We have purchased a washing machine from unilet rajajinagar bangalore, though i insisted to go bajaj finance the showroom employees informed to go with family credit, were instantly 1 emi was cleared, from 2nd installment this company started troubling us, the tele caller informs ecs is not cleared from bank, when we checked with bank they inform us that there was no such instance happened, either this co is not let us clear the whole amount nor they are correcting the ecs were we have already provided all the details twice.
Telecaller has informed us to go to cunsumer court to sought it out, even the collection executives doesn't have manners to speak to ladies.

Sir, I had took personal loan from Family credit, i have clear all my dues, acutely starting 4-5 month emi gone throgh ECS, after that my account has been shifted to another bank which is ECS is been stoped. I have given request to change my ECS through current using account but nothing is happened and start executive coming and taking monthly EMI by cash. event how i have paid some extra charges also they why they have updated as written off i dont know, now the company has been murged to L&T finance. The L&T finance is asking me rs.45000/- to clear the cibil. I have took loan Rs.24000/- and i have repaid also, now again they are asking me to pay again. This is thing the Finance are playing with future life of me. Kindly request you to please help me out the clear my cibil.

I am purchased a hero glamour two wheeler bike on march, 2014 via family credit finance. My first cheque hit on my a/c on 11.04.2014. Then every month company agent come my office address & collect installment amount. After one year installment amount debit by bank a/c on 05.06.2015 to 06.03.2017. But till now i am not received my noc letter & any handover materials. Recently their company agent called my no & use very bad language when i told her/him please sent my noc. Please help how i receive my noc.

On august 16, 2012 i purchased a hunk bike from amit motor kolkata showroom. Bike no is wb 01 aa 1238. Its lone no agreement no 1181422 dated 14/08/12 which end with last emi dated 7/8/2014. Now your company did not send my noc latter via email or softcopy via currier service. To me its become impossible to visit your office and take hardcopy so i am vary thankful to you if you sent it.
