i have ordered 2 dresses on dated[protected] and order number is 45094 and amount of Rs. 1899 was paid through Internet banking now after 10 days i didn't receive my order and consignment number. i am trying to contact with officials of site through their number [protected] but this number is not connecting also i have e-mailed them so many times but they didn't reverting. Kindly take further action against the site owner.

    1. I made online payment of Rs549 on December 29, 2014. 2. After making me wait for three weeks, they suggested I apply for a refund. 3. I applied for the refund via their suggested method on January 21, 2015. 4. Today it's been one month since I had applied for refund, and I'm yet to get my money. 5. The toll-free number on the website doesn't work. 6. Emails sent to customer care come back with pre-written reply: "We have forwarded your request to the concerned department." Order no. 27119

      I have ordered two product (Product Id : CM1016 and WL49) from fabpanda.com on 6-02-15. I have paid online for that product. Its been 2 week Till now I do not see that my product is dispatched. I tried customer care number but its not working. I have sent an email but didnt recieve any rply. Is this your professional behaviour or is it a fraud site.If you cannot deliver refund the money. plz rply soon

        i have received no response to my following complaint order 41039 was placed on 2feb2015.Till now I do not see that my product is dispatched, when i called customer care number it is going on voice mail saying leave the massage.by mistake we ordered the product twice i.e.order 41027 we asked for return it and refund our money but with no response .I have sent an email, support no resolution given to my complaint.cancel my order and refund the money back to my card.i am fed up with pathetic service.

            FABPANDA Complaint I had placed an order - 33299 for which I paid upfront on 17 Jan 2015. they should it would be dispatched by Jan 19th and I should get that in the next 7-10 days. On not receiving in the start of feb even, i called the customer care and they said its still not dispatched and will do so now. Its 20 feb today and I have still not received my order or any news on it. Despite talking to the customer care or writing emails to their support id, nothing has been done. Again I tried calling customer care today and as usual its unable to get connected. This is heights o[censored]n-professionalism. If you cannot deliver please have the courtesy to refund the money. This is highly unacceptable. Please take action. Counting on this email to receive the response I should

            have not received the product as well as the tracking details for the order no. 47054. i did not receive any response of the queries placed in support portal nor did they pick the toll free no.

              Hi, I am shipra.I had ordered a pair of wedges and a jacket on 21st of January.I got the wedges on 31st of january but there was some problem with the size.i wanted the product to be exchanged .So i dropped an email to "[protected]@fabpanda.com" to exchange it.I didnot get any response for long time, after that i called customer care and asked them then they responded with an email saying that they don't exchange the product, they only have return policy.So i replied them asking for the return of the product.After that they said that they are unable to process the return as my issue does not comes under return policy.Can you please help me with that.Fab panda has given the worst service that any one can ever get.I tried it first time and will never ever suggest anyone to use this.There is no proper response.I have always mailed on the right time.I want my product to be exchanged, its not my problem if they are not replying and taking so many days to return or reply for email.This was only about the wedges the jacket has not been delivered yet when i called customer care they are saying that it has not been dispatched yet.They said they will cancel my order but i have not got any calls or email on this.This company is not a trust worthy company, They are cheating their customers.My last email was on 10th feb, 2015 but till now there is no response.

                This is regarding order no 33530. I had placed an order with fabpanda guys on 18th of Jan. The order was supposed to get delivered with 10 days. I didnt get delivery till 4th of feb for of the products. When I called the customer care, they told me that one product - "Peach Factory Classic Two Strap Zipped Heels" will be delivered today on 4th feb and the other product will be dispatched soon. The order for "Charme Women's Black Semi Winter Printed Casual Blazer" was not even dispatched from their end by 4th feb. I cancelled this order and asked for refund. Its 20th feb today. I still haven't got my refund. Please take care of this. i tried to contact their customer care and mailed then, but I didnt get any response, i have not received any information regarding my money, Kindly let me know as soon as possible when you will transfer my payment to my account.. otherwise i will file suit in consumer court against fabpanda

                I havnt been connected by fabpanda people. And I have mailed them my contact details. I dnt understand how this company website is still up. On this website only I have seen so many people complaining the same problem. What fraud it is?? Why somethg is not being somethg for this??

                  I placed the order on 20th January 2015. It was mentioned as, It would be dispatched in 24 to 48 hours. till now the product has not been dispatched. Couple of weeks before, I called customer care to dispatch this product. but no response. now a days, I am not even contact customer care. i dont know whether they have changed no or what? If i dont get the response from them. I am going to send legal notice to them. Thanks, Dhayalan K

                    I have ordered 4 items on Jan 19 ..2 got delivered and other 2 is undelivered. Card Payment is made in d same day! Customer care number is fake. No proper response. Immediate action should be take as soon as possible or else refund the money back.

                    This is my THIRD mail to You people! I think your customer support lacks basic courtesy and you people need to improve in a lot of things. I haven't received my order which was placed on 13th March 2015. I have tried to get in touch with you people as i said this is my THIRD and FINAL mail, I have already paid for my order, this is not very professional from your side. Kindly revert back immediately.
                    Fabpanda is the worst online shopping site when it comes to customer satisfaction. I had placed an order on Fabpanda dated 13th March 2015 and i am yet to receive it. I have written THREE mails to their customer support and I have not got any response of such from their side. It will be best to cancel the order, But this is a prepaid order and I do not want to lose my money since their site states that "cash non refundable". I hope that this complaint will be helpful and they will at least revert back after this.
                    Fabpanda needs to brush up their customer service and satisfaction if they want to compete on this wide forum!

                      I had placed an order for plazoo. My order no.is 33372 on 19 jan2015, and had not received my order upto 30jan 2015 and payment was done through my debit card of Rs 549.00 and have not received order upto 30jan2015.. On 30 jan2015 I had cancelled that order, and until now its 19 feb 015 I have not receive my money back. i tried to contact their customer care but did not get any response, i have not received any information regarding my money, Kindly let me know as soon as possible when you will tranfer my payment to my account.. otherwise i will file suit in consumer court against fabpanda

                              I had placed two orders on fabpanda, order number 39695 and 43862 respectively.Order number - 39695 was placed on 31st Jan'15 and order number - 43862 was placed on 8th Feb'15.There has been no update whatsoever from their side.I have tried contacting them on the customer care number and emails as well but there has been no reply from their end.Moreover the products are not shipped yet as i have not got any mail regarding that.

                                      On 2/2/15 ordered a party wear black coloured long dress but on 14/2/15 i received fluorescent orange coloured netted shrug of poor quality ..no one attends the call on their toll free number and even they don't reply to the emails ... order number 40968 COD-500/- ..that too on discount. They are fraud which really matters.. plz do look into this matter.. worst service ever seen ..if they can not handle then atleast should nit cheat the customers.

                                        I ordered one watch and have paid through CC after that didn't get any update for delivery so I called them and cancelled my order I have received mail for cancellation but didn't got refund yet I called you more than 100 times but still there is no response from your side .
