Chinmay hospital - esic reg. No. New palg-nh-07/2016

I visited chinmay hospital in boisar, maharashtra on 25.12.2017, for my injury. With all esic documents, they just provide me free consultancy, they not provide me medicine, they told they are not providing medicine facility there bcz of they not get return, so i have to purchase all medicine from outside.
So kindly see this is an important issue about not providing medicine.
Kindly resolve our problem or suggest proper way to get out from this.

I'm rajat kumar. My ip no. [protected], i'm patient of hernia. I visited esi hospital of rohini sector15 delhi-110034. I'd gone through all medical check up for my surgery, i've gone through 2 times but still my surgery is not done becuz they don't have mesh for inguinal hernia. We are giving them money through our esi card, still they r saying we can't operate you becuz they don't have proper equipments. So please let me know what should i do now

Myself and my wife working in rede technologies pvt limited in chennai., but there is no of & esi deducting past one and half year, and if we ask anything about it they are asking to resigned job. From may 2015 deducted pf amount after visited pf officers and make payment with penalty.
Please check and verify at least current employees will utilities.

I have handover the my medical bills on white dispensary on 19.11.2016. But still it is not resolved. I asked with dispensary doctors it is coming on last one year. But revived. I would like to give complaint with top level. But i don't know whom i contact about this issue. Really this is very bad dispensary activists and hospital. Could you please any one help me.

They are not respecting patients and they don't have humanity.
In the hospital no printer so the patient should go 2 private xerox shop this is in indiranagar esic hospital.
And they won't be in doctors cabin they are roaming in road and not attending patients even situation in emergency u need to take action on this doctors and in medical superintendent they are waste hospital

Dear sir
We face lot problem at esic dipensery near shivaji chowk nashik like shortage of medicine syrups. Every day they told us medicine not available they give only tablets no any syrups.
Its mean that we are paid for esic is not benificial to us
Esic only earn money no provides service at time required.

After uterus removal surgery when i approch my esi dispensary for leave they are sanctioning leave for 1 week only. So for leave i have to consult doctor in 1 week interval. The doctor said that, as per esi rules, they could sanction leave for one week only. Since it is a major surgery i am facing some difficulty in travelling. My doctor advised me to take rest for 3 months. Is it possible to get at least 1 month leave in one visit.

My husband- Sh. Randhir singh is suffering from Kidney failure & admit in Sector-24 noida ESIC Hospital. but due to non availability of Kidney Specialist, he is not being taken care of properly. His Condition is very serious as there is water in her kidney which need to be removed from his body. As no specialise Dr. is available for Kidney, other Dr.'s are not being able to take care of him.

My request is either to shift him in another Hospital by giving letter in that regard, which is near by area & have this kind of facility or Please provide him Proper Kidney related treatment.

I am unable to reach anyone on Toll free number & other Delhi no's as in delhi number's, my phone is not being picked.

His life is in danger. So please help as soon as possible.

My name is munindra nath thakur going to the reception of esic dispensary in d-1vapi, chaar rasta, gujrat there staff member behavior is not soo good and they were a tone and abusive language mainly by doctor. His tone is harsh and he don't know how to behave if someone ask question to him. I also ask him to behave politely and keep his tone appropriate. I ask him his employee id and name and he denied to provide it and said do whatever you want. I have a question to the management. If such kind o[censored]nethical people are handling medical of such a big dispensary...

I have been there in ESIC Focal Point to meet with the doctor for back pain and cough cold infection after met with the doctor she give me a slip in that slip there were two type of medicines one will be of cough and other is of cold and a syrup given by her. The slip is of my insurance no., insured person detail of today's date and mention the medicine.she said the syrup is for stomach and doctor said it is a for strength (recovery from weakness). I went to doctor and ask her for medicine why you gave me this syrup:she said for strength (takat). I said why, I have asked you for back pain :you must give me a pain relief tube/gel .she said I have to tell her before to mention in the slip. Whats that :such a stupid doc. It happened so many times with many people, even with our co-workers too. I have video also. Please give us a doctor not a chemist of no value. Even a tetnus injection is not available there every time. How can a man /women can go there???? We are giving our money for goods but no one cares. Wastage of money. Company should not take money from us for this ESIC.

