Please note that its been 30 days and I have not received my product & I have paid for it.After repeated emails and complaint on the phone (helpline no.), I have still not received the order. CAn anybody help. THE HELPLINE NO [protected] IS NOT WORKING NOW. GOODS WORTH RS 1000 IS PENDING.

Hi Team, I placed for the cancellation of my products on Feb 16.Since u guys had out of stock.Still my credit card amount is not refunded.When called to customer care .A lady picked a call and said the company is closed and do whatever u want..Is this kind of service you guys provide the customer.Its really said u guys are not returning the hard money of customer and dont answer any calls.Please make sure u guys return my money...Everyone has thr own commitments.I hope u repay money soon. i purchased a product online from there site on 5 feb and made my payment online...but i havent recievd my product till date...there contact numbers are never reachable nor they reply to mails...fraud people... my orrder id is 42325

Hi, i ordered a product from Fabpanda on 1st Feb 2015 and the Order number is 40203.Till now I have not received the product(27-Feb-2015)and not got any updates about the product.what action should i take now?.please help me to get the product asap else i need the money to be refunded.plese help me

The above order no. was ordered on 20.01.2015 for 2 Aashish Fabrics Magenta Full Patiyala & 1 Aashish Fabrics Yellow Full Patiyala for Rs. 647/-. I didn't receive the order, when contacted their customer care, they said that the order has returned back to their origin so we can't do the delivery again and we will refund the amount back. Its almost more than 3 weeks still i have not recceived my refund back.

fabpanda.com is a fraud site, please don't purchase anything from their site. I have ordered for the very first time a casio watch and made the payment online instantly with my credit card. I have ordered a Casio watch on 20th january 2015 order no. 34308. I have called them many many times but there no. is always busy. I have also mailed my complaint to their team on these ids [protected]@fabpanda.com, [protected]@fabpanda.com, [protected]@fabpanda.com But not got any reply from them. Really Really poor services i have ever seeen. Guys i am suggesting you that if you purchase anything from their site, always select cash on delivery option. They are fraud peoples. Suggest me what to do in this matter. Help me out friends. I have paid them Rs.2999 through online payment with my credit card, and not received the order till date. Kindly tell me what to do now ?

I have placed an order on 17th Feb 2015. Payment made online through Netbanking. Received an auto SMS that order is placed no other details mentioned.Order no #45573 In my account I can still view the order products, track order has only info about amount received no other update its been 1 and half month. Sent mails can called on customer care number no response at all. This company should be shut down!!!

I have placed an order on 09.02.15 trough Fabpanda website & order no. is 44095 as per their auto sms but have failed to understand the delivery date as noting is showing after logging into my account. After that tried their customer support number more than 100 times but no one is picking up or getting disconnected automatically. worst site had worst experience...never deliver goods on time ...ordered product but it was never delivered ..mailed you but no response ..i guess thats how you treat your customer...i will advice everyone never to shop from your site...

I had ordered two Palazzo (Item code : CM2028) of Rupees 598 on 8th jan 2015 from fabpanda.com. I have used debit card payment mode and the payment was received But i am very disappointed by the service which they have provided. I am a first time Fabpanda customer and was expecting it to be a genuine website. But they have not fulfilled my expectation and have done a lot of mistakes which I am listing below. 1) The Item which we ordered differs from the one which we received. 2) The number of Palazzo we ordered is 2. But the quantity we received is only "1". This kind of behavior is a very shame from side. 3) As i discussed above, Payment has been done through debit card mode and also it was received by you. Still the delivery man was asking for the payment and it is printed on the cover that "AMOUNT To Be COLLECTED". Such a big blunder is never been seen by any o[censored]s while shopping online. 4) Lastly I am also disappointed by the number of days you guys took for delivering the product. The date on which we ordered was 8-01-15 and the date we received the item is 27-01-15. Almost 20 days which is again a very long time and a shame on your part.

I have ordered a crop top on fab panda on 9th of feb.But yet i have neither received any email related its late delivery nor the top itself??and thank God I had not paid for the same.Where is my product i had ordered. Please rply for the same.

Hi, This is the worst nightmare I have ever experienced in my online shopping so far. I have ordered Men's leather jacket in the mid of January'15 and paid an amount of 4, 999 /- by credit card. My order was not received and they don't even care to inform hence I called and requested to cancel to get the refund and my realized that my problems just got started. Its been month now and I have made every attempt of getting my money back, I have used all the unparlimentary language that I could to express my frustration but none of the emails are replied. I have tried to call their stupid customer care no. [protected] which is utter useless. My doubt turned into fact when I realized their phone is not even working now, they are big fraudsters and my money seems to have gone in their. Please please don't buy any product from this site and i wish they are arrested and put into jail under 420 charges. Such a cheap

I had ordered shoes worth rupees 2212 on 24th January 2015.Its been a month now, i have not received any delivery of my goods. Their customer care number is never reachable. it never connects. I am not able to track the order as i had checked out as a guest customer. I have repeatedly sent them mails enquiring about the status of my order, they have not responded properly. In their Reply they have mentioned that as the product is not available, they are not able to do the delivery, whereas when i ordered them, they were available.

It is related with #41887 order I have made on 4th feb for Rs 1347. It was a prepaid order and next day I have got mail saying order got cancelled because area not serviceable.They could have checked the same at the time of taking order. This site is completely crap.How is it running no idea.

i have ordered 1 dresses on dated[protected] and order number is 41974 and amount of Rs. 449 was paid through Internet banking now after 18 days i didn't receive my order and consignment number. i am trying to contact with officials of site through their number [protected] but this number is not connecting also i have e-mailed them so many times but they didn't reverting.
