My order number is 29158 I received half order and rest i was old by customer care that they will dispatch which never got dispatched and today after 5 days i received a mail that order is out of stock... rubbish site plz refund me the money...

I placed an order of 5 products on 28/12/2014 and my order id is 25906. I already paid the amount and they send a mail after 2 days saying the order will be delivered with 7-10 days. After that period I called the customer care and they replied some of my products can't be delivered in my area. Its is a fraud site and they are not responding to any mails. Even I tried a lot of times to speak to the customer care executive otherwise they ask us to record complaints which is never attended.

My order no. is 29587(total amount of RS.1, 047). I had ordered on 7st jan 2015 and the order is yet not delivered. When i call on the toll free no. on their website it goes on voice mail and none calls back. Cant see the product in the history of my account as well. Please refund me the amount asap. this company is fake so many people have faced some problem please help us

i have ordered an western look red palazzo and polyster blue jeggings on 31st december2014, they have given a date that it may be delivered within7-1o days, i didnt receive my till now, its 14 days gone .help it out in this matter, my order cannot be tracked also. Order no-27499

maI ordered a sweater of "L" size but it isn't fitting me so now I want to get it exchanged for a smaller size. I want "M" size of that very same sweater. Been 5 days I have been trying to contact your customer care service everytime the machine puts me on a message and then no action is been taken on the same. THIS ISNT FAIR AT ALL. I want the sweater to be my size and i want to get it exchanged. If my complaint isnt been responded you ppl will have a very tough time.

Iordered from FabPanda ON 30TH December, 2014.ORDER NO:27367 .Even after 12 days, i have not received the order. None of the shopping sites take this much of time to deliver. This was my first experience and ofcourse the last!!! I am not being replied by you through email.Please reply as soon as possible!!

Dear Sir, Please note that I have ordered you one casio watch on 27-12-14 against order no. 26456. I got delivery after 8 days and when I opened this pack wrist watch was not working. So I have contacted to mobile no. that is mentioned in slip came along with that order. No one picked that mobile two day but third day someone picked that phone and asked me to get it replaced from their office only otherwise it will take 15-20 days. But I want to get it returned because why should I use this faulty or repaired. They people asked to go to head okhla if I want to return this watch. Then I have sent my office boy to okhla office today 09-01-15. I have called up at customer care 100 times, send you return request, have sent you this wrist watch physically but there is no result. Order 25775 Placed on December 25, 2014 till now I dont see my product is dispatched, when calling to customer care number it is going on voicemail saying leave the message. I have sent email to cs, support but no resolution given to my complain. Cancel my order and refund the amount back to my card. I am fed up with pathetic service

I have placed an order for shoes on 1st and they have sent an order tracking number 27537 I'm unable to track that order and its not to been in my purchase history! They ship through blue dart and when typed the number i get status delivered to some unknown person. Useless n very bad service! Customer care seems to be non-existent.

i hve ordered mi power bank from fabpanda order no.23634 ..first the product was in case that was broken then i saw d product it was looking like fake then i searched on net then it showed that 5 things that fake mi power bank has in it ...i was shocked that all points were matching with mine ...and it was dangerous to use ..anytime it can blastcoz it uses local batteries in it...

ORDER # 21098 THE VENDOR PICKED UP THE AMOUNT 21 DAYS AGO AND DID NOT DELIVERY THE PRODUCTS ORDERED ONLINE. THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN REALIZED ON THE 5TH OF DECEMBER. IN SPITE OF CONTINIOUS FOLLOW UPS. THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECCUTIVE KEPT ON LYING THAT THE AMOUNT HAS NOT BE RECEIVED AND WE DINT GET THE PAYMENT. MS. PRIYA/AMITH SING HAS BEEN LYING THAT THE AMOUNT HAS BEEN DISPATCHED AND PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECIEVED. WHEN ASKED FOR THE AIRWAY BILL NUMBER THEY SAY THAT THE PRODUCT IS NOT YET DISPATCHED NOR HANDED OVER TO THE VENDOR FOR DISPATCH. AMOUNT OF 1000 HAS BEEN LYING IN THEIR ACCOUNT. THEY ARE SAYING THEY WILL GIVE ME A 100 RUPEES SORRY CARD AS THEY HAND IT TO A BEGGER. DISGUISTING. NOT SURE IF THEY COMPLY WITH THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF BEING AN ONLINE STORES.

i have ordered a pair of chinos from their website and i recieved wrong sized ones, i filed for a return and the product was also picked from my place, and it has been 2 months now and my money has not been returned, this s a serious concern,

We have purchased 3 trousers online from the website fabpanda (delhi) owner AJAY RANA AMIT as we have received the products in a bad quality without tags brand names etc, we have returned the goods and requested for a refund amount of Rs999/- On oct 21 we ordered for diwali purchase but since then i have sent umpteen number of mails to them but invain

I purchased a shoe from Fabpanda and I received an incorrect size, I did not even received an invoice of the product. From past one and a half month I'm trying to return the product and get a refund but the company keeps giving me turn around time but no one comes for the return pickup. After several calls I got through an executive but all in vain product is still with me. I've sent numerous emails but no help for returning it back. Is there a way I can return the product and teach them a lesson for this negligence. As consumers company's like these destroy online market for other new players as well. This is a perfect example for extremely pathetic customer experience. My order id is 8122. If you can see the order history I don't even see a request being raised for return pick up.

I done online purchase thro fabpanda.com, my oder no was 16259 dt 14-10-14, the order status shows shipped on 17th, but when we give email to [protected]@fabpanda.com there is no notification of despatch details given since no info regarding which courier the material was booked/ waybill number, when we given mail to [protected]@fabpanda.com, they give some tracking no in delhivery.com, which is also a third party logistic provider for fabpanda, doesnt give couier details, and the comment in the status also not clear. and i suggest people dont prefer fabpanda for online purchase, instead go for ebay, amazon, flipkart snapdeal etc who are established online stores, and when you call there customer care no[protected], it connects to nobody, simply a stored info is played. The only contact no is the above toll free, and the company doesnt disclose any of land line/ mobile no of the customer care executive or logistics person. People from south dont prefer fabpanda, as they may give better service in north.

Dear team, i ordered products from them..after getting a smaller size the sent a guy for the reverse pick up..after that they are not responding to the helpline number..when i tried to comment on their facebook post to make other people aware of them..they deleted that comment and blocked me there as well..not only me they are fooling many custcustocustomers as well..plz get my money back..it is very valuable for me..i am student and work hard to earn it..
