Respected sir/madam, I am here to say that I ordered some products from fabpanda online shopping site on 6th Feb.They cancelled my order and refused to refund my money.I have been trying to call them on the customer care number since then but nobody responds.I believe they are doing some kind of fraud as I came across many bad reviews against this site.I lost my money which is a big deal as I am a hosteller.Also this has to stop because many might be dealing with same problem.I had conversation with attendants several times and they would always convince me that they are having some server problems and will refund my money as soon as possible but would not answer my next call.I really hope that my complaint would be taken seriously. I hope these traitors will learn a lesson someday.

I, Rathna had placed order No. 47621 and I received the jeggings through courier on 24th April 2015 by paying Rs.649/- by cash. Since the size 30 received is not fitting, request you to take back the jeggings and in exchange please courier us the same 2 combo leggings (pink and black) in 32 size at the earliest and please note that payment of Rs.649/- has already been done. I ordered two palazzos costing rs.299 each( order no : #45935) from www.fabpanda.com on 22 Feb 2015.the payment was done using card as there was no COD available.However after two days, when i clicked the track order link from the order, all that was shown was ' Payment received'.As i couldn't track the order status i immediately contacted their customer care on the number listed in site: [protected] .The number was not reachable and it still gives a response ' Number does not exist'. I tried some mail addresses, even the parter mail ids mentioned, where some bounced back & there were no response from the other ids. Later when i tried to track, it shows the order was cancelled on 10 March 2015, however that wasn't initiated by me and neither did i receive the payment back!! The status is still shown so - cancelled, payment received.

I had ordered a Chinos(Pant) from their website order no 17223, which turned out to be smaller in size, I immediately asked for a return/refund, which they accepted it and picked up the pant from my home and promised a refund in couple of weeks. I have been trying to contact them but in vain. The problem is they don't even reply my mails and their phone number is also not working. I had given them my bank details for refund purposes. This all thing has been happening from October 2015. Please register my complaint against the website and take appropriate actions against them and help me get the refund.

Ordered some stuffs from fab panda log back in month of September, as it was not suitable asked for replacement which never done, asked for money refund they are not willing to give back they do not reply to mails, there customer support is not working anymore. I placed an order (Order ID: 46867) on the 16th of March for which I was charged Rs 818, which got deducted from my account. Got a confirmation mail and a message saying that I will be receiving my order in 7-10 days after the dispatch date, which was 18th March. So I should have received my order latest by 28th March, which I HAVE NOT. I sent a mail asking about the status of my order on 23rd March, to which I received NO REPLY! I sent another mail through the site 2 DAYS BACK stating my problem to which again NO REPLY. Their number is NOT REACHABLE. I am worried if Fabpanda is a fake selling site and I have been duped.

I had placed an order (no. 46731) in Fabpanda on 12th March 2015. They deducted money from my bank account an amount of rs 235 and sent me a message saying the product would be delivered in 7-10 days. It had now been more than 15 days and i haven't got a message or even delivery of the product. When i track the order it is coming that payment is successful and shows nothing else. Please address this complaint as soon as possible as they cannot be reached through the number they provided or email address. Thank you

Hi Team, This regarding to company called fabpanda.I had done online shopping in the month of 19 Jan 2015 Due to out of stock ..they cancelled my order and told they will return my money.But now they are not receiving call neither replying to any email...Lot of customer are facing this problem.No one is receiving the money back.Please take action .My order 34231

my order no is 46967, i ordered a charme women long polka dot long dress n i oredered it on 19march2015 n i havent received it till now n in order history it is showing that order has been cancelled by the fabpanda team itself, wat is this nonsense n that toll free no has no response . i need immediate response from your team now, its pathetic

I have ordered a dress from favpanda cost rs.1900.i have prepaid for the dress . Order no.46577... I have ordered at 8th march and order was dispatched at 10th march i got a text regarding that my dress will be delivered in 7-10 days but 17days have passes yet i have not got my delivery

Hi Team, I had ordered a product from Fabpanda in the month of Aug-14. I had received the product after around 2 weeks and felt that to return the same. I had called them(Mob No. Quoted on bill: +91-[protected] and asked for the Return of the Product. After a "Month" or 2 they said "Reverse pickup is not possible, we will reimburse your amount. Please provide your bank details." I had give them the bank details on that day itself. But anyhow in the Mid of DEC month the reverse pick up has been done, but I had not received my amount back, even after giving them n number of calls and sending them n number of emails, I have still on waiting mode. Nether I have heard any thing from their side. Note: I had gone through this forum and found the similar problems from many of the users. I think This Company is a part of big online Scam and Fraud. Please suggest if we can log a legal Police complaint against them and stop this looting.

I made an order dated 27/02/2015. My order ID is 46216. It has still not been delivered. Inspite my repeated requests as to the status inquiry, there has been no reply from your side. The contact number provided is also not valid. I made my payment of rs. 1147 through my Debit Card. Plz look into the matter asap. Either return the money or deliver the order.

As per regards I have done the payment for the product which need to be delivered on time as Order ID:-45163 of fabpanda and per customer care of fabpanda the product was out of stock and payment was not refunded So can you kindly took the request with the amount of 3999 As i was not able to contact the customer care of fabpanda, , hence please tell the company to call back ..thanks

I ordered three items on[protected] and waited for about 10 days but there was not a single call or message from the company about the delivery of the product. I made a cancellation on the call and the status shows a cancellation of the products but the money is yet to be credited in my account.

I had placed an order for a shoe on 26th January 2015 via order Number #37686. The same was cancelled by the Fabpanda team after more than a month. I had already paid the sum of Rs399 with additional Rs50 as the delivery charges. Neither the money is added as store credit neither is the money refunded in my account. I have been trying to call the customer care since then and sent them an email also but I get no reply from the team. Please help.

Hi, I ordered a product from Fabpanda on 19th january 2015 and the Order number is 34231.Till now I have not received the product I have paid amount 3999 rps and not got any updates about the product.what action should I take now?.please help me to get the product else I need the money to be refunded.plese help me... order ID: 14673 I have ordered my product on 6 October 2014, due to colour issues I wanted to return the product and suppose to get cash back in my account of rs. 699 gave my bank details and today is 14 march 2015. 37 complaints made through phone calls dint receive my cash back. FAB PANDA it's a warning to you if didn't receive any cash in my bank account I will surely fine a complaint in CONSUMER FORUM.

Hi Team, I have ordererd HIGH HEEL SHOE on feb 4, 2015 on Fabpanda private Limited E-48/09, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-II, New Delhi - 110020, Delhi, .They SEND Defective product and told they Replace my product..i send them several emails, calls neither they are responding. to any email. .kindly take a look. how they are making people fool.
