Hi Team,

I am getting this message 'EPF — Your request is in Transit between EPFO Out and In Office' I dont know what is mean I want to know where is the gap and when my PF will transfer to my new account?. If you will see the attached document in which clearly old PF number and New PF number is there in which PF need to transfer. Please help.

    I have been trying to transfer my pf from Capgemini pvt ltd to ZS Associates PF account. My previous firm has even given the check to the current organization and the current organisation has submitted the same to the EPFO office. But the same amount has not been transferred in the current PF account and i have repeated this process at least thrice and now its been more than 6 months that the status is shows In Transit.

    No one picks the phone at the EPFO office. I am currently located in Delhi and i have changed my organization, but because of this delay i cannot further process my pf account transfer to the new organization.

    I am trying to do this transfer from last 1.5 years please help me with the same

      Hi Sir/Madam,
      Myself Jithin, I worked with Mesha Engineering Industry Pvt Ltd, from Aug 2013 to June 2015. Company deducted 663 rupees from salary in the name of PF. After relieving form that organization I didn't get my PF till now. When I enquired regarding this with the HR team they were telling the PF is not paid from the company. Please find my PF No. for your requirement.

      Now it almost 1.5years, there is no response from the company side. Kindly do the needful.

      Hi Sir/Madam,
      Myself LALBAHADUR VISHWAKARMA, I worked with Futuresoft Pvt. Ltd., from April 2012 to Nov. 2013. Company deducted 673 rupees from salary in the name of PF. After relieving form that organization I didn't get my PF till now i mail& call lots of time to HR she has a only one dialog always repeating with me it will take a time company Head office is in Delhi & i live in Mumbai its very dificult to follow up the same now i fade up . Please find my PF No. for your requirement.

        Dear Team,

        I raise complain with two Issue...

        1. I able to login with my UAN ID and password. But I can download UAN card but Passbook not showing after clicking "Download Passbook". I already trying to contact at [protected], but this line always busy. I also rise the issue in PF office through mail ID- [protected]@epfindia.gov.in on 27th nov, but still I don't get response form EPF Organisation. My UAN No.[protected], Name-Maksud Midday.

        2. My current PF No.- MH/BAN/125635/20075, PF amount deducted from my end= Rs. 1380/month, Date of Joining= 1st July 2016. Name= Maksud Midday. But PF amount not showing in portal to know my UAN No.

        Above Rs. 35, 000 available in PF fund, but due to so poor response from Employees' Provident Fund Organisation. I am not able to view my money.

        Please help me to access my money...

            The pensionable service of around 12 years for the period worked in tvs suzuki, hosur & tvs whirlpool, pondicherry. I have been struggling since 2015 contacting various offices. After repeated follow up, the details have been forwarded by salem office to pondicherry regarding services in hosur. Now it is pending only for the period pertaining to tvs whirlpool at pondicherry. There has been many communication in this regard from tambaram office including the letter sent by assistant commissioner and pondicherry office sent a communication stating they would personally visit the factory to sort it out. But till today it is not done. I once again registered the complaint vide registration number srpdy/e/2016/00116 with all the copies of relevant document and now i once again receive a reply stating that "the account number issue was referred to sub regional office salem for confirmation of the same. As and when reply in this regard is received from sro, salem the same will be communicated to you for further future action. Therefore, we are closing your grievance from this office"

            This clearly shows they are closing the issue without going to the details.

            I am fed up and do not know what to do.

              Hi Team,

              I have initiated PF transfer process somewhere around September 2015. It was verified by both the employer on October 2015.
              14 Oct 2015 Claim Form Submitted .
              16 Nov 2015 Claim Form Approved by Previous Employer .
              29 Oct 2015 Claim Form Approved by Present Employer .
              Current Status :Your request is In Transit between EPFO Out and In Office.
              The above status is as it is from last 1 year.

              My previous PF No: GNGGN[protected]
              Transferred to PF No: TNMAS[protected]

              I have tried contacting my previous employer but they never response. Kindly help me to get this transfer process completed.

                  I apply for online pf transfer from previous company to present company. Both the companies approved my claim request,
                  But amount not transferred when i check my claim status i found that my request is in transit epfo out & in office.
                  Its almost 2 month but status is the same.
                  I want to know how much time it will take to settle the claim & whom i have to contact to know the status.

                      SUB : CANCELLATION OF COMPLAINT ON PF CLAIM - REQUEST TO
                      STOP PAYMENT PROCESS IMMEDIATELY

                      1. EPF OFFICE, KOZHIKODE : EPF A/c No : KRKKD[protected]

                      2. EP[censored]AN No :[protected] Under Calicut/Kozhikode EPF Office No. KR/KKD/0002260/000

                      3.. Please CANCELl my complaint regarding non payment of EPF settlement calim for the services rendered in BPL Telecom, Palakkad under EPF OFFICE, KOZHIKODE immediately. Because the payment of Rs. 31522 was credited to my son P. Deepak Siddharth, Account who went abroad, by SBI, RS Puram, Coimbatore in Aug 2016. This has happened because I received NEFT details of credit on phone from EPF Office, Kozhikode day before yesterday and reconciled with the pass book which was updated recently on the same day. I found that the credit was already given. Immediately I took the following action.

                      i) I have sent email to EPF, KOZHIKODE Office and epf delhi office on 24/11/2016 as under to TREAT THE CLAIM AS SETTLED and no further action required please.

                      sro.[protected]@epfindia.gov.in
                      ii). On 25/11/16 respected PF Commissioner, Kozhikode vide letter No.KR/KKD/14506/4770/Cash/2016 wrote letter to AGM, SBI, Kozhikode to recredit the amount of Rs. 31522 because of non receipt of report of credit details from Bank. Immediately I replied to EPF Office, Kozhikode and [protected]@epfindia.gov.in to STOP PAYMENT IMMEDIATELY to avoid second credit.

