20 days i met with an accident for emergency someone admitted in private hospital after 10 days only i got remember everything after 10 days we visited esic for medical claim they told us to get some documents we given all in the final they ignore to collect the documents and they responded in a very bad way with patient how is giving authority to sold us seriously this is the one of the nonsense thing is happening in esic that paying every month our money

My wife have been operated in october 2018 as she was suffering from ovarian cyst. Before this operation i have asked to esic alwar officer 2-3 times about the documents required for submission of claim. As they told me i have arranged all documents to him. My claim of 24000 rupees have been approved but now they reject it and told to submit emergency certificate for the claim. When i told to esic officer that you have not told me regarding this certificate when i visited to you before operation. And now hospital is unable to issue the certificate. I contacted to esic jaipur office but they didn't provide any solution. I told him if your officers told me earlier for this certificate then that time i could arrange emergency certificate before operation. But at this time when my claim passed then this situation created. Esic officer should have to provide complete information before claim submission because the government hire them for the purpose to public service. Here due to officers mistake my claim is pending while i have submit all the documents which the officer told about before the operation. If the officer told me regarding this certificate before operation then i could talk to hospital staff for this certificate. But now after 2 months hospital staff refused to issue this certificate. Kindly resolve this issue as there is no mistake from my side.

Dear esic management team in at-kadi esic office above bhagyoday office today 2:30 pm one employer injured and goto hosiptal but doctor says over lunch time is now starting time 5:00 and no medicine no other treatment for employer. No any response for injured person kindly atleast service for injured person very fastly. Emergency service not available in kadi office doctor says our time is over you go to kalol for treatment. And many time request to doctor but no other reply for treatment and after injured person for treatment go to other hospital. So whats meaning of esic? No service no reply?

I submitted all documents which esic officer ask, after treatment, i submitted all bills, affidavits, certificate of present in working, salary froop. After two mouths my bill payment money is not get by esic, so please make done my payment as soon as possible. Then can i abel to make another ear opretion. Thankyou paid bill sabmit date[protected]

Ip: [protected] recently met with an accident while at work. Insured person fell from a bridge and as a result he suffered injury to his leg and one concrete piece is still stuck in his leg to which doctor has advised to undergo a surgery after a week. Regarding this the employer has not yet submitted the "accident report". Even after bringing the issue to the employers notice they are to giving any satisfactory answers. And also when the accident happened we took him to the esi tie up hospital kasturba hospital manipal. But inspire of having the esi card the ip could not avail the esi facilities because of non payment of monthly contributions by the employer for the benefit period.. Because of this the ips family had to bear the medical expenses on their own. And after discharge from hospital upon contacting the employer they submitted the contribution.. But the benefit status like medical benefits, sickness benefit, super speciality benefit are still showing no.. No.. No in the ip login. And there are so many irregularities by the employer in submitting the monthly contribution.. They are not paying in monthly basis.. They are submitting the contribution 3 monthly basis.. Which is causing a lot of inconvenience to the emoyees. And the the months june-2018, october-2017, march-2017, april-2017.. The contribution is showing zero. But the ip has worked in those months.. Employer has not submitted the contribution for those months.. And we have not checked the contribution from the date of joing to november 2016 as we could not get the data for those period.. We believe there may be irregularities in submitting the monthly contribution in those periods also.. So i request you to do the inspection of the employer and find out the reason for not paying the contribution.. I request you to prevent the irregularities by this employer. And we doubt they are doing this with every employees. So i request you to get the inspection done of this employer.

I am fed up with the system of esic till now i am not able to submit my bills. Whenever i go to the dispensary as also mentioned in my esic card they are not accepting my bill and even i tried to submit my bill two other nearest esic dispensary but they are also not responding. I am an employee of just dial ltd, a-39/40, noida sector 16, gautam buddha nagar-201301 since january 2016. I was under maternity leave from 1st february to 1st august 2018. I have submitted all the documents to the esi dispensary at noida sector 12. The esi dispensary of sector 12 advised me to approach noida sector 57 branch office which in turn advised me to approach noida sector 8 esi local office. The esi office at noida sector 8 is making me run from pillar to post to claim my maternity benefits. One of the officials approached me & asked me to pay a bribe of 5000 amount to claim my maternity benefits at the earliest & not to disclose it to anyone.

Even my child is now 10 months old but i haven't received my payout yet.

The government of india announces the welfare for female employees with much fan fair but infact this is the reality we encounter in our day to day life.
Thus i kindly request you to look into the matter and claim my maternity payout at the earliest.

सर मेरा पिताजी का कमर में थोड़ा टोकलिव है 2-3 दिन से थोड़ा हात मै और पैरों में कोम जोरी मेसुस कर रा है इसका पैले से मेरा पिताजी महाराष्ट्र में रायगढ़ डिस्ट्रिक मै पेन मै महात्रे हॉस्पिटल और वैरागी हॉस्पिटल में esic ऑथोरिटी किया है, फिर भी इनोन ऑपरेशन करने के लिए पैसा बीना ऑपरेशन नहीं करेगा ऑनोन ए बोला है कि esic का पैसा हामे जोल्डी नहीं मिटता है ! और म्हात्रे हॉस्पिटल से लाइफ लाइन हॉस्पिटल के लिऐ रिफरेन्स मांगता है जोलदी देता नहीं बोलता है आज मैडम आया नहीं ! हमे आगर ए सबिधा नहीं दे सकता है तो अपना पेमेंट से मौत काटे ! अपना पैसा काटने का बदमे बी आगर ईलाज नहीं होता है तो esic काटने का मोतबल का है esic no - [protected]

I stand in a queue since 11:00 clock now it's 11:34 and registration line only register 3-4 people and there are two counter but only one open other one is shut no one is their the same problem in front of pharmacy distribution there are two windows for distribution of medicine but only one is open, whenever i come here the same situation here.

