Sir madam is ravindra kumar shaw and my wife's name is rinki shaw. I came to show my wife in the edge of esic, whose code is 5061. She referred me to stone for operation in kalyani. When my wife went to kalyani hospital to show, she said that the leg of the doctor who is going to do your operation will come after a month. Because his leg is broken. Now you tell me a message, my wife is suffering with pain, she will have to wait till 1month. Shouldn't they have transferred it to others right now, what should i do right now, tell me, i came to the panel doctor to tell you that i cannot do anything.

I have been shortlisted for esic udc phase iii examination which is likely to be held on 20/10/2019. But the ibps rrb office assistant mains examination is also scheduled on the same date. Due to this, only one of these exams can be attempted. So, i kindly request you to change the date of this phase iii examination so that both the examinations can be attempted.

I have been shortlisted for esic udc phase 3 examination (Reg no[protected] which is likely to be held on 20/10/2019. But on the same day ibps has released admit card for ibps rrb office assistant mains examination. Because of this we will be able to appear for either of these exams. But both are very important to us and we don't want to miss the opportunity.
Therefore i kindly request you to change the date of this examination or if not possible include me in the batch after 2:00 pm on the same day so that i can somehow adjust my timings to attend both the examination.

And examination centre of both exams are at different places. Because of this we will be able to appear for either of these exams. But both are very important to us and we don't want to miss the opportunity.
Therefore I kindly request you to change the date of this examination.

I am raghavendra sir 20 october 2019 is conducted both rrb mains and esic computer skill test conducted rrb admicard already released 20th morning 9am to 12pm conducting please sir esic computer skills test was conduct other day or that day on 20th afternoon conducted sir that day 9am 12pm rrb mains exam is conducted sir please sir.

Officials not provding any official medical slip saying that they have to maintain medicines record every month deduction of esi are there from salary and they are not providing slip as well and doctor is very unprofessional saying that you can complai t to anybody i want medical slip with esi stamp that i went to esi hospital for treatment but officials are not providing any medical slip and doctor saying complaint to whosoever you want

Sir I am From Rajgangpur and my father is suffering from kidney dieasea and I had purchase medicine from outside and sumited the bill in the month of March till now then have not processed my bill because I have not given them any money for that.
Whenever I ask then says it has been send wait till now I had no received a single payment plz short out my problem as soon as possible

Sir i have qualified for esic udc skill test from madhay pradesh region. my roll no is [protected]
name-rakesh meena. skill test date wilm be scheduled on 20 october 2019. on 20 October my rrb assistant mains exam crashed with skill test date. so please change my skill test date. it's our future matter.please postpone skill tets date sir

I, on behalf of the students who got selected for both esic udc skill test and ibps rrb clerk main examination would like to say that esic udc would conduct the skill test on 20th october 2019. On the same date, ibps is also going to conduct the main examination for rrb clerk. Therefore, we, the students who got selected for both the examinations would be unable to appear both the exams. Every examination is very precious to us. We are doing very hard work to get a job. We don't want to miss any opportunity.

Therefore, kindly postpone this exam to some other date so that we shall be highly obliged to you.

I would like to bring to your notice that the date of esic udc phase-3 exam i. E., 20th october, 2019 is clashing with rrb clerk mains and nabard development assistant phase-1 exams which are on the same date and because of this reason we all aspirants are in a difficult situation since we will be able to appear in only one of these but we don't want to miss any of these exams since probability of selection in all these exams are different and we do not know of which will turn out to be in our favour.

So i kindly request you to please change the date of esic udc phase-3 exam if possible with one when no exam would clash.

I am qualifing esic udc phase 2 exam and phase 3 exam will be held on 20th oct 2019 in that date rrb clerk mains and nabard development assistant exams are there many students face problems to attend the phase 3 examination sir so please postpone the exam. And conduct the exam with maharastra state it will helpfull to the selected candiates.

Doctors ne muje bataya ki manisha ko dayalisis karvana padega to aap hamare yaha se aap file banvakar aap private me dikha sakte hai. To aap pahele manisha ko av fichhula karvaye fir aap dayalisis karvalena.
Mene 6/08/2019 ko av fichhula ke liye file banvana chalu kiya pahele muje laldarwaja se sita hospital doctor ankurbhai ko dikhaneko bola
Fir sita hospital se muje vapas laldarwaja bheja gaya dr ankurbhai ka paper dikhane ko fir muje file banvane ke liye sare documents mage mene apni office jaha me kam karta hu vahase sare documents lakar file banvai fir muje
Laldarwaja se sita hospital rmo ki office me bheja jaha meri file check karke muje ye bola gaya ki surat under abhi esic sat ye 6 hospital tipe hai vaha ja kar aap pahele puchhoki yaha pe av fichhula ho sakti hai
To me ek nadanki tarh pure surat me ye 6 hospital jakar puchha to muje bataya ki yaha par ye av fichhula nahi hopayega.

Sir mere saval aapse yahi hai ki aap log hame bimari ka ilaj karteho ya hame uhi aapke nakam sistam se mar daloge.
Jab aapka employee file banvata hai to kyu pata nahi hota ki private hospital ye sab na bolatahai. Ya fir aap log hame kachara samjkar sir[censored]se karte ho

Dear sir,

I satish kashinath bhise, have claimed medical expenses from esic on 22/11/2017. I have submitted all the required documents on the above said date to esis dispensary, hadapsar, pune (Claim no [protected]).
Mr borkar from that office have given the receipt for the same and told me that the claim will get settled in the current area in the month of march 2018 as the bill amount is rs 18, 666/-

I joined ecart company as bde on 15/7/2019, through water melon,

I met wit major accident on 23/7/2019,

I asked for esic they updated esic no on 23/7/19 at 2.30pm after accident,

After operation doctor asked to take rest for 3 months,

I asked water melon company to give salary or reimbursement of my medical charges,

I applied for esic they finally told v are not giving do wat u want,

My name is muneel yadav, recently my father diagnosed with some heart disease and got him admitted in esic hospital which is the insurance given to my brother by his company to make use of it. So, we admitted him and i'm very upset with the service that the hospital provides, the way doctors treat patients, more over outdated doctors who do not give proper treatment to patient, i would say uncertain doctors for treating cases like critical illness... The big issue is when we discharged, we need medicines; trust me, it's been 1 month since my father got discharged from esic hospital and till date we haven't get medicines from esic dispensary.. Every time we visit they give excuses saying medicines are not coming from main office. Now, when we ask'where the main office is?' they go silence... Now i don't know to complaint this, i have become uncertain now.

Dear sir,

The online services are very poor. After issue of op slips there is inordinate delay in giving scan reports such as ct scan etc. Even documentation procedure is very lenghty, even after submission of relevant documents the authorities taking long time for clearance to referring other hospitals

After giving medicine prescription, the concerned medical division is not issuing medicine saying out of stock medicines

Request you to kindly solve the above said issues
