As the many people come here to suppose to releive from their desease... And first the need to come in long line for taking the appointment... But the electrical equipmemt do not work properly... For example - fans are not in their proper condition... Due to this... Patients are already fighting with their disease... And because of bad facilities they are providing... This also leads to fighting with some other problem... I request you cordially to solve this problem as soon as it possible

Gujarat ahmedabad me naroda D-49 Esic Ka Local Office hai usme mrs Ruchi KHapiya Doctore gayonology doctor apne time pe nahi ate ate hai one ke liye hi sab kamdar pareshan hai sarkar ka or kamdar ka dono ka paisha west ho raha apse vinti hai ki ap ishki janch kare

mrs Ruchi Khapiya hai jo D-49 Naroda Ahmedabad mai Gayonology doctore hai waha ke head jo hai poonam arora woh yah bata rahai hai ki woh doctore part time job per hai unka time savre 9:00 se 11:00 or bopre ko 2"00 se 4:00 hai per isha kabhi bhi nahi huva gayonology doctor kabhi bhi 9:00 baje nahi ate hai or ha ate hai to (one hours ) se jayadya nahi rukte sabhi kamdar pareshan hai bahut complain ki per koi result nahi pura bhrstachar hai wha asha nahi ke sab logo jo waha hai woh kam nahi karte lekin kuch log to wha time nikalne ke liye hi ate hai
ye sab mere sath bhi huva hai to apse vinti hai ki ap ishki janch karvai
or kuch bhi jankari chahiye to me ap muje kabhi bhi call shakte hai

Regarding Complainof ESI Office( Medisine Department)

last week we are start a treatment from ESi Office at Kota ( Vigya Nager) In rajasthan,

Waha pe koi Bhi yaha nahi batata ki ye medicine kaise leni hai, female ke liye koi alag se line nahi lagta ta un ko male candidate ke sath hi line me lagna padta hai . Jis se kafi pareshani hoti hai... can you guide me wht to do now...

ESIC NO.[protected] Shalini. R, had undergone appendix operation and was on ESI leave from 5.2.2018 to 25.2.2018.Papers related to the local office of Queens Road, Bangalore was also submitted on 25.02.2018. Even after continuous follow ups I have still not received my ESI leave amount in my account. Kindly arrange to release my amount immediately.
