hi,
I was Junior Telecom Officer in BSNL since 2003 to 2006 at Silchar SSA,Guwahati.My self trasfered from Assam to Andhra Pradesh on 10.01.2006.
Form13(A) already applied to EPFO,Guwahati through O/o the General Manager Telecom District,BSNL,Silchar,vide reference no:AS-3996/EPF(loose)/GM/SC/07-08/05 dated at Silchar, the 20/03/2008.
But the EPFO,Concerned officer said that the Form(13) not received ,
who is the responsible, for this kind of irresponsiblity actions

Kindly give the clarification about the EPFO and GMTD,BSNL,Silchar.

My Name is Prasant P. I have served American Power Conversion by Schinder Electric and have resigned in Sept 2010. I have successfully submitted all my PF documents to my company and so have they submitted to PF office on March 18th 2011! But I have not received a single Rupee of my PF amount as of today and there is not correct response over phone on the same. Instead they use unparliamentary language and disconnect the phone. When government is ready to upload the status of PF claiming status on INTERNET then what is the trouble in giving the same information over phone! An individual is forced to stop all his day work and go the PF office just to get the info about the claim!!! As government is framed by the people and the same is treating people as a piece of crap and giving no respect!!!

Please do the needful in getting my PF money to me ASAP.

Dear Sir,

Only I have received/credited amount by NEFT 12935/- through SBI in my ICICI Bank A/c on 19 April 2011. Still awaiting the amount of Rs. 61,593/- .

After sending reminder or submitting my compliant in PF Grievance under registration no ROBND/E/2011/05855- and received answer that - please update your Bank A/c and after contacting the ICICI they have forward the email along with the A/c statement that thy have not received any amount by NEFT maounting Rs. 61593/-.

Again and again I am sending reminder to CPFG but no one is bothering.

Through this email I am requesting to Govt of India [CPFC} - please release my PF at the earliest.

I have resigned from M/s Dewan Rubber Industries Limited in the month of 2004. and since 6 years i am regularly trying to give my pension as well as arrier of my pension from EPF Department and meet several higher and lower officer in local as well as Delhi Chief Commisiner's office but till now my payment not released by the concerned Department. I am 70 years old man and not able to make efforts. It seems that no one is there to lission my complaint. I several meet Mr.B.P.Singh Commisiner of EPF, Sh Gupta ji, AC of EPF, Shri Mohit Sekhar, AC of EPF several times but all officer are effort less and after a long time (6 years) i am very fed up with the system of this department. Last I have also lodged a complaint to my name to Shri B.P.Singh, Commissioner, EPF Office, Jagriti Vihar, Meerut 250004 by Speed Post No.EU[protected]IN DTD 14.5.2011 and personally meet with the pension department and AC Mr.Gupta but not use for this meeting also. Please place my this complaint at appropriate place and make this complaint to the knowledge of more much higher officers of the department so that they may know the loose poll of their department..

I would like complain against the provident fund origination of India wit regards to information on account details.

Details as below:

I was working with TATA AIG General Insurance in Bangalore b/w Jan 2006 to Nov 2007,
During my exist from TATA AIG I had requested to transfer the account to my next employer i,e religare but till date I have no got any information/status with regards to PF account.

Now when I walked in to PF office in bangalore they say this fund is managed by Maharashtra region and you to go there and enquire on my PF account.


Now my question is why government makes this kind of decentralized system, not every person can run around to another state for PF status.
When government can collect taxes from any coroner of the country then why cannot they provide the details also from any part of the country?

Need solution to my problem I anyone looking at this mail.

I undersigned, Mr. Gagan Taneja had received cheques ( cheque no.549248 dated 25/11/2009 for Rs. 6301 & cheque no. 584937 dated 25/11/2009 for Rs. 2739 drawn on SBI Mumbai main branch) for settlement of my Provident Fund account no. MH/47249/2479 , but due to the closure of bank account mentioned on those cheques I have not received any payment till date I have already sended back the same cheques , ID proofs and cheque of my latest savings bank account to the PF office Mumbai on 11 march 2011 through speed post for reauthorization of the amount, so that your office can proceed with further procedure of reissue of cheques. and also logged two complaint on EPFIGMS ( provident fund site ,online)

This is my humble request to you that, this is not possible for me to come to Mumbai for this same purpose. I am unnecessarily facing hardships. Therefore, you are requested to kindly look into the matter in the interest of JUSTICE and do the needful at the earliest
