I am shipra.I had ordered a pair of wedges and a jacket on 21st of January.I got the wedges on 31st of january but there was some problem with the size.i wanted the product to be exchanged .So i dropped an email to "[protected]@fabpanda.com" to exchange it.I didnot get any response for long time, after that i called customer care and asked them then they responded with an email saying that they don't exchange the product, they only have return policy.So i replied them asking for the return of the product.After that they said that they are unable to process the return as my issue does not comes under return policy.Can you please help me with that.Fab panda has given the worst service that any one can ever get.I tried it first time and will never ever suggest anyone to use this.There is no proper response.I have always mailed on the right time.I want my product to be exchanged, its not my problem if they are not replying and taking so many days to return or reply for email.This was only about the wedges the jacket has not been delivered yet when i called customer care they are saying that it has not been dispatched yet.They said they will cancel my order but i have not got any calls or email on this.This company is not a trust worthy company, They are cheating their customers.My last email was on 10th feb, 2015 but till now there is no response.
Fabpanda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
product not working fine
Order id is 27332..power bank is not working fine..nobody is piking the phone..I have left message to please return the product.
