Dear Sir,

We have Stated a Axenus Global Solution Private Limited Company in 2017, For ITES Project Work in Rural Area to provide job opportunities for Rural Un-Employed Graduate. But due to various reasons, we can't start the company, and we wind up the office space in Dec-2017, Due to the ignorance in statutory filing, We fail to inform MCA, EPF, ESI, GST. Due to non-filling, expect ESI all others have dissolved those registrations, Even we don't run our Company in Single Day, For a Proof, I will attach the company bank Statement from the beginning, Even i don't raise any GST Bill also, This all has happened only of ignorance statutory filing only. Right now I am working as Senior Citizen Caretaker, Due to this lockdown restriction and COVID Protocol for Senior citizens. I cant move around, But at September end i have received one Notice form ESI to my old office address, even i heard that notice information very delayed by January 2022, Now I am trying to resolve the issue, Because not even I run the company for a single day, I have a major proof for that, 22-Feb-2022 I approached with Deputy & Asst Director in ESI Coimbatore Office, they are refuse to discuss Because the notice valid period is 60 days. They have issued a notice date by 22-Sep-2022, After October in Tamilnadu Government imposed some covid protocol rules, It's totally unfair to highlight the 60 days period in this Pandemic situation, Right now also I have all proof for non-operation since Dec- 2017. In various Cases Central Government and the supreme court also mentioned that the Grace Period of Notice is Subject to Extended, Now I request with ESI Officer to provide a Hearing to justify my side reason for non-filling of ESI even I have a valid proof for that, For your reference, I have enclosed the ESI Notice.

Lost my baby blood samples and asking to take blood test again and again, very irrespective nurse and staff

My ESIC Application Fees of rs. 500 Paid Successfully by PAYTM UPI today through billdesk-ibps-payment. The payment page of the website is full hanged & out of control after successfull payment on PAYTM UPI. And the Payment Status shows Unpaid.
Please urgently Refund my 500 rs. in the same bank from which payment done. I hope you understand the deep problem of me & refund me rs. 500 as soon as possible.

I am Vineeshkumar K V, working as a guest lecturer in SNM Polytechnic College Malinkara, Ernakulam(Dist), Kerala. I visited ESIC hospital Pathalam, Ernakulam for my parents as I am a Beneficiary of ESIC. The hospital works in total chaos. Totally inefficient from bottom to top. They are giving insurance but more money beneficiaries lose due to a number of leaves. This is because of the disarranged system and inefficient employees. We are paying to them but not getting the worth of it. Misbehaving to old, making unwanted paperwork, delaying things. People come from miles away but they without any emotion postpone things to the next day. What the things we are getting by insurance that literally spent for this paperwork, transportation, food and most importantly TIME.
Systematic functioning, efficient and wise employees can make things far better than what is now and obviously helpful for thousands of people like me.

I am working as a doctor in ""esic medical college and hospital .. gulbaraga ... karnataka 585106""...i am bringing you to notice that salery for the bond/ contract doctors are not credited properly each and every time lately and for the month of November and December is still pending and many times we brought this to our higher authorities and no steps has been taken still now

We are not asking extra allowance for working extra times and putting our lives in danger during covid times

We are just asking our right ...to get our salery ...

Lift is not available in Patancheru dispensary. How can senior citizens will go to see doctor first floor and they don't have wheelchair or wheelchair access.

Visited yesterday for thyroid problem (toxic goitre). Doctor referred me to Ramachandrapuram ESI and ordered some lab tests. Lab tests and medications which were ordered not available in both dispensaries. They are asking us go to Sanathnagar or go to private hospital. How can they don't have this simple thyroid test where hundreds of female gyn patients visiting daily. Sanathnagar too far from Patancheru approximately 30 km. We request you to make it available thyroid analyzer for Patancheru and Ramachandrapuram dispensaries

whenever we go there we never get full medicine .it takes us 3 to 4 days there, the medicine givers never give complete medicine on time.
those giving medicines just keep driving people from hear to there.
and also not give full information about medicines .. and the female medicine giver behavior is so rude . and the male one to slow to give medicines.
iam very tried to go there .

Today (on 1/12/2021) my mother went to nearest ESIC hospital.
My mother has been suffering from many medical problems, so shet needs to go for a checkup.
The Doctor of the ESIC hospital behaved so rude with my mother he didn't even ready to listen her so I went there and asked him to refer my mother to indus hospital located in derabasi but he refused to do that.
And he said do whatever you can.
He clearly refused to do his work.
My mother has many medical problems he didn't even recognise that nd asked us to go.
I request you to help us and take strict action upon this behavior
