Me and my 9 friends and family members have invested in the above project almost 6-7 years back and have paid the entire amount as per the agreement but the registration and handover of our plots is still pending. There is no response from expat to our emails and calls in last couple of years. All the commitments made by their executives have not been honored. Now they have stopped answering our phone calls at their office.

We were given to understand that in 5 years there would be demarcation of our plots, roads would be constructed and water & electricity will be given at one centre point on the plot. The agricultural status of the plot would be changed to

Expat has committed to start mystic hills-2 registration in the month of oct. 2019. This is not a first commitment date given, they are repeatedly extending registration date. Now no one is taking responsibility. No responsible person is available at office.
Mr. Berlyn d'soza contact no. Has given but it is switched off from long tome.
Need to put a fir against expat.
I think, it's a scam....

Please do not trust or invest with the expat properties. These people are unbelievable. I bought 02 plots from located at theni back in 2013 from their dubai office. They took all the documents from me stating for registration. Till date, sep 2019, no news of the plots nor registration nor refunding the money i paid them. Since last three years, they are arranging funds to pay me ie. Aed. 17000. I have the email correspondence if anyone like...

I stay in dubai and met expat representatives in one of their events.

I invested in a teak wood project with expat where they were supposed to plan teakwood 3 years back.

I have already paid the full amount. But no plantations yet and they have stopped responding as well.

Beware guys, expat properties is a complete fraud.

We have invested in 1/2 acre plot under carnival project goa since 2015. As per payment schedule, have made all the payments but no update from the company about the status of the project or registration. People who were assigned as relationship manager has left & no one responds to the email sent. We have been trying to get an appointment to discuss about the registration process but it is only delayed.

Hi all beware of fraud. I have invested in expat in zenith project in bangalore. At the time of initial days they use to make fields visits and sending their executive door to door for collecting down-payment after all payments is done now they are fooling customer and delaying in registration process. Please don't invested your hard earned money with them. And also without customer consent they have changed the spoc from bangalore office...

My family & i have invested in 6 ac. Res of land at expat's saswad project. I have been writing to their gm berlyn d;sousa & he's been promising us of a revert with a status update fr this project since oct '18 or earlier. This land should hv been in our possesion by now, its already over a year delayed. Berlyn has no shame in giving me one deadline after another, or simply not reverting to my emails. This is regarding the investment we did with expat project and developments private limited in the year 2012, for which the possession was supposed to be in dec 2017. However, "m/s expat projects & development pvt. Ltd." has defaulted possession despite receiving payments of almost 100% of the plot amount.

I have invested in taloja project along with few other cousins which belongs to expat properties india pvt ltd. They have offered an investor offer to the customers in feb 2014. I was a part of this and have invested for 2 bedroom apartment which they had promised to deliver to us by december 2017 or after extension period of six month which should end in june 2018.
Also, it is mentioned in the contract if they do not fullfill to complete...

After couple of years i got to know there is no such project existing in roha. I contacted expat dubai, mumbai and local qatar office to refund my monies. No answer till date. Saga of Expat properties false promising continues. I too got into the same problem of Investment in Marakanam (Mangalam) Project. My Account ID C1202630.

Since May 2016 i am fighting to get the refund till date only excuses and buying time again and again. Berlyn D’Souza who is ocassionally acknowledge my email with reply which only contains execuses and buying time.
