My name is "vidyashree sachin naik" with esic number:[protected],
Working in "ms. Hectranet" organisation, margao, goa.

Due to ectopic pregnancy i got admitted in belagavi hospital names "venugram"
As emergency case. I went through the surgery and admitted there in hospital for 3 days.
I contacted esic hospital to tell this incident and aslo asked the refund procedure, they told me to submit all original hospital and medicine bills with prescription, discharge summary, esic card zerox, bank account details etc.
I have submitted the all the requested documents to esic hospitaland they have accepted after verification, and they have told to wait for 3 months to refund my amount to my account, its been 5 months now,
No refund is received. Please look into the issue.

Hi I am a patient due gallbladder Stone I have faced lots of problem in Feb 2019 I was admit in emergency. But doctors said that your lever was fat you have jundice and the and of Feb 2019 I was discharged. Now I coming regularly in opd and 3 time in emergency now my all test was completed with pac also. And doctors given operation date in sep 2019 and also said there was any issue then come in emergency thats it. Is that educated doctors there in case I have get died so should wait for September 2019.

I had very bad experience with esi main branch at sanath nagar. As well as dispensary at golconda. Doctors are not experienced. They are like rmp doctors. They know only about general medicines like paracetamol, cetrizene, bcomplex, calcium tablets. They don't test patient properly. They don't use stethoscope. Basic medicines for cough and cold are also not available at dispensary. Please do the meed

Myself koyel ghosh from kolkata tangra.18.03.2019 i go to my esi dispensary office for collect my father's medicine. They are unavailable to provide medicines for a very idiotic reason. They says you have rest medicines of 5days for that's why we are not avail to provide any medicines for next 1month, come 25.03.2019 we will suggest this medicines.

I requested them that time me and my father both are not out of station so that reason please consider us and please suggest that medicines. But that doctors very roughly reject my request.

My question is if any patient was seriously i'll for this reasons he/she will not get any help from esi company.

Very disappointed from this reactions. Please improve service..

On january 2 i met with an accident after leaving office of shriram transport finance company where i am a regular employee.in accident my left hand wrist get fractured. I have taken treatment in pvt jamdar hospital & then i have submitted all documents asked from esic office. Now they are denying for my month salary and treatment claim. Esic office told me that my company will be paying my month salary and company is saying esic. Please help. From my salary each month rs 308 is get deducted. Email id is [protected]@gmail.com

We are employees of Indian oil pump, Adoor near HS.Jn. Pathanamthitta Dist in Kerala.We are working here for long time. About 10+ employees are working here. But we didn't get any ESIC benefit and our Employer didn't take any action for registering in ESIC and we all people didn't get any benefit also. However the employer deducting the ESIC contribution from employees in every months. Due to which employees are facing lots of problems in medical treatment. Here i attach a scanned copy of our complaint letter also, from employees... So for that, take an immediate action towards our institution for registering our name also in ESIC for acquiring benefit.

I have submit my Mother medical bill claim to my local(Ambala City) ESIC dispensary on[protected].They tells to me confirm your bill claim status after 5-6 months.
After 6 months ago i visit for get current status of my claim, at there present staff told me on dipatch no. and date which is dispatched by him. no other detail is provided by him. When i ask to them when it will be get cleared, at ther in this ther response "confirm your claim from Karnal SMO". or wait till complete.
Again i visit my local dispensary after 3-4 months. again same commitment from there. Now this time they cleared told pls visit our Karnal ESIC Office. From here all necessary process is done. Its pending from Karnal Office. Visit there and confirm your status from them.

Would like to draw your attention that the staff of nanda nagar esic hospital are following their rules and regulations and people are facing so many problems when they guys are taking breaks there is no any time limit to come again at their work station. Kindly help us in this case and try to resolve our problem as soon as.

Sir, my name is abhilash and i raised a complaint against esi staff of esi dispensary chakkorathkulam on 18th july 2018. I want to know whether it is enquired or not. My esi card ip no. Is [protected]. My mobile no. Is [protected]. It is already 7 months and i dont know why it is getting late. Please do the needfull to give justice to me. Thank you very much.

मेरा नाम हेमंत बैरागी है में इंदौर से हु ओर मेरा इलाज चल रहा है इंदौर के बीमा हॉस्पिटल से यंहा पर डॉक्टर को चेक करने के बाद डॉक्टर के द्वारा लिखी गई दवाई पूरी नही दी जाती और वो दवाई का क्या किया जाता है जब यह के मरीजों को नही दी जाती तो दवाई कन्हा जाती है और मरीजो से चिल्ला कर बात की जाती है कृपया कर इंदौर के डिस्पेंसरी पर ऐसा किया जाता है तो इस पर एक्शन लिया जाए और मरीजो को दवाई पूरी नही दी जाती है डॉक्टर यदि 1 महीने की दवाई लिखते है तो यंहा दवाई केवल 10 दिन की ही दी जाती है और कहा जाता है कि इतनी ही मिलेगी फिर मरीज का इलाज कैसे संभव है

The hospital asks to get the patient to the esi hospital befote taking him for admission or consultation to the other hospital... When the patient is not able to wake properly or feels uneasy... Is this procedure necessary? Why should the patient be brought to the esi hospital and made them wait untill their turn comes in the long queue, when the patient party can complete the procedure

This is to keep you informed that ESIC tie up specialist Mukherjee Dental clinic not giving proper treatment and service they claimed and pass order against my RCT, IOPA & scaling however 3 days have visit there but the are not giving me proper treatment giving me an alternative dates stating that they don’t have x-Ray plate an all, they did cavity filling. It’s impacting our services experience as well as intrigity with ESI

My father was admitted to durgapur esi hospital due to high fever, cold and cough and low pressure on 07/02/2019 and discharge on 11/02/2019 at the time of discharge doctor advice only two medicines when i was going to collect the medicines from opd then opd incharge dr. Pramanik and his colleague on lady doctor (Don't know her name) relactant to issue the medicines. They told i have to make new paichan card, but i have already two sets of esi cards which were issued in the year 2011. I earnestly request them to issue the medicines. They told bring my father infront of them. As per their wish i brought my father (76yrs) infront them, inspite of this they were not issued the medicines and misbehaviour with me and my father. I am a valid esi card holder and i have not received the medicines. I want the suitable steps against them.

