Hi, I'm an insured person and my gender has been wrongly entered in esic portal by my previous company. In my present company they are unable to change it and when I visited the nearest dispensary with all the required documents they are not providing proper response and finally they said that they cant change it from their end. I am very much disappointed with the response in esic dispensary and I need help in changing the gender through online if possible. please help me with this as soon as possible.

Sir, i have submitted all the documents of medical leave. But after seven month i have not received any payment of medical leave of 3 month. I have complaint to nearby esic office but they did not take any action regarding of it. Please send me payment of 3 month of medical leave urgently.

Today 31/08/2020 is the 2nd time when there is no electricity in ESI Hospital Jalandhar From 12:30 pm to 7:30 pm (7 hours). The same problem was accoured on 23/08/2020 when the electricity was gone from 11:00 pm to 11:00 am (12 hours). The patients in hospital were already suffering from health problems and in this summer season, without electricity, they are getting even more upset. You are requested to please look into the matter and do the needful. You are also requested to please provide generator facility to the hospital so that the patients were not face the same problem in future.

My name is sunil khandelwal registered with esi vashi navi mumbai vide reg no [protected]. My father visited esi vashi on 5th aug for stomach pain wherein surgeon advise for sonography after doing sonography my father again reached to esi hospital where he has been asked as the doctors are in meeting. On instance i came to know that doctor is on leave. After waiting 4 hours i have been refered to tieup hospital for opd consulation. After approaching that hospital namely suyush hospital seawood navi mumbai. No surgeon is available. A rmo/ compunder checked me. I am not able to understand why i have been sent there when no doctor is available. It is just to favour hospital to make money

The one of the lady doctor is treating all patient, in very rude manner.

Even without giving basic respect to all elders and old senior citizens, and patient were treated very bad and uncultured way.

Today (Date 27/july/2020 @ 11pm), my parent visited to in vijayanagar, ka (Esis disp.), my mom was treated in very bad manner, even not giving the basic respect to lady, she was treated bad way.

Please take necessary action on the lady doctor very rude, uncultured behavior

Hello sir, we had applied for esic pension. My father name is n vishakanta. His esic ip number is [protected]. He had worked in crpf for 23 years and took vrs. He was working as security gaurd in anil kumar singh bishnoi agency at mysore. Agency is located at bangalore. My father had expired in an accident on 30th october 2019. After that we had been to bangalore office 2 times. We have been sending the required documents many times but the esic people are creating lot of problem. They are asking for the documents again and again. We are really tired of all the procedures. They say that it is not approved yet. I have a younger sister and a younger brother. We all are studying. My mother with all difficulty arranging the things required. We don't have any family support. Please consider my request to approve for esic pension amount. We are in need of the pension amount. Please help us regarding this issue.

I am working as assistant professor with seacom engineering college (Address - jaladhulagori toll plaza, jl-2, calcuta, andul mouri road, sankrail, howrah, west bengal 711302) over 2 years now.

I along with other collegues didn't have any esic facilities till date, having eligible for esic. My salary is less than rs. 21, 000/- per month.

Today[protected] I go to ESI hospital phase 7 industrial area Mohali, punjab. General doctor sitting in back side building not behaving well. She just seeing my reports and said you are refer to Surgical ang Gynecologist department.
( I already had check up with one private gynecologist, they said you don't have any issue related to gyne. I have an issue of high T3 and T4 problem.) I have ESI number but don't have ESI card from my employer. So I approach to my HR department to provide ESI card. Surgical department doctor Adarpreet or Adardeep, I don't know the exact name behaving very bad, I said her mam your department refer me to you for checkup. But she is very rude and said don't stand here, you are suppose to go to gyne and all that. After gynecologist doctor is busy on phone and in hurry. Doesn't see my reports and start writing test without asking me what is my problem . I never visit such worst hospital in my life. They are rude, even the helpers are yelling on patients, not doing there work properly. Even there is no rush of patients but all doctors are busy in their phone and enjoying refreshments in their offices. But in chatting with each other.

Hi I'm govind from panchkula Haryana. I'd gone many times in the ESI dispensary, near ekta vihar, sector-19 panchkula for submitting medical bills. Firstly, they have no etiquettes that how to deal with person. They gives the date whenever i go to the dispensary for submitting the bills. They are irresponsible for their duty. Please kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible. Waiting for your response.

I went dispensary on 22 apr'20 for taking medicine and they booked medicine and told come for taking medicine on 28 apr'20. When i went dispensary on 28 apr'20, they said again come after 4th may. When i went dispensary on 5th may they said to that medicine not getting in market and you have to take medicine yourself and you refund your money after submitting bill. I have done whatever they said. But, when i have submitted bill then they told me that you have to bring a company letterhead about your working period.
They have full rights of esic portal to check employee is working or not then why are they giving excuse in crises period.

I have a severe injury and had a surgery in main branch in esic (Sr nagar) and doctor wrote medicines and asked to take it from local esic branch.
When i visited there, it should be opened by 8 o'clock but none of the employees were present before 9:20 and after waiting for long time they said they don't have any of the medicines.
From where a poor person should get the medicines?

The response of the employees are very reckless and irresponsible.

If a person is completely dependent on these type of esic branches then their condition will be worst instead of getting cured.

As I visited to erragada on 5-5-2020 for my father chest pain in 3 o clock when I visited there was a doctor but they were not providing sanitizer for ip person and the doctor clerk pune all where having but for them only not for us just I want to know bcoz when I visit any super market they provide sainitizer etc...

Respected sir, this is me, rohan s aksharad, a common man and student studying diploma.
The summary of the complaint i'm writing to you is to get a proper medical facilities to the patient's who visit esic.
Asper the government norms, all the people who are middle classes working under-rated jobs are facilitied with government medical facility or as medical insurance from state government, but here doctor's are not working to there ethics. If they are checking only for covid-19, where will middle class people check for the normal disease, it may hear like normal disease but the suffering from them will be knowing to the patient's itself. And they are created a new rule of not checking opd patients and sending them back, by telling 'treating only for covid-19'.
The main part is staffs here are only not following the social-distancing.

Hello team,
My name is sarabjeet singh. I am working in a private sector. From my company, i applied for the esi card and my company did all the formalities and i also got the esi number with the e-pehchan card document, however when i reached esic official to attest the e-pehchan card, they denied to attest the same document. It is clearly mention on the documents that esic officials can also do the attest.
I visited to my hometown esic office which is at yamunanagar, haryana. Behavior of officials was also rude. Instead of approving the documents, they even do not tried to assist me and said meet your organisation for the same. I want to raise the complaint against all of them. Kindly do the needful in favor of me.

First all the toilet are in poor condition.
In emergency ward no. 4 in night after 12 no ward boy is available or on person on reception.. B. P machine not working properly. Physio therapist never come to of any patient need.

All the things in hospital in poor condition pls help as soon as possible.
