I had booked a flat in expat vida at mumbai for 19 lac and plots at expat sammurudhi nagothana mumbai and unnati at jaipur for a sum of 19 lac and 13 lac each. No response from company and nothing has been done yet.
Company does not pickup phone and no reply to e mails...

I have paid in full by Jan 2020, since then they gave nothing except false promises...

I had paid all payment for the half acre plot in this project and was promised registration a few years back but haven't got any details....

You have not given me possession or any whereabouts of my invested money in your Paradise project in Goa. Your representative Lloyd in Oman convinced about the genuineness of the project.
It's my hard-earned money and you do not bother to return it or the land....

We have invested in 1/2 acre plot under carnival project goa since 2015. As per payment schedule, have made all the payments but no update from the company about the status of the project or registration. People who were assigned as relationship manager has left & no one responds to the email sent. We have been trying to get an appointment to discuss about the registration process but it is only delayed.
Have anyone else also invested...

I had done investment with expat properties in 2014. I have paid the entire amount against this investment for plots in their Harmony project in sindhudurg district (booking Id - B1400592. ), Maharashtra. . I have not received any response on the project progress and when will my plots be registered on my name. I have sent numerous emails and tried to contact their offices in Bangalore and Mumbai.

My self Gaurish N, I came in contact with this fraud company while I was in Qatar for work purpose back in 2013. It was Merwyn Ferrao, claiming to be employee of Expat Properties in Doha Qatar Office. He advertise the land as NA plots on Facebook. Upon meeting him personally he assured me that all transactions are through bank and stamp paper agreement will be given.

This is to inform you, that residing in Kuwait, we had purchased the above mentioned two properties and had paid the entire amount.
Surprisingly we have not been updated as to why both properties are not being registered in my name till date, even though we have been given a number of dates over the years and made numerous calls to your Goa office.

Since we feel that this is, to our current knowledge, a scam on behalf...

Total amount of INR 32, 02, 800 were paid in 2015 for Carnival B1406213 INR 10, 50, 000 and Vida B1406070 INR 21, 52, 800. Till date nothing has been registered and no response being received from Customer Support of Expat Properties....

When I was based in MUscat Oman I had invested in Expat properties called SANAYA and HORIZON project in year 2010. They made a sales agreements on stamp papers and handed over after payment in 2012.

Thereafter, I tried a lot to chase them in order to pursue possession process visited their Dubai office couple of time but unfortunately I got nothing except empty promises.

It would be grateful if you can guide...

I have invested around 10Lacs INR with Expat Properties Pvt ltd in 2014 with the money back policy but now after 7 years, company is neither giving me money back nor they are giving me land as per the commitment

I have invested with m/s expat project and development pvt ltd in land as "paradise city" bearing plot no 55, on 28th April 2016. as per agreement with expat properties will complete said project in 30 months from the date of booking ie on October 2018. i have paid full amount with cheque. now no one is taking responsibility to replay emails and no one responding to calls....
