>> order was placed on 12th February, 2015 and only 1 product (Bi-Feather King Hair Remover) was delivered to me on 19th February, 2015
>> After acknowledging the tracking link, I found that both the products were delivered on 19th Feb.
>> On contacting via email on [protected]@fabpanda.com and [protected]@fabpanda.com, I didnt get any revert.
>> Calling on customer care number for about 5 times they, an engineer received the call on 23rd February and after confirming my order number he said, it was by mistake, and money will be refunded back to my account as product is out of stock.
>> according to his mail I should have received my money back 3 long way back.
>> I havent received the money back nor I have heard of any mail in reply after that.

>> really a bad experience..first and my last experience with Fabpanda
and amount of Rs. 2914 was paid through Internet banking now after 22
days i didn't receive my order and consignment number. i am trying to
contact with officials of site through their number [protected] but this
number is not connecting also i have e-mailed them but
they didn't reverting.
Kindly take further action against the site own
