Getting very poor service from esic dispensary, bilaspur chhattisgarh .
need to get treatment from balco raipur but they deny becz they have some isse with esic rates & previous payment which is pending from esic .g
patient is waiting from morning 9am to 3pm . head office esic contact no is switched off now ([protected]) they dont want to answer .

Patient needs to wait in lines for several hours just for registration, they don't have facilities for sitting, they way of talking is worst there computers don't work, there machine don't work like X-ray machine and ultrasound machine .this is the worst Hospital I ever visited

I am writing you this mail to inform you that services provides by esi hospital Basai, Darapur-110015 are unsatisfactory, irresponsible and wrost. My insurance number is [protected]. My mother is admitted in old building on the 4th floor of the female surgery ward. She is suffering from gallbladder stone of 11mm and diagnosis for surgery but the doctor has reschedule her surgery two times, First i admitted her in the hospital at surgery ward on 15/09/2021 after all the body check ups then doctor gives her the surgery date on 17/09/2021 but at sudden he cancelled her surgery and makes excuses that the bad of OT was not working and clean properly after this doctor has discharged my mother on 18/09/2021 and said to admit her on wednesday 22/09/2021. I admitted my mother again in hospital on 22/09/2021 and yesterday on 23/09/2021 after the PAC check up one of the doctor's has been called my mother in OT and scared her about the surgery's consequences and then my mother started to cry over the phone and after all this i encourage my mother for a surgery to get rid off
on the above problem and today on 24/09/2021 again doctor has been cancelled her surgery due to OT bed is not moving properly. My mother is suffering from diabetes and bp but all the reports are normal now but the doctor has cancelled her surgery again and again the way of treating their patient by internal staff, doctors and nurses i personally think is disgraceful and disrespectful.

I urge you to request that if they are not able to handle how to treat patients and there are no such facilities available relating to OT beds and cleanliness then they need to refer their patient to some other hospitals.

My name is Madhvi Jaiswal, Insured person at ESIC, my insurance no. Is [protected]. My mother who was a dependent person on me got expire due to Covid 19 on May 2021. I have taken loan from my neighbours and family members for her treatment expenses. Now after her death i have submitted all the bills of expenses for reimbursement to ESIC on 20.06.2021. Till the current date they have not forwarded the bill to higher concerned authority. I always visit the concerned branch to know how much time it will take more to reimburse the money so that i can pay off my loans but the concerned person there always use to say that due to covid 19 it is taking time to proceed further and it will take around 6-7 month to get bills money refunded. I request you to please see in to this matter as soon as possible.

Dear sir or madam my name ankit and i am from chandigarh. my mother has been a problem in uterus but the doctor of esic hospital ramdarbar colony chandigarh can't do nothing and my mother facing a problem from 6 month. after that we going to private hospital for a treatment and doctor told that there is a major issue in a uterus and need operation, so my problem is that its is major issue so plz take serious action on esic hospital ramdarbar chandigarh, due to their negligence problem increasing day by day .

I had visited today on 17/07/2021 esi okhla phase 1. I am 8 months pregnant women I know I should consult the doctor earlier here. But that doesn’t means the lady doctor can be this much rude to me or anyone that she throw my file out of her cabin. I was broken down for her behavior. she is arrogant. Just because of such ganwar doctor most people prefer pvt hospital. Really frustrated.

Myself Harish N iam talking about my mother faced problem in esi hospital rajajinagar. My mother is a cancer patient she is taking a treatment from 2013. 8 years in HCG hospital bangalore. Doctors told to take treatment for yearly for petct scan and x-ray mammography B/l for both right and left breast yearly my mother is going for check up.after showing all hospital documents also.the Doctor behavior is rude. And they are telling why u need to do all this treatment.behave badly I informing that in rajajinagar esi hospital is pathetic all gynic doctors are not responding for a cancer patient and there is no proper atmosphere in the sense should stand so Long have to wait long period hours so what Is safe .. they r not providing chair to sit also they are checking in outside entrance not the inside the hospital also this how in government is treating to patients. And can't speak personally to doctors whatever fell it's like in the crowd some personal problem also can't discuss with the doctors in crowd should be separate cabin so be better for
Please governments as to take this action in esi hospital and need proper action and solution

The sanathnagar dispenasary 1 is closed and the people in need suffering with lack of information and lack of availablity of people in dispensary and they are not showing any alternative for providing peolpe there service.i came to sanction my maternity leave with my new born 25 days baby from so long distance the dispensary is closed and there is no information regarding this and there is no alternative source for solving my issue.
