Hi,

I had booked a non agricultural plot in Paradise City in 2016. Customer ID:C1335629, The payment is done in full.

Registration was promised after 2.5 years and due to Pandemic it postponed to first quarter of 2021.

The last email which I received is on 10th of Oct 2020 and no updates after that and emails have no response.

Please look into this matter at the earliest and arrange for the registration

We had invested in EXPAT Properties for One(1) acre plot in project EDEN located at Shiravali village, Managaon, Maharashtra. we have paid around Rs. 11.70 Lakhs during Apr 2014 to February 2019. As per the plan, we were supposed to get possession of my plot in April 2019. Details are as follows:-

Currently there is no communication nor there is an office which can reply or answer customers queries. Had sent several mails and there is no response on them.
Now requesting back our hard earned money back from Expat group.
Request the consumer forum to guide us accordingly in getting back the entire money.

I booked 0.5Acre property named Mangalam near Pondicherry in the year 2011. Expat collected full money of 4.55L by 2012. Subsequent to that they have not competed the registration properties. Many of my emails, phone calls were not responded.
Request to refund the money with basic interest rate atleast for past 11 years. It is a hard-earned money and expat cannot take ride on me like this.

I have been inquiring on the status of the property in Harmony, non Agricultural Land, Plot# 671, measuring about 1/2 acre, 2023.5 Sq. Mtrs.

Despite multiple reminders to multiple people such as [protected]@expat-group.com, [protected]@expat-group.com, [protected]@expat-group.com, [protected]@expat-group.com, [protected]@expat-group.com, no response has been received till date.

The initial response received around 2+ years back was that the handover was delayed due to Covid, however, no update as of date.

All payments were complete with the handover to done ny End 2016.

Would please appreciate a response right away.

Hi
Invested with Expat while in Muscat. They have taken all the money. I went to meet the person in Goa he showed me some other place in Goa.
Note iam not interested in any place.
Looking to taking it higher level.
Your staff in Goa said I will not get my money back.
Expat company is not a reliable company.
Don't know how many have been cheated

Was your property matter with Expat Properties resolved ? I too have invested 5.5 lakhs in a property in Goa near Mopa Airport in 2016 and till date there is no response to mails and telephone calls also

I paid Rs 5 lakh to Expat since 2015 for 500 sw yard plot in their project Mystic Hills II.
It was to be registered few years ago but they have stopped replying to phone calls and emails.
Police complaint too has been lodged through email but no progress so far....

I've bought 1 acres land in Anhita 2 project in mangaon in 2012. For the last 10 yrs, you guys have promised possession of the land but never delivered despite so many follow-ups.

I don't see you having intent of giving any land anytime...I don't want my land but I want to have atleast the principle repayment of my amount paid.

It is my hard earned money which you have looted through cheating and I will go to the last
edge of the world to make you guys pay irrespective of the time it takes.

I've also sent a lawyers notice to which you guys didn't respond. Please arrange for my refund asap.

Expat properties have cheated and is a fraud company. I've bought properties in 2012 from them with a promise of land possession in their anhita 2 project in mangaon.

For the last 10 yrs, have done countless followups and meetings with always empty promises. Now these folks have gone incommunicado with their offices shut down and no one picking up our calls. They didn't even bother to respond to my lawyers notice.

I want my money back with interest as it is there in the contract. You people have looted and cheated honest middle class folks who dreamt of having a piece of land. Shame on you.

Have been trying to contact them from begining of 2020 but no response. As per the contract they had agreed to refund the money paid if contract was not honoured.