We would like to draw your kind attention that jamia urdu aligarh employees are covered under esi and jamia urdu is making payment about rs. 80000/- per month but no hospital facility in aligarh and distance is 8 k. M. From jamia urdu aligarh. Esi hospital is near jungle and nobody is present there, only garbage lying there. Please look into this matter and give facility of hospital facility in aligarh and should be distance within three k. M., also we would like to draw your aligarh office in malvia pustkalaya, not giving satisfactory answer. Its looks making fool to employees. So called hospital located in sasni gate which is very sensitive area in view of religion so muslim employees does not go with family.

I visited to sector 24 esic hospital for surgery but all the staff behaves rudely and no manner.
There is also no systematic procedure for cure.
Many of department giving excuses for treatment.
Why should we pay for esic. For such things will have to pay.
Is there any one who can look into this and give us a proper treatment.

And washroom of hospitals are like garbage container.

People are waiting in a long que outside a medical officer room and she went out without informing anybody anything. Are we fool to stand here like this. U people are treating us like a #. And so called doctors they don’t know how to trear their patiences. This attitude is only becoz its govt. Plz raise ur standards especially kalkaji dispensary.

This complaint is on behalf of an old lady who is misleaded by the esic tigri' doctors, incharge and pharmacists.
The women have been told by the doctor that she will be given ortho belt from refered hospital.. When she came at her base esic tigri. She did all the paperwork and now the doctor didn't update the slip and sent her to the pharmacist and when after standing in a huge queue. She were told in abusive language by pharmacist that she need to do all the process again.
And that was the doctor mistake who didnt updated slip. When she asked the incharge of esic. He also didn't help plus he misleaded poor women. Below the blank slip is attached which should be filled by doctor but he didn't and old lady have to face for his mistakes.
This is the bad behaviour we are getting from esic hospital.

But there is not any response from the machine distributor in marimata dispensary. They are just telling me to go here n there from last one month.
I'm expecting a positive response from ur side.
Please do the need full into this and please take care of the system to make it more effective.

My name is suraj sen and i am working and resing at satna, madhya pradesh pin-485001.
My esi no is [protected] dated:- 19/10/2016.
My wife is suffering from severe teeth pain and i visited to esi hospital satna, madhya pradesh.
Doctor checked up her teeth and advised for x-ray.
I visited to x-ray dept of esi hospital.
X-ray dept make a note on slip that"due to non-availability of detnal film this x-ray can not be done" and returned me back.
No one of esi hospital, satna, m. P. Taken response on my complain and lastly i visited
To private hospital and and provided treatment to my wife.
My complaints is that when such a small and basic facility is not available at esi hospital and i have to spent money in private hospital, the why should we pay esi premium monthly.in such case we are paying double amount, one as esi premium and other as treatment charge in private hospital.
Most important no one of esi hospital is bothered about it.
My request is in case esi hospital do not have facility for a particular type of basic treatment and patient has to take treatment from private hospital in such case esi should re-reimburse treatment charges incurred at private hospital.

1:- last 2.5 months thairoids machine not working.
2:- last many days water supply stoped at eveing in patient ward no.1, laboratory, etc
3:- water tap 90% water tap leakage last 2 months every wards & all hospital

4:- when we talk about this pmo he say pataients are not careing etc.

Request you to arrange one plubmer and stoped all leakeage water tab,

Lab person already write complatin 2- 3 months ago but no one lission.

I have admited in 23 oct 2017 for kidney stone opration. I went two times in opration theater without had brakefast. Waiting 5hr after 5hr docter told me water is not available in opration theater if possible ill do opration on 30 oct 2017.

This is the way to treat a paciant.
# of this management this is not free treatment this is advanced paid treatment. 3rd class management. Our amt deposited in govt some core rupees. And v faceing this kind of silli problems. Shame on management and our govt
