My complaint is against to mp esi gwalior hospital loco esi hospital to there hospital superintendent mrs geeta thakur.
There no facility of esi ivf treatment in gwalior
So pls help me how can solve this problem

Dr. Padmavati bandi is very unprofessional in handling the clients. She came to verify the clients operation which was done in a private hospital. She asked us to come at 8.30 am and came at 10.30 am. She started speaking nonsense and doing personal attacks.
1. Asking a woman why you are working?
2. Asking a women why did her husband marry if he can't take care?
3. Telling a patient that the major operation was a minor and telling her to die.
4. Not being empathetic to a cancer patient

Today sample collection closed at 10 am, very poor quality of service, many people like me are suffering the same issues, dr.'s are good but other staff are very irresponsible, they think people are visiting there just for fun, they behave rudely to people, all people visiting there have their right to know why they doing this type of duty, if we can't check our health status why do we contribute monthly part of our salary towards this... Very sad

I visit yesterday for dental problem, dr prescribed me to do my blood test, i went to lab but they didn't take my blood sample bcz time is over it was 3pm. Today i visit again at 11am but today also they can't take blood sample bcz 100 no. S of sample already collected. As a private company's employee we can't visit here two or three day regularly. One part of our monthly salary is deducted for our treatment but if we visit for then here it is very critical job, waste of time, lost of two, three days wages

I am live in Durgapur, My name is MRITUNJOY DEY, my wife gave birth to a girl child on August 30th at E. S. I. Because of this, I apply to make birth certificates in our municipality, but your E.S. I stuff sent a wrong name of my wife's to the municipality, that is why I went to the ESI hospital, but there was not present in your social worker, she left her duty and went home, almost your staff left the post always and due to her general people. Who else calls a staff call to him, he says that " you came again 4pm or tomorrow 11am", if you go to cheakup doctor at outdoor then you are The line will be done at 7am, and your work will be 4 pm to be completed, where you will give the first line to take a token, the person goes for 10 minutes intermittently, this results in line increases, the maximum is the worst use of the stuff, to you My request is that you should try that no duty staff can leave the duty at duty time, a little wrong in your stuff, due to a little absence Man is holding a lot of trouble.

Dispensry sector 12 noida this working under govt. Emploey but he was illegal private practice in b 244 rajbeer colony, kondli delhi 110096 avighna medicare, he is practice time in evening and he another clinic in private practice for mayur vihar phase 3 delhi 110096, please an action on private practice they are very illegal working he was per patient 150 to 250 ruppes per patient,

While making payment amount was deducted from my account, but transaction was failed, when i checked the payment status it shows payment failure, so i made the payment again. And i have been debited twice for single form submittion, so please kindly refund the money.

I came here yeaterday night in causlty ward regarding my blood vometing problem they put pipe in my nose after 2 hrs i cant handle the pain in my nose because of that pipe my mom ask dr. To remove that pipe but dr. Is not avilable that time there is one more lady dr. My mom told her to remove the pipe she said that dr. Is not avilable for three four hrs he is bussy in opration so mom said you remove the pipe she said ok if i remove that then sont come in this hospital after that this not right???
I came here because we paying in wvery month...
Second thing is that when i admited in causalty ward sister tell us to put the curtenss. Throw the crops and cottons
My mom have joint pain she cant go on staircase
But they send my mom 7 times for giving blood for test and getting report from lab
This are duty or sister...
That kind of behaiour for emergency patients
That lady dr. Said we are doing favour on you
Why she said that
You are doing favor on us because you are dr. And we are employee paying for every month for that kind of rude service

Respeted sir/madam,

I'm bhavya, we are taking tablets in indiranagar dispensary. If we are taking tablet in august 2018, the expiry on tablet will be just one month that is september 2018. They really treat us like beggers, they are not at all kind. They don't even allow us to check the tablets and its expiry. If we ask about expiry or the tablet they will grab our all tablets back and tell us to get patient again and recheck from doctor again which is really cruel. Esi is a benefit from our company but they are not treating in right way. At least they can give us right tablets with correct expiry date which we actually expect.

Sir my name is ravi sharma.
My dispensry mori gate and the complaint is only one doctor saw the patient, other doctor playing & chatting with phone and rush is high at every movement and the manager says if i have any problem to change the dispensry.
What is the language of manager?
Please a hard action against manager and increase or change the staff members.