Myself M.Gnaneswari. We are a family of 4 members (Mother, 2 Elder daughters & 1 younger son) receiving DB Pension since 20 years after my father's death.Till 2016 we faced no issue against our pension scheme.

In 2017 January, we informed to that my sister got married, So the manager asked us to put a letter that my sister (M.Lalitha) got married and her share of pension should allot to us & we asked for Marriage Expenses too.

But due to our branch (Gandhinagar, Vijayawada) Employees Negligence, we didn't receive any money i.e, my sisters share of pension & marriage expenses till now.

On 3rd January, we went to ESIC Gandhinagar Branch, Vijayawada to Submit Life Certificate.We asked the employee (Lady) about our Issue.They again wanted us to write a letter about the issue & we submitted Bank Passbook Xerox Copies From 2017 Feb to 2018 Dec of account holder i.e, my Mother(M.Surya Kumari).The Lady Employee said that they have sent our Issue (Letter, Passbook Xerox) to the head office (Gunadala Branch, Vijayawada).But the head office isn't solved our issue till now.

After One month of Complaint on 7th february 2019(Today) I again went to ESIC Gandhinagar Branch, Vijayawada to know about status of our Issue.But the Lady employee answered very rudely & negligently.

I am hereby want to say that our branch(Gandhinagar, Vijayawada, Andhar Pradesh) Employees failed to resolve our Issue & Not even communicating properly towards pension holders.

1. I want my married sister's share of Pension form 2016 January to till now & her sum of amount against her marriage expenses as early as possible.
2. Took a proper legal action against Employees of Gandhinagar Branch, Vijayawada, Andhara Pradesh.

I sent a attachment of my pension card having Ins No:1865981.

Hope, U will resolve our issue & send my sister's share of pension & Marriage expenses to (Pension Holder)my mother's Bank Account as early as possible.

I was visited esic hospital it was closed at 4 pm itself and they are not working as a professional very negligence and false reports had given, is this is the way they are treating patients

Note : this is serious and most important for hospitals in emergency cases when we admitted in near by medical centre that is authorized and adopted centre they are not claimed

In esic (Okhla phase 1) my baby born 12th jan-19 & all ultrasound are ok but when baby delivered their are many problems mind, kidney, place of toilet, leg, finger, voice & also two whole in heart etc problem how it is possible may be baby is replaced & no any doctor is say to us how it is possible because it is not possible. At this time baby is in nursery & situation is critical.

Me Dharmendra Singh employee of City Interlink Connexion main Office in Thane. We are in Kolkata Office named Satellite Carge Connexion Br. Office. Since April 2018, my ESI & PF has been deducted from my salary but we are not getting the ESI CARD till date. In between I fell serious illness (Brain Stroke) in October 2018 then my family claim for ESI card beacause the medical expenses are very costly. Till date I am under treatment by private doctor but not get my ESI Card. Kolkata ESI officer are asking for SUB UNIT CODE but our Head office are denied for SUB UNIT CODE. That's why my case are pending. But I need the Card urgently for my treatment. Please help me and scan copy of the E-Pehchan Card is attached for your needful.

This is Prathiksha from Mangalore, Over 3 years large amount has been deducted for ESI from my salary account. A year ago my father was hospitalized due to cirrhosis of the liver ( portal hypertension, hepatocellular carcinoma, pulmonary hypersion, diabetes mellitus) i had admitted him at AJ Hospital. When I approached ESI hospital along with my ill father to get approval to admit him in private hospital using my ESI benefits. The ESI officials were rude and didn't help us out.My father was in deep pain, Somehow requested the nurse and she made us consult an ESI doc who turned out to be very rude. He was forcefully checking my dads BP, When I requested him for approval he ignored to give us approval for a private hospital. Somehow I managed to leave from there and arranged cash to admit my father in a private hospital, after that, we approached nearby ESI office to claim the amount of about 20000. After my father's discharge, i went to esi to claim for refund, They made me run here and there to arrange documents in the middle of this i had so much expense on travelling from esi hospital to esi office leaving all my work. The ESI Officials were rude, two weeks they made run here n there that too to claim for my own money i had to take so much trouble. My father was a liver patient whose above 60 yrs cant roam to the office daily to ask about the details. A few months back i lost him, But never got my money back from ESI Claim. So many times I want to enquire, You know what the officer said we don't have fund. My question where did our money go??? I have been also sending t emails seeking help but there is not a single response from your side. if it happens again i will sure file a case in consumer court. It is disappointing that our insurance money is being misused.ESI officials are so rude never tend to help us, we are coming to inquire about our money and this is the behaviour. After submitting so many documents they don't have an official acknowledgement, I was given receipt written in a small paper chit. The only option is left is to seek help from the Labour-union party. I applied for the refund last year 28th March 2018, Still no update. The ESI nurses were laughing at us instead of helping us out, totally disappointing. The government needs to take strict action on people like them, 15 thousand salaries we get upon that esi deduction. Hoping for a positive response.