This is about esic where i come for my body check up but when i reached here there are a long queue in front of registration counter and we still stand at same place because the speed of registration employe is to slow, there are two counter but only one is open, same situation at front of pharmacy there are two counter but only one is open so take necessary action this can be very important for someone.

This is to inform you is that i am priya mishra insurance no.[protected] i registered my maternity benefit case on march 2018 due to wrongly updated date of joining my metrinity benefit is pending and employer also give a letter for correction date of joining to esi department and required all documents like pay slip, attendance sheet and my office verification also done by esic branch manager sector 15 ffaridabad. I have work with this company since 15/01/2011 however my date of joining was worngly updated us 31/01/2017 i was entered in esic in 01/01/2017 due to esi enhanced wage limit to 21000/- with effect from 1 january 2017 i request to you please extend maternity benefit.

As referring to the above matter, my grand mother was admitted in the esi hospital for orthopaedic surgery, as she fell while walking at night. We directly admitted her to the esi hosptital, rajajinagar, bangalore.
But there we experienced lot of delay and irresponsible peoples. As she was suffering from lot of pain at least they should be the surgery fast, but they said it requires minimum 10 to 15 days as they do surgery only on monday and wednesday. And also that were not sure about that. This is to say that we are paying for the esi from past 35 years and we are availing it for the first time. What is the benefit of paying for it, if we it is not use in the emergency use?. If there is any govt holiday on monday and wednesday it will be postponed to next week which will delay. And even the doctors who are the government servents will spend there time mostly in the private hosptials. Please take a severior action against it. And also please make sure that at least emergency operations should be taken on time.
We we ask to give a reason that it will be delayed due to last in surgery, they are not willing to specify even that. And also we ask for the reports for the days she was hospitalized there, even that was not given to us. This is mainly negligence and over confidence saying you can give compliaont to dean about this. Finally we admitted her to the other hospital where they have done a surgery in the next day itself as soon as we admitted. This is why the people are affriad of the esi hosptital. Please take strict action against it, so that we will not be repeated in the future.

Doctor never came on time. Todays we are waiting for doctor till 10:30 am but the time is 8 am and all other workers move here and there no one is on their respective seats. On enquiry for details like doctor why late they reply only i dont know it is not our responsibility to get inform why he is late. They all behave like we are begging in front of them and they are giving us free service. We are paying for that every month money is deducted from our salary against this service and this is our rights.

My complain against esic dispensary situated at meramundali, dhenkanal, odisha. Sir we the common people facing problem, while in case any emergency the meramundali authority did not refereed the patient for the super specialty treatment to outside the district i. E bhubaneswar or cuttack. They only refer the patient to chouwdar dispensary or bhubaneswar dispensary. I am asking the question to the meramundali dispensary, about this they told we do not have enough infrastructure to refer direct the patient to super specialty hospitals. While asking the same question to the esic office bhubaneswar odisha they told that the meramundali dispensary have enough infrastructure to refer patient. We are facing the problem since jun 2018. Please take necessary action for the esic enrolled people. We are grateful to u for ever.

I successfully completed all the steps of registration for the post of insurance medical officer in esic. But i am not able to pay fees as it shows the message pls verify the data entered.. I tried calling on your helpline numbers but they are always busy.. And i also sent mail to the given e mail address which i later came to know is inactive.. I visited nacharam esic in feb month for eye test for my mother they said that they will call us in the month of march... But they didn't call us us for operation then i went back again in the month of march they said due to no theatre they didn't call n again said that we call by may month.. But till this date i didn't get any call by the hospital department and after approaching to the eye department they said due to lack of lens they didn't call it's nearly 8 months... To have a thyroid test department doesn't have working machine to check blood same after visting two times they are telling to come after ten days.. And in case of x-ray doctor advised but department doesn't have films to issue x-ray and they are only allowing the patients who have smart phones for x-ray so they are giving photos of x-ray from system... What is condition when some one doesn't have s phones. People come from very far distance.. It is not right way to treat the patients please i request u to forward this complaint to the right person to good have a treat ment for dependents..

We have a firm named alpine refrigerations and amcons refrigerations, we are registered with esic scheme for our employee benifits though we and our employeesare not at all happy with the treatment services by the concerned hospital.

Recently one of our employyes mr. Satiram;s' wife were diagnosed with dengue and was admitted to kamgar hospital located at lbs road, mulund west. There the doctor's approach and hospital services towards the patient was very poor and he had to shift his wife to private hospital due to continues fall in his ife health,

We request you to look in to this and to provide better doctors and medical facilities at the esic hospital, as none of our emplyee i supporting esic scheme for the coming year.

We have a company alpine refrigerations and amcons refrigerations located at mulund, mumbai, maharashtra, recently one of our employyes wife was diagnmosed with dengue and was admitted to thane kamgar hospital, the services wer very poor and their action of treatment was neglegible. All our employees are not happy with the esic hospital services and tey quote their services as pothetic.

Please look in to this and we look for the revert from your side as soon as possible.