Sir hum esic hospital jhilmil ke peramedical staff working hain as a contract basis sir yahan sbhi paramedical staff ki salery jitni ati hai uski adhi se bhi kam milti hai or duty bhi jbki him parmanent staff se jyada hi krte hain or kaam mein bhi or contractor kbi b change ho jata h lekin salery kbi bhi time pr nhi milti phle hi adhi se bhi kam salery milti hai or bhi hmesha time se late so plllzzz sir hmari trf bhi thoda sa dhyan dein or agr ho sake to in contractor ki jgh ap khud apni trf se hme hire krein ya hme salery dein sir bcz contractors k through jitni bhi salery ati hai usmein adhey se jyada to senior level k officers hi khaa jatey hain sir plllzzz hmari help karein

The hospital building has been coocupied by esis vashi but no facility available. More than 50 crore has been spent hundreds of staff are there sitting in fully a. C. Building without facility

Please provide us coperative staff... Staff is very uncoperative.. They talk to pateint very aggressively... And they abuse pateint also... And they give date of test so far that can be harmful for pateints... Unconvient atmosphere... Why we pay for esic fund from our salary?... For this.. My cousin sister is suffering from tb.. The hospital doesnt take care it well till last year... Non negotiatable staff... They talk woth her like hell... She is just 16 year girl... They dont give it cure certifiacte coz of school doesnt give admission but doctors dont give answer about her they shout on her as well as... Test are not being on time... Ultrasound date is given after a month... Doctor ask for test report and technician are shout and say that we are not doing it again and again... Doctor are not listen to pateints and the staff are shout on pateints... Who understands the pain of pateints?

Mr. Sonu kumar was died on dated 02-apr-2016. We have send all required document as per received letter from your side on dated 18 - dec - 2017. But we have not received any reply from concerned departments. So its my humble request to look at this matter urgently. We are still struggling with the claim reimbursement. Now we are in deep money crunch and in very pathetic situation.

सर मेरी मदद कीजिये।
मेरी माँ की दोनों किडनी खराब है और वो पिछले 7.5 साल से डायलिसिस पर है। मेरी माँ का डायलिसिस पिछली 8 जुलाई से 3 no. esic फरीदाबाद मे होता है। आज रात जब हम डायलिसिस के लिए गए तो उन्होंने मेरी माँ को किसी और मरीज का गलत dylaser लगा दिया ( जिसके फ़ोटो भी मेरे पास है।) जब हमने इस बात को उनके संघान मे डाला तो उन्होंने उसके बाद भी 1 घंटे तक उसी गलत dylaser से उनका डायलसिस किया जिससे उनकी तबियत बिगड़ गयी जब हमने उनसे दोबारा कहा कि मैडम आपने किसी और मरीज का dylaser मेरी माँ को लगा दिया हैं उसके बाद भी उसने हमारी एक बात नही सुनी । जिससे मेरी माँ का fustla(जहां से डायलिसिस होता हैं) मे इन्फेक्शन हो गया उसमे सूजन आ गयी और वो पूरा नीला पड़ गया। और जिसके कारण मेरी माँ का बहुत खून भी बह गया उसके बाद भी उन्होंने कुछ नही किया और कहने लगे यहाँ तो ऐसे ही चलेगा तुम्हें जिससे भी हमारी शिकायत करनी है करदो हमारा कोई कुछ नही कर सकता। मैंने उस dylaser का फोटो ले लिया जो उन्होंने मेरी माँ को लगाया था इस पर वो और चिढ़ गए अब हम तुम्हारा डायलसिस नहीँ करेंगे। जिससे कहना है उससे कहदो। अब कल फिर उनका डायलसिस है।
उस मैडम का नाम अंजलि शर्मा है जो esic 3 नंबर मेडिकल कॉलेज एवं हास्पिटल की डायलिसिस मैनेजर है। इसके अतिरिक्त रात के समय डायलिसिस यूनिट मे कोई भी ड्यूटी डॉक्टर नही होता।
हमने इस बाबत एक एप्लीकेशन CM Windows हरियाणा सरकार को भी दे दी हैं।
अतः आपसे मेरा अनुरोध है किरपा करके मेरा साथ दे अन्यथा अगर उनका डायलसिस नही हुआ तो मेरी माँ मर जाएगी।

Its an horrible service they are giving towards the patients, there is no proper response from there end, even doctors won't care for their patients they are coming to here not to work just to chitchat and doing their personal things with their nurses..they are coming just for 6 hours that too they won't do any perfect job...they keep their patients outside and they will be doing fun by drinking chai biscuits and all...worst behaviour..are they working for free of cost or what they don't even do the minimum responsibilities ... coming to the medical department they won't say the way o[censored]sage very clearly and they think that people are their servants..how worst they work, shame on their work ..how they can take salary without doing any work properly..