                      4.. I am also writing to the Chief Manager, SBI, RS Puram Branch, Coimbatore NOT TO ACCEPT any credit for SB Bank Account No. [protected] of P. Deepak Siddharth from AGM, SBI, Kozhikode and EPF Office, Kozhikode to stop second payment with copy to EPF Office Kozhikode and AGM, SBI, Kozhikode and if initiated the same may be reversed please.

                      5. I sincerely regret above EPF claim without knowing the NEFT credit details of my son. My son is studying abroad in USA and the fact is not known to him. I have no itention of getting duplicate payment whatsoever. I sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to EPF Office Kozhikode and EPF Delhi office please. Thanking you.

                        The mail sent to EPFO Office, Kozhikod explaining all details is reproduced below for kind information and early settlement of PF claim

                        SUB : FOR THE ATTENTION OF SRO, EPF OFFICE, KOZHIKODE : EPF A/c No : KRKKD[protected] : UAN No:[protected]

                        PLEASE REFER MY EPF A/c No : KRKKD[protected]

                        1. Please refer to the above email dated 20th October 2016 regarding non payment of EPF settlement calim for the services rendered in BPL Telecom, Palakkad.

                        2. Please check with your employee attending the telephone No.[protected] and ask him the details of the several calls made by me regarding the settlement. It is understood that the settlement cheque had been sent to SBI, Kozhokode Branch for crediting to my SBI Account maintained at SBI, RS Puram Branch Coimbatore. And your employee said that your settlement cheque was not returned to your office by SBIi, Kozhikode. Neither it was credited to my account so far. I also sent written request to you by Regd Post enclosing my Bank Accounts details maintained in SBI, RS Puram, Coimbatore.

                        3. I also called SBI, Kozhikode regarding cheque sent by you. Please clarify whether the cheque has been sent to SBI, Kozhikode and if so why it was not credited so far. Please also send a photocopy of the cheque and covering letter sent to SBI to approach SBI, Kozhikode. If required I will come to Kozhikode next week to find out the missing cheque.

                        4. Further it is brought to your notice that another employee of your office informed me that the EPF Office, Eranipalam, Kozhikode Cheque No. 581002 dt 01st Aug 2016 for Rs. 31522/- was sent to SBI, RS Puram, Coimbatore to credit into my account. But when I conacted the Bank officials said that the cheque was not recieved by the SBI, RS Puram, Coimbatore Branch

                        4. Hence please reply where did you forward the cheque? Which branch of SBI? Please clarify and do needful and reply to me as early as possible to my email deepak.[protected]@gmail.com without delay. Thank you.

                            I had resigned from my company m/s. Ring plus aqua ltd (A subsidiary of raymonds ltd) on 15th october 2010 and the epfo has paid me pension from 24th january 2011 as per their letter attached.

                            Also please note my bank details are changed. Cheque leaf attached.

                            Please ask them to pay my pension for the period 15th october 2010 upto 24th january 2011 and also increase the pension rate which is presently given to me as rs. 1514 per month.

                                My pf tracking id 999105051609270072382 (submitted through the member log-in 5611472) claim date :[protected] for pf transfer is showing status as 'your request is in transit between epfo out and in office' from last 15 days.

                                I got a text message on 25th oct 2016 that "from 13 (transfer) claim id: dsnhp[protected] approved for payment through cheque. pmt under process".

                                Whom should i contact and why they are doing so if any issue they have to let us know.

                                      This is with regards to the PF, few days back i have received message stating that my PF Claim has settled and has been transferred to A/c No:[protected] with IFSC code (SBIN0009044), i dont hold any SBI account in Bangalore and i am not sure whose account is this and unable to get any proper contacts who can resolve this issue, update on this will be surely be helpful
                                      Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Dear concern, i had applied for PF withdrawal 1.5+ month back. i got message that it has been rejected due to "MEMBER NAME NOT PRINTED ON CANCELLED CHEQUE" for Claim ID : DSNHP[protected] and "ACCOUNT NUMBER DIFFERS" for Claim ID : DSNHP[protected].
                                        Issue is that i have not received the forms back till yet and its gonna about 1 month when i got rejection message. i also called to Delhi south Dwarka office to tell me about the posting registration no so that i can check at my local post office for the same. but they didn't tell. I also confirmed from the post office but no letter have been received from PF office in the name of mine. where i should go. i am stuck. and i need my money on urgent basis for my sister's marriage which is on coming month. I will raise RTI for the same if i would not get the quick response. Also i am sending this mail to HRD ministry as reference. Please do needful. Where are my forms??
